Pakistan re-elected to UN Human Rights Council; China sees sharp drop ...

Mr. Faria writes in his fine commentary below that; “The Human Rights Council is a sham.”

Oh, the U.N. Human Rights Council is a sham but it is so much more than that. To call that collective body of 47 member nations a sham is akin to calling Adolf Hitler a former leader of Germany, or that the ocean is wet.

Anyone of the mind that the United Nations is impotent and toothless needs to sit up and pay closer attention. The U.N., a body of nations primarily organized to prevent wars, at least that was the premise presented to people in its formation, has never been able to keep any war from taking place between nations. Often between member nations within the U.N.

They have numerous nefarious and heinous councils and agendas, yes, they actually call them agendas. Such as Agenda 2030. Look that up if unfamiliar. If you’re prepared to perhaps discover some things you think aren’t possible.

The Human Rights Council is certainly not what it is purported to be — a sham. But so much more.

Words such as sinister, and downright evil apply. Without concern for being inaccurate.

Some of the 47 members are; Algeria, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Communist China, Communist Cuba, India, Pakistan, Qatar, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam to name more than a few.

Familiar at all with even a modest history and account of the human rights permitted within those places?

Do not shrug and think the U.N. is a joke and has no teeth. Just a circus with no real power. The U.N. has the ear and obedience in following the U.N. edicts and agendas more and more as time passes. Take the time to look into how much. How many national monuments and places in America have been handed over to the United Nations to manage and control. The influence the U.N. holds over recent American presidents and every Western leader for many years now.

The constant words in the ear. The constant drip, drip, drip eroding and wearing down and wearing away.

And there is coming a day…

Don’t think so? Can’t happen? Don’t want to think about it? Well, it is coming. And gaining traction and adherents swiftly.

The majority of young people in America have no qualms about abolishing the First Amendment. They imagine it will bring about a better, more equal, fairer, and just world. That it will abolish hate and lead to the world they fantasize about.

Don’t believe this? Discover the truth for yourself. The evidence, the research, and the facts are out there. It’s been a few years now since I published a couple of articles at that time about how 51% of young Americans think the First Amendment should be abolished. Because people might say things they disagree with, or don’t want to hear, and their feelings will be hurt. Spoiled lost children spoiled lost young adults the offspring of parents more concerned with being their children’s friend rather than guiding them and teaching them well.

Many signs, every day, are there for the seeing, the hearing, the understanding of the time in which we live and what is coming as a result.

Denial will not make it all go away. Nor will denial and delusion remove the words within the eternal infallible inerrant living Word of God.

To prosecute, penalize, imprison, or worse, kill a person [such as Human Rights Council member Pakistan and others on the Council have for saying or writing certain things] is not a mere political act. A cultural change. No, the breath, the action behind the current worldwide desire to end free speech and inflict such harsh penalties for exercising free speech that murdering the person who spoke or wrote the words has at its cold bitter heart full of hate the work of the spiritual war every person on earth is a partaker. Without exception. Denial does not make this fact disappear. As the member nations of the Human Rights Council work tirelessly to dictate and influence nations that still have a modicum of free speech to make the purveyors of free speech disappear. By even killing them. All of them. Because the hatred on that side of this spiritual war has no problem in killing that which it hates and interferes with its mission to destroy lives and carry them into the pit of hell along with it.

Some people in Sweden burned a couple of pages of the Qu’ran. Have you been aware of what that has brought about in every Islamist nation and state? And among the Islamists within Western nations?

World wars have been ignited by less. Oh, yes, I know. After a period of events all falling into place that that small final act triggered, ignited. But all those events have been falling in place for a long, long time, and in case you haven’t noticed the anger, rage, angst, vehemence, violence, and vitriol have increased by the day in our world and there is no indication of a calming down and people returning to their senses. Perhaps there is something in the Bible about this…

The U.N. Human Rights Council demands the death of free speech

July 21. 2023

The United Nations Human Rights Council is now demanding that all countries abandon free speech and free expression and create and enforce blasphemy laws. This is not a surprise, though, because there is nothing the U.N. Human Rights Council hates more than human rights.

The Human Rights Council voted to approve a resolution demanding that countries “address, prevent and prosecute acts and advocacy of religious hatred” in response to two men in Sweden tearing pages out of a Quran and lighting it on fire. Pakistan’s U.N. envoy said that “The opposition of a few in the room has emanated from their unwillingness to condemn the public desecration of the holy Qur’an.”

That is not true.

But, Pakistan is unable to fathom that you can indeed condemn the “public desecration” of the Quran without sentencing anyone to death, which is Pakistan’s idea of “prosecuting acts and advocacy of religious hatred.” Pakistan has already handed out multiple death sentences for blasphemy this year, which you would think is in direct conflict with the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which says that “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.”

But the United Nations does not actually care about human rights, which is evident based on who the body allows to sit on the Human Rights Council. That includes Pakistan and its death sentences for blasphemy, but it also includes Communist Cuba. Qatar also sits on the council after using slave labor to build World Cup stadiums.

Somalia and Sudan have been singled out by the United Nations itself for human trafficking and “forced commercial sexual exploitation.” In fact, the Human Rights Council even held a special session on “The human rights impact of the ongoing conflict in the Sudan” in May. Both still sit on the Human Rights Council.

Russia was also given the green light to sit on the council up until it invaded Ukraine. And, of course, a “human rights council” would not be complete without the genocidal Chinese Communist Party, which has been a member for nine of the last ten years.

The Human Rights Council is a sham.

It is just another way the United Nations empowers and rewards authoritarian regimes for “engaging” with the international community or some such nonsense. Allowing authoritarians to demand that countries deprive people of their rights to free speech and free expression is simply par for the course for the corrupt, anti-freedom bureaucrats at the United Nations.
