I am God’s child (Romans 8:16)

I am a personal witness of Christ (Acts 22:15)

I have been saved in order to bear fruit (Romans 7:4)
I am a member of the Body of Christ (I Corinthians 12:27)
I am a citizen of Heaven living on earth (Philippians 3:20)
I am free from any charge against me (Romans 8:31-34)
I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realm (Ephesians 2:6)
I have access to God through the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:18)
I am a minister of reconciliation for God (II Corinthians 5:17-21)
I cannot be separated from the love of God (Romans 8:35-39)
I am assured all things work together for good (Romans 8:28)
I may approach God with freedom and confidence (Ephesians 3:12)

I am confident that the good work God has begun in me will be perfected (Philippians 1:6)
I am redeemed and forgiven (Colossians 1:14). I have been adopted as God’s child (Ephesians 1:5)
I belong to God. Do you know. Who you are?

Without Christ you are blind and lost (II Corinthians 4:3-4), but the good news is, God loves you and Christ died to pay for your sins (I Corinthians 15:3-4). The only question is, do you believe He died to pay for your sins, or are you still trying to pay for them in your own way, by doing good works? God says, “to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” (Romans 4:5). Why not “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved”(Acts 16:31).

Not only to believe, for Satan himself believes Jesus is the Son of God — but to believe with all our heart and soul and mind, and to place God and Jesus the Lord above all other things, above all things of and in this world — to make Jesus not only our Saviour, but Lord of our lives.

To heed His words, His instruction. To walk in faith, believing, obeying His words. To make Him, Jesus Christ, Lord of our lives and to follow, obey, and serve Him as His disciple.

That is who we need to be.

Each step, every breath, each day, every night, always in all ways.
