On Earth Peace

O great misunderstanding

among men of this world

in their dark finite minds

seeing only this world

not seeing a thing

truth

be told

yet they cry the refrain

peace on earth…!

When telling truth

receiving understanding,

wisdom

seeking

asking

we find

the peace written of is

individual

not worldwide

this truth does not hide

yet in a worldly

lost

darkened

captured

unrighteous mind

such truth cannot abide

Misconstrued

twisted

made to fit ways of man

delusion

passed off as truth

all lies

all lies

all lies!

So, too

this life’s

teachings

force fed

like corn down the throat of a goose

making the liver fat

as they race towards death

misunderstanding

of man

as an insect in amber

clearly seen

yet immovable

visible

yet blinded

known

yet in darkness

And there were in the same country

shepherds abiding in the field,

keeping watch

over their flock by night.

And lo,

the angel of the Lord

came upon them,

and the glory of the Lord shone

round about them:

and they were sore afraid.

And the angel said unto them,

Fear not:

for behold,

I bring you good tidings

of great joy,

which shall be to all people.

For unto you is born this day

in the city of David

a Savior,

which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you;

Ye shall find the babe

wrapped in swaddling clothes,

lying in a manger.

And suddenly

there was with the angel

a multitude of the heavenly host

praising God,

and saying,

Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace,

good will towards men.

I create the fruit of the lips;

Peace, peace to him that is far off,

and to him that is near,

saith the Lord;

and I will heal him.

When O foolish man

has there ever been peace

upon this violent evil earth from the works of man?

Any peace of worth?

Lasting

without the storm of nature

battering

tossing

smashing

crushing

Only within

an individual heart

spirit

soul

mind

will one find

true peace while on this earth…

any peace of real worth…

Whosoever

therefore shall confess Me

before men,

him will I confess also

before my Father which is in heaven.

Think not that I am come

to send peace on earth:

I came not to send peace,

but a sword.

For I am come to set a man at variance

against his father,

and the daughter against her mother,

and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

And a man’s foes shall be they

of his own household.

He that loveth father

or mother

more than Me

is not worthy of Me.

And he that taketh not his cross,

and followeth after Me,

is not worthy of Me.

He that findeth his life

shall lose it:

and he that loseth his life

for My sake

shall find it.

And I, brethren,

when I came to you,

came not with excellency of speech

or of wisdom,

declaring unto you the testimony of God.

For I determined

not to know

anything among you,

save Jesus Christ,

and Him crucified.

And I was with you in weakness,

and in fear,

and in much trembling.

And my speech and my preaching

was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom,

but in demonstration of

the Spirit and of power:

That your faith should not stand

in the wisdom of men,

but in the power of God.

Howbeit

we speak wisdom

among them that are prefect:

yet not the wisdom of this world,

nor of the princes of this world,

that come to nought:

But we speak the wisdom

of God

in a mystery,

even the hidden wisdom,

which God ordained

before the world

unto our glory:

Which none of the princes of this world knew:

for had they known it,

they would not have crucified

the Lord of glory.

But as it is written,

Eye hath not seen,

nor ear heard,

neither have entered into the heart of man,

the things which God hath prepared

for them the love Him.

But God hath revealed them

unto us by His Spirit:

for the Spirit searcheth all things,

yea,

the deep things of God.

For what man knoweth the things of man,

save the spirit of man which is in him?

Even so

the things of God

knoweth no man,

but the Spirit of God.

Now we have received,

not the spirit of the world,

but the Spirit which is of God;

that we might know the things

that are freely given to us

of God.

Peace,

I leave with you,

my peace I give unto you:

not as the world giveth,

give I unto you.

Let not your heart be troubled,

neither let it be afraid.

The world searches in vain

expanding their lies

as rotted grain expands

in the intestine

belching

passing by elimination

through every nation

as they distance themselves

from God

the way, the Word of Truth

only way

only path

to

true peace on earth…within the individual spirit, mind, heart

As wars rage ever on

within each spirit

soul

mind

cold, dark heart

pushing away real Truth

seeking hollow void vacant world peace

while at war within themselves

each other

their mother

brother

not knowing the Truth, the Way, the Life, the Light…

they lie so much

they don’t know which words

they’ve spoken are truth

or a lie

such are most men

right up to when they die

refusing the peace

of the
risen Christ Jesus the Lord

Yeshua!

Son of God!

taking on all sin

spilled His blood

conquered death

suffered did He

not in vain!

Providing the only light

upon this darkened face

hurtling through space

so little time…

 Truth they cannot heed

clinging to myths

they call the truth a fable

while most follow

the real fables

ever willing

always able

refusing the bread and wine of life

present on the table

Lies

illusions

perpetuating their delusions

as if mechanical hamsters

on the wheel of earth

through time

adhering to New Age beguiling

with its lying pagan mantra of peace among nations

worshipping the creation

rather than

the Creator!

While that false belief

brings on more and more abominations

Peace

can only come

from The One

to one

humbly

sincerely

contritely

seeking

casting off the old life

turning from this world

of nothing but ongoing strife

pretending contentment and peace reign

the lying refrain…

Regeneraton

made freely to each

every generation

if only they would come to the table to sup

taking on the new life

renewing

eschewing

evil and this world

for the Peace of God

rather than the foolishness of this world

small thinking man

spinning in circles

spinning their lies…

Christ came to save

individuals

for sin is rampant

all have sinned

no matter their denial

life is a trial

with judgment set all are guilty from the start

for darkness overcomes their heart

 many hearts

 spirits dead

to the truth

being fed

their daily portion

of lies

bringing more darkness

to their veiled eyes

Peace can come

to your heart

if willing to begin

 start

earnestly read God’s Word

allow the voice of the Lord

in your life to be heard

then

 only then

can on earth peace

in individual hearts be found

all other proclamations are unsound

myths

indeed!

Yet so many heed

follow

swallow

vainly

this vain lie

right up to the time they all die…

This world spews, spins, sin all around

when the truth they claim cannot be found

due to the depth and stink of their rotting lies

increasing

babble never ceasing

only growing

clearly showing

their fault lines

as the final minutes

of the final hour

draws nigh…

I am come to send fire on the earth;

and what will I,

if it be already kindled?

But I have a baptism

to be baptized with;

and how am I straitened

till it be accomplished!

Suppose ye,

that I am come

to give peace on earth?

I tell you,

Nay; but rather division:

from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided,

three against two,

and two against three…

And He said also to the people,

When ye see a cloud

rise out of the west,

straightway ye say,

There cometh a shower;

and so it is.

And when ye see the south wind blow,

ye say,

There will be heat;

and it cometh to pass.

Ye hypocrites,

ye can discern the face of the sky

and of the earth;

but how is it

that ye do not discern this time
