Contrary to the brainwashing, the indoctrination, the acceptance and approval of misinformation — lies — there is no ban on public prayer, on prayer in schools, in corporations, at places of business, or anywhere in America.

Yet people have been led to believe prayer is banned in these places. Verboten! Or else face charges, lose your job, be suspended, and so on.

No one can legally or morally stop you or anyone from praying anywhere in America at any time.

Do not listen to the babel, the rabble, the liars, and cunning-tongued confusers.

In case you missed it…

First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Did you happen to read the words…?

Congress shall make no law…prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech…

REGARDING PERSONAL FAITH. Religion as it’s known.

Local politicians, organizations in Wisconsin that are enslaved to Satan and do their master’s bidding, state officials, school boards, school administrators, teachers, principals, and individual parents who hate God, Jesus, and the Holy Bible, where you work, where you live — NO ONE ANYWHERE IN AMERICA CAN BAN YOU FROM PRAYING TO ALMIGHTY GOD. Ever.

Or, at least as long as the First Amendment remains untouched and not tampered with in the U.S. Constitution.

Satan and all those he holds captive know that a person turning to God in prayer, acknowledging God, acknowledging and turning to the Lord Jesus Christ, acknowledging, believing and turning to the inerrant infallible living and active Word of God are their greatest enemies. Evil works tirelessly, loudly, and boldly, not caring about laws and what is right. To the contrary. Evil does whatever it needs to in order to attempt to dominate. Prevail. Win.

And we the people have allowed this for far, far, FAR too long.

What is needed now more than at any time in recent history in America is faithful, believing, humble yet bold and secure in their faith in God, in Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, in the whole Word of God to pray continuously, fervently, spiritually to God for a healing and turning back to Him in this lost and decayed nation. This rotting and corrupt land and people from within.

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

2 Chronicles 7:14

That originally was directed to the people of Israel. But it also is living words directed to those who claim to be followers of God’s Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. THOSE are HIS PEOPLE. And it is Christians, Christianity, the Church that is in need of great and deep and true repentance. Within each individual in the body. Starting right now. And not letting up.

Not lipservice. Not in grand public displays. Not like the Pharisee who mocked the sinning tax collector, at a time when tax collectors were considered the worst of the worst. On par with lepers. People think they dislike taxes and tax collectors now? Taxes and tax collectors now are treated numbly and without social stigma. Not when Jesus walked this earth as fully truly God and fully truly a man’

The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector

Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Luke 18:9-14

James 2

James 3

James 4

James 5

What is needed now more than at any time in recent history in America is faithful, believing, humble yet bold and secure in their faith in God, in Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, in the whole Word of God to pray continuously, fervently, spiritually to God for a healing and turning back to Him in this lost and decayed nation. This rotting and corrupt land and people from within.

From the highest levels and offices on down. From sea to sea. From broken border to broken border. And all points between.

And no earthly authority can stop you from praying at any time, anywhere to God our Father, Jesus our Lord and Saviour, via the Holy Spirit indwelling within us.

May each of us imitate Daniel;

The Plot Against Daniel

It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom one hundred and twenty satraps, to be over the whole kingdom; and over these, three governors, of whom Daniel was one, that the satraps might give account to them, so that the king would suffer no loss. Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm. So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. Then these men said, “We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.”

So these governors and satraps thronged before the king, and said thus to him: “King Darius, live forever! All the governors of the kingdom, the administrators and satraps, the counselors and advisors, have consulted together to establish a royal statute and to make a firm decree, that whoever petitions any god or man for thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions. Now, O king, establish the decree and sign the writing, so that it cannot be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter.” Therefore King Darius signed the written decree.

Daniel in the Lions’ Den

Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.

Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. And they went before the king, and spoke concerning the king’s decree: “Have you not signed a decree that every man who petitions any god or man within thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions?”

The king answered and said, “The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter.”

So they answered and said before the king, “That Daniel, who is one of the captives from Judah, does not show due regard for you, O king, or for the decree that you have signed, but makes his petition three times a day.”

And the king, when he heard these words, was greatly displeased with himself, and set his heart on Daniel to deliver him; and he labored till the going down of the sun to deliver him. Then these men approached the king, and said to the king, “Know, O king, that it is the law of the Medes and Persians that no decree or statute which the king establishes may be changed.”

So the king gave the command, and they brought Daniel and cast him into the den of lions. But the king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you.” Then a stone was brought and laid on the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the signets of his lords, that the purpose concerning Daniel might not be changed.

Daniel Saved from the Lions

Now the king went to his palace and spent the night fasting; and no musicians were brought before him. Also his sleep went from him. Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

Then Daniel said to the king, “O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.”

Now the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.

Darius Honors God

And the king gave the command, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions—them, their children, and their wives; and the lions overpowered them, and broke all their bones in pieces before they ever came to the bottom of the den.

Then King Darius wrote:

To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth:

Peace be multiplied to you.

I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.

For He is the living God,
And steadfast forever;
His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed,
And His dominion shall endure to the end.
He delivers and rescues,
And He works signs and wonders
In heaven and on earth,
Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.

So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

Daniel 6

Do you treat or think the above is just “a nice story?” A homely? But you do not believe it to be an accurate, factual, historical account of a man named Daniel, faithful to God, in Persia, at the time of King Darius’ reign?

It happened. Exactly as God’s inerrant infallible Word tells us.

Do you imagine then that God has changed? That faithfulness of Daniel cannot be duplicated, or that God would not work in similar fashion now? Oh, perhaps not keeping lions from tearing a person asunder and devouring them, taming the lions as God did by His infinite power — just as God could tame the evil ways and hearts of so many evil men and women in America if only some people had the faith and prayer life of Daniel.

Putting God above all other things.

Glorifying, giving thanks to God above everything, everyone else.

Imagine that.

We already know the result of such faith and disobedience to evil men and their evil edicts conceived in their evil hearts. You just read it above, hopefully, and didn’t scroll past the Scripture.

Why then can’t such faithfulness and obedience to God change the edicts, the dictates, the evil that consumes so many men and women in positions of earthly power? Just as Darius’s heart and mind were changed.

Do you believe? Do you really believe?

Daniel’s Defiance of Darius in Prayer | Desiring God

How about some REAL prayer? Not for self. Not for material things. Not about what you want in the way of things. How about first acknowledging and glorifying God? Thanking God for everything. His will be done on earth as in heaven, His kingdom come. And earnestly pray for our enemies. For those in positions of earthly power — all of them. Believing in the infinite power of God, of Christ, of the Holy Spirit to work in the hearts and minds of men and women.

Pray.

Then pray some more.

Then pray even more.

Continually. Faithfully. Believing.

And no power of force on this earth can stop you, ban you, keep you from going to God, going to Jesus, going to the Holy Spirit in your petitions to God.

Not even a school district. Or a president. Or the place where you work can ban you, or stop you from going to the Lord in prayer. Even if praying openly. Even if audibly.

Not only does our First Amendment support this.

Above and beyond that — THE HOLY BIBLE SUPPORTS THAT FACT, THAT TRUTH.

You read just one example of that truth above, if you read Daniel 6. That is only one of the myriad examples in God’s Word.

What You May Not Know: Prayer In Schools Is Permitted. According To the Constitution — Teacher prays before school begins, and all hell breaks loose

Officials insist it’s only allowed ‘when students are not present’

A school district in Texas is being taken to court because of its decision to ban an employee from praying.

It is the American Center for Law and Justice that has gone to federal court in Houston on behalf of Staci Barber, an employee of the Katy Independent School District.

Defendants are the district and Bryan Rounds, principal of Cardiff junior high.

The federal court filing explains that the district “violated, and continues to violate, her rights to religious expression by prohibiting her from praying when students might be present, even if that prayer occurs off the clock.”

The ACLJ explained this case involves a teacher who wanted to engage in prayer outside the school building before the school day begins.

“Every year millions of people gather at school flag poles to pray before the school day begins. The ACLJ is very proud to stand in support of See You At The Pole, a prayer rally for students and participating adults to lift up their schools in prayer. Our client has prayed at the pole every year on behalf of her students,” the legal team explained.

“This year she had gathered with two friends and fellow teachers to pray at the school flagpole. The school principal called these teachers into his office. He told them that they could not pray at the pole or in the presence of students because if they did so, students may see and join in. He told them that it was against the law for them to pray publicly where students could see them and then pointed them to a school policy that prohibited teachers from praying in the presence of students.”

However, the ACLJ explained the facts, that the Constitution “protects the rights of religious employees to pray, even publicly; they do not somehow lose their constitutional rights just by being government employees.

“A school can prevent employees from getting distracted when they are supposed to be acting according to their official duties. But what it cannot do is prevent school employees from expressing their religious faith at all,” the team said.

The school was sent a demand letter giving instructions to stop infringing Barber’s First Amendment rights, and responded, but then abruptly doubled down on its position.

It continues to insist that teachers or other employees can pray or read religious materials “during a time when students are not present.”

The ACLJ said, “This new language is still blatantly unconstitutional. Particularly, the principal told our client that he considered Pray at the Pole to be a ‘student group,’ and so under this new language, she is still barred from praying before the school day begins.”

The action seeks judicial determinations and injunctions that would bring the district’s policy into alignment with the Constitution.

It also charges the principal retaliated against the teacher, over absences caused by a health issue, and summoned her to a meeting where he said he “might have to say, look, I really need somebody else that can be here.”
