Spoilt Children

We live in times wherein Rip Van Winkle would be roused from his decades of deep slumber from all the ruckus, all the noise, all the evil now openly unleashed throughout the world. Oh, dare I say it! Yes, EVIL, not some mere philosophy, psychology, or modernist explanation along with all the blah, blah, blah babel of the day spewing every reason under the sun except the correct one.
The raging, wailing, all the assailing.
Imagine Mr. Winkle being shaken from his decades-long slumber by this cacophony of noise to awaken to the destruction of the family. The family, that word now perverted as well along with so many other words, resembles nothing in the present as it had since the beginning of time. For the first time in world history, the family has been torn apart. Destroyed.
Mr. Winkle rubbing sleep from his rested eyes wonders whatever happened to discipline? Adults being adults and children being children? Why do all these people procreate if they have no interest or desire in the nurturing of their offspring? Would they plant a field of seed and then leave it to its own devices hoping for the seed to be nurtured and tended enough to grow and bear fruit? Spoilt children pretending to parent and nurture.
Mr. Winkle wanders the villages and towns to get the blood back in his legs, his muscles moving and he wonders why it is so much of the world, so many lies adopted and cherished even celebrated while so little of the Word of God is heard in all the buildings set aside as professed Christian churches today? Why he ought to have remained asleep if this was the world he was waking up in!
As Mr. Winkle continues on each day. His distresses, fears, and even anger grow as the people have loved evil, loved idol worship, loved and craved lies, loved and elevated every abomination and sin under the sun more than anything else on earth, and turned from the Lord, turned from discipline, turned from the truth, turned from the Word of God. He knew only some years ago, before he fell asleep, that not all were God’s people, he knew there is always only a remnant of true believers on earth but they had an impact on evil running amok as it now was. He knew not all believed in, knew, and kept the Word of God in their hearts and lives, not all were God-fearing truly Christian church-going folks, but enough were to keep evil at bay. Now evil is baying at every doorway, every turn, every institution, and every house it appears. And the people allow this and celebrate it while their fears of poor health and troubles have grown exponentially. Why they invite evil in smiling and appearing joyful to do so. Breaking bread with evil rather than breaking bread with the Lord. [Take a few minutes to learn the importance of breaking bread with someone in history as this callous, clueless, ignorant, self-indulgent spending time in banality claiming it all so important. The sea of lost spoilt children know little or nothing about anything!]
Mr. Winkle realizes the overwhelming majority of folks have been more asleep, more in darkness ten he has been in the last 30, 40 years!
He sees and hears nothing but a sea of spoilt children. Nothing but a sea of spoilt children that can’t turn their gaze from the mirror as they almost all have turned from God, from the Word of God!
I live each day listening, watching, hearing, and seeing the garrote of evil tightening evermore around the truth in its attempt to choke out all light and truth and to supplant its death grasp on the minds of as many people as possible.
The most astonishing aspect of witnessing this over a span of time? The people run to the strangling fingers of evil around their minds and hearts embracing evil as it removes every breath of truth and light from them.
I see, I hear a sea of spoilt children everywhere. Nearby in my daily comings and goings. On TV, online, in church, in government, in schools, in every institution and these spoilt children come in all creeds, races, ages, and genders.
There only being two of the latter, but many among those two genders mightily spoilt and full of rage and rebellion. Against everything, or so they say, as their poorly written signage in their nonstop protestations and marches declare.
The rage and rebellion is palpable. It can even be smelt in certain places among certain people. They appear to always be like a pot of simmering stew yet they not ever being as savory, nutritious, or desirable, no comfort in the pot of roiling evil within them.
Harsh?
No, I’ve lived long enough and had eyes wide open, ears clear, and mind attuned being knitted together as I was by Almighty God to observe and record.
What conclusions have been drawn? Well, few if any pay any heed to what I may say, and they are accurate as I am nothing here, but I do know a few things.
Every ill, every problem, every terrible event, every undesirable occurrence everything that happens that people don’t like and rail against? They, we made it all ourselves.
In the Creation, from the beginning, God the Father [Father to His true children, those who faithfully believe and obey Him — not everyone is a child of God contrary to yet another lie from the darkness the world has perpetuated with its top-notch propaganda] the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit made all things in perfection. There was no evil. No problems. No ills, no terrible events, no death or destruction or rebellion. Until man and woman of their doing, by their direct actions chose self, chose evil and Satan over the God and Lord of perfection.
And you keep thinking and saying people are inherently good? People are smart?
Look what we’ve done to this world and ourselves! And this is not about fossil fuels, or who is in the White House, or will there be a war there, will they have the bomb soon, what will the inflation rate be by years end?
Though it really is about those distracting things and so much more — indirectly.
Directly, the reason for all the anger, rage, problems, anxiety, wars, death, and destruction on this earth, is if a person is willing to allow the truth to enter their hearts and minds is so many individuals turn from God, turning from the Lord Jesus Christ, turning from the Word of God to the gods, idols, evils, abominations, lusts, pleasures, lies and all the dung that only leads to eternal death offered by this corrupted and dying world.
The masses are the walking dead.
In such a thickness of darkness, it can be felt and cut like shears working their way through a thick hide.
Cheering the lies they live like rabid fans in the World Cup football match.
Team Evil has a massive and loud fan base.
Team Baal, Shiva, Moloch, Ashtoreth, Chemosh, and the rest of the false gods in the band are still playing their songs of rebellion in the hearts and minds of the majority presently on earth even though no god created by man or woman can speak, or move, or breath except in the turbulent rebellious evil nature within the heart and mind of an individual person. They have changed their names and adjusted the arrangements of their songs of eternal damnation drawing the masses from God the Creator, Jesus the Creator with God the Father.
Duke Ellington said there are only two kinds of music. Good music and the other kind.
God’s Word says there are only two kinds of people. His people; faithful, repentant, obedient to His Word, humble yet bold in the Word, believing in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ — and the other kind.
The other kind are the spoilt children of disobedience. The spoilt children of the devil.
What? Don’t like that? Doesn’t fit with your modernist 21st-century worldly indoctrination? Too bad.
Not all-inclusive enough, let’s all join hands and be as one, whatever you believe is the truth because you believe it whether it’s a load of rubbish or not for you? Too bad.
No man established this world. No man created the earth, the moon, the heavens, the sun, and the stars. No man or woman created any life here by their power. No man can forgive sin and bestow eternal life. No man trumps the Word of God.
Yet the majority vainly imagine themselves gods, not in need of God the Creator nor the Lord Jesus Christ. To their eternal regret unless they come out of BEING darkness IN the darkness and submit to the Lord.
It’s all in the Word of God.
Everything any person anywhere in any situation or circumstance of any age, creed, station, gender, or ability ever needs at any time can be found in the living Word of God.
Believe that or don’t. It’s your eternity.
And lest those thinking, “Well, I go to church, I have a nice shiny cross on a pretty chain around my neck, and I hand out turkeys to poor people during the holidays so I’m in and not in need of anything else” better stop fondling their jewelry, putting on airs and turn to the Word of God — which according to every source of reasonably accurate current information less than 6% read the Word of God daily or have a Biblical worldview. How can a person be strong, nourished, healthy, and grow in maturity if they refuse to eat and drink daily of the Book of books, the Holy Bible!
Everyone, yes, everyone needs to find a quiet place in their life, in their mind and heart, and confess, and be ruthlessly honest because lying to oneself or to God is the epitome of ignorance and foolishness am I a spoilt child, a child of rebellion and disobedience? Remembering the words of Duke Ellington, and what is in the Word of God — there are only two kinds. The real, the faithful, the true, the believing, and the other kind.
The other kind are slaves of Satan and every evil lie, idol, sin, and abomination on earth appearing as light taking those who are under evil’s spell deeper and further into darkness and away from God, from Christ, from the truth of the Word of God.
Only two kinds. At any time. Among any people on earth.
Push all the noise out, scrap all the dung that has seeped in and bogged down off, and turn in the direction and Way of Life, Light, and Truth. The Lord Jesus Christ. God the Father. The Holy Spirit. And the inerrant living and active Word of God.
Time is running out. Eternity never does run out.
The rage, the evil, the noise isn’t going to abate. It’s all getting worse. It’s only going to get even worse than it is or can be imagined. There is no human savior. Only the Lord Jesus Christ is the Saviour.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
