What happens north of America’s border will not stay there. While far too many are only focused on what is happening on America’s southern border…time to look north and not only south, or worse hidden, afraid, and silent looking nowhere but to yourself, or to some man or woman to fix things…

Do not do as almost every person does. Do not walk to the table of politics, take a seat, and believe that is where everything is served up and the table that matters, that you’re sitting at the high table and through political means will understand the world and what is taking place in the world.

Politics is a weak and faulty table to stop and sit at. The chairs all wobble, the table is cracked and full of leftover crumbs. And past folks who have sat there stuck who knows what under their seats and beneath the table…

To search out politics and come to the faulty belief as the majority have that it boils down to left vs. right, conservative vs. liberal, and on and on with the labels and this and that…

Huge error. Taking the misleading path — as the world, as the media, as those spewing things out, as EVIL hopes folks will venture down that twisting dead end that leads nowhere man, nowhere woman, nowhere child…

THIS is all about going to the spiritual war table and taking a seat there. Walking down the straight albeit narrow path while so many others take the wide highway leading to destruction. This is finding clarity without needing glasses. Hearing clearly without any aids. Knowing without going to a world founded institution.

THIS is the spiritual war my friends, my enemies, my brothers and sisters, my unbelieving visitors who I pray will before the Lord ceases to bless you with breath and a beating heart will repent, confess your sins — and do not waste anyone’s time, especially God’s, as all, every person IS A SINNER. Even regenerated of mind and spirit, true disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ are still sinners. None have been truly perfected. Yet. — we’re all in this spiritual war. And you may hear the projectiles exploding in the distance, vainly believing none will hit where you reside — but the war is within you, without you, all around you, around and within every person, even every young person, every child. We’re all born into sin. There is no escape from it. The only SALVATION is through the life, shed blood of, death, resurrection, and FAITH IN the Lord Jesus Christ, FAITH IN AND OBEDIENCE TO the Lord Jesus Christ and the WHOLE inerrant infallible living and active word of God.

Period.

And this spiritual war is here at home. Wherever your home may be. And it is escalating. By the day. By the hour. The time to be prepared and equipped is now. Not tomorrow. Not after taking the kids to soccer practice. Not after that vacation you’ve been craving since this past many months stretching into years of COVID-19 — the time is today. Here and now. For what excuse will you offer up before the Lord if never preparing, never becoming equipped, never growing in faith, never working out your salvation, or worse yet — never believing, or being lukewarm and falsely believing you are Christ’s when you are of the world and the god of this world for a season in the false doctrines, the cunning lies spewed out by the Evil One that makes you feel good, that make you think social justice equals being a good person, a good Christian? Don’t risk being spewed out, don’t risk being cast aside. Don’t risk your eternity.

And what is happening in Canada? Is happening in America and will only increase.

And no man, no election, no political party is going to save America or restore America, no man or political movement is going to save the world.

Only God saves.

Only faith and obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ saves.

Only the Holy Spirit saves.

Only knowledge of, discernment of, rightly dividing, the Scriptures, the whole of the word of God saves.

None other. Nothing else.

Find the table of the Lord. Come in, pull up a seat, sit, and be fed and nourished as nothing else on earth can feed you, nourish you, bring life to you, bring truth to you, make you well.

It’s really quite easy. Stop making it so hard. And, please, for the sake of your eternity do not delay another day.

There is the whole armour of God available to everyone and anyone seeking, believing, and ready to be fitted with it.

America, If You Want to Know What’s Coming Next, Look to Canada and Be Forewarned

Burned out Christian church in Canada. One of many. Planned, premeditated arson targeting Christan churches in Canada by Antifa-style groups all across Canada have been destroying Christian churches on a regular basis.

In some respects, Canada has been a step ahead of America in terms of moral and cultural decline. That means that what happens in Canada today – and I mean what happens in the most negative sense – could well be coming to America tomorrow.

Of course, in other respects, America is far ahead of Canada in terms of serious moral issues. Just consider the difference in gun violence between our nations. Or ask yourself who is the world leader in exporting and providing porn, Canada or America?

Yet, when it comes to government overreach or attacks on fundamental liberties or hostility towards the Church, Canada’s descent has been more frightening.

We do well to pay attention to what is taking place to our north.

For example, Canada legalized same-sex “marriage” in 2005, a decade before the Supreme Court’s Obergefell decision, without which the states would have been battling over the issue for years to come. Not surprisingly, Canada was also well ahead of America in terms of prosecuting Christians who opposed gay activism and propaganda.

To give one case in point, already in 2006, a Canadian professor was “fined two weeks pay by a Nova Scotia university for telling a student that homosexuality is an unnatural lifestyle. . . . Cape Breton University (CBU) fined veteran history professor David Mullan $2,100 in response to two human rights complaints filed by a homosexual student who coordinates the campus’ Sexual Diversity Office. The student took umbrage at two letters the professor had written to his former Anglican bishop two years ago.”

Canada has also been ahead of the US in passing national legislation that would punish those who refused to comply with transgender activism, such as choosing not to refer to a male as a female if that person identified as such.

Now, according to Tyler O’Neil on PJ Media, a new bill, Bill C-36, would “enable citizens to bring legal claims against people who engage in ‘hate speech’ online, and if a member or panel of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal finds the accused guilty, the tribunal can either: order the accused to ‘cease the discriminatory practice’ and take steps to prevent it from happening again; order the accused to pay compensation of up to $20,000 ‘to any victim personally identified in the communication that constituted the discriminatory practice,’ or order the accused to ‘pay a penalty of not more than $50,000 to the Receiver General’ if the tribunal ‘considers it appropriate’ considering ‘the nature, circumstances, extent and gravity of the discriminatory practice.’”

And what, exactly, would be defined as hate speech, especially if it simply needs to be hateful in the eye of the beholder? O’Neil rightly warns, “Claims about ‘hate speech’ are arguably even more slippery than claims about discrimination, and it seems extremely likely that Canada’s government will use this law to silence dissent from the government’s preferred ideologies — from transgender orthodoxy to COVID-19 (the border between the U.S. and Canada is still closed to those filthy Americans).”

Is there any reason that this could not become the law of the land in America too?

Then there is the overt hostility towards churches, to the point of saying publicly, “Burn them all down!”

As I mentioned, for years Christians in Canada have been prosecuted for opposing gay activism, with the noose getting tighter by the year.

In more recent months, pastors who refused to comply with the government’s COVID-related overreach have served time in jail, producing more national hostility to these allegedly lawless Christians who are supposedly endangering their fellow-Canadians.

Just last month, as reported by the Christian Post, a Canadian pastor was “arrested after his church held an outdoor worship service at an undisclosed location after the local government ordered the church building to be closed.”

Yes, the “congregation was reportedly discovered by a police helicopter” as they met outdoors, meaning that they were not violating COVID guidelines for indoor meetings. Can you imagine holding an outdoor service to worship Jesus together, only to look up and see a police helicopter overhead? You have been found out! You are guilty! We found you!

The next day, the pastor was arrested. This really happened.

But it gets worse.

As reports have been emerging about unmarked graves being found at residential schools on First Nations reserves (roughly the equivalent of Native American reservations), church buildings are being set on fire, since these schools, which began in the 1800s, were normally church-led.

The discovery of these graves has prompted a national outcry, as if hundreds of children were killed or allowed to die by these schools. And certainly, there should be thorough investigations to find out exactly what happened. (There could be totally innocent answers, such as children dying of various diseases over the years with the markers eroding over time. Or there could be totally nefarious answers. Either way, there need to be answers.)

Others, however, are not waiting for answers, with radio host Nesta Matthews tweeting, “Burn the churches down. Arrest any former staff that were actually there & any current staff that won’t provide documentation. Sell everything they own in Canada and give it to survivors. Dismantle it completely.”

Or, as expressed by Harsha Walia, executive director of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA), “Burn it all down.”

Yes, these sentiments are being expressed openly and boldly. America, be forewarned!

With the growing hostility in our country towards Christians, and with attacks on church buildings during last year’s riots, this does not seem so farfetched.
