Language has become utter rubbish.

And I’m not referencing the elevated degree of cursing and profanity now used like spaces to take a breath or as punctuation within a sentence. If people can actually speak a complete sentence at this juncture.

Most of what comes off the overwhelming majority of tongues is rubbish to an ever-growing degree.

Uttered without even thinking.

Because if thought actually went into the words rolling off tongues, and written down I find it unconscionable that people would speak and write as they do, rather than speaking and writing with accuracy in meaning, and definition. Plain and clear.

What is the difficulty of people in speaking plainly, writing plainly, thinking clearly and plainly according to an established language that was established with reason, logic, and critical thinking?

There has been and continues to be such corruption and perversion of language that at the current rate many words will lose all meaning, more than people pause to think about how many already have, that in the near future language will be whatever is adopted — approved.

There is no plain speaking anymore. Why is that? It isn’t because of the so-called evolution of language I’ve been told, or by trends, as trends are things that come and go and ought not impact language. Groovy, right? Can you dig it, man? Understand daddy-o?

This is a true problem that is treated by the majority, even those of high intelligence and great educational background as if nothing is taking place, and if something is taking place it doesn’t really matter.

Does anyone really think anymore? Or just assume the experience of a pinball in a machine being bounced and spun and flipped to and fro, whatever the dark dank putrid wind blows they follow.

I have respect for Jerry Newcombe and I’m sure his attempt below was to be bold and attempt to finally speak up and clarify what has been taking place in America since January of 1973, but in his whole article below he remains mired in being politically correct while appearing to set the record straight with regard to language usage.

Yet he never really does set the record straight. Or use the right language.

Why is this folks?

Why are people so afraid to say how and what things really are?

It never was like this before. This is a new phenomenon that has only gained as it has over the past forty, fifty years or so. And accelerates faster than a Formula 1 race car and the cost of living.

Yes, Jerry Newcombe is right in writing pro-choice is a misnomer.

But so is pro-abortion.

Pro-abortion is still being soft, playing nice with words so as to not REALLY say what is going on, let’s hedge, skirt the truth as best we can, pussyfoot as long as possible, and refuse to call the premeditated act of going to a clinic, Planned Parenthood, a hospital, a doctor to have the human life that is ALIVE and HUMAN growing in a woman’s womb yanked out and murdered — MURDER!

It’s premeditated murder.

There was a time a person committed such an act they would have been called a murderer. And faced the consequences. Now they are revered and praised. Think about this. Really take some time to think about this and how far we have fallen in such a short time.

It’s premeditated murder.

The decision is made. Beforehand. To remove and kill what is growing inside a woman’s womb. And what is growing inside a woman’s womb is a human child. Known to God. Created by the will of God.

Yet professed Christians do not believe this. And they choose to hedge, and comply with the corrupted world speak. And far too few are bold enough to call what takes place premeditated murder.

World speak.

Not as God speaks in His eternal word.

Why comply with World Word Speak? Want to be distinguishable from the pagan world, from the darkness, from the lost of this world? Then begin speaking plainly. As it really is. No euphemisms.

Concerned that if you say that someone that has premeditatedly murdered the human child in their womb, having that child ripped out of them, mutilated, killed taking its breath away, stilling its beating heart, killing its mind and life? Because you might offend them? Upset them?

Seriously think about this.

Enough of the nonsense. The utter banality and insanity of twisted, corrupted and perverted language. Begin calling things as they are, what they are.

According to the foundation of language and true meanings and definitions. The laws of language rather than being complicit in the destruction of language TO SUIT AND APPEASE EVIL.

And that is EXACTLY what the corruption and perversion of language is about. As the corruption and perversion of language always originate and emanate from the tongues of evil.

No disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ originated the words pro-choice rather than calling the act what it truly is.

No disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ originated the word gay to replace the accurate word well and long established for homosexual. That word originated within the homosexual community to deflect and distract from the sinful lives and acts they commit. So they chose a word that completely, totally is opposite of their life choices and how they truly are.

Yet those professing to be followers of Christ, children of God comply with diligence daily to appease and please the world, appease and please the evil that has, is, and will continue to alter definitions and meanings, corrupt and pervert language.

Yes, pro-choice is a misnomer.

So is pro-abortion. In the minds of many, they know those who are pro-choice are pro-abortion, but that falls short of a blunt and accurate definition, doesn’t it? Because what is really being PRO, from the Latin, meaning “in favor of something” truly translated means IN FAVOR OF PREMEDITATED MURDER OF HUMAN CHILDREN.

All rise and praise Molach in America!

Right? That’s what we’re doing. No different. Human child sacrifice. No different than in the days of Molach, which have not ended in this pagan world.

Oh, how wrong and lost a people we have become!

We have language, words, and their meanings, to communicate clearly, and to understand what is what. Not to muddy, cloud up, make things hazy, and all this relativity dung.

Speak and write plainly. Clearly. Using the right words. Even if it takes an extra word or two to be clear.

Because at the rate we’re going nothing will mean anything and anything will mean whatever people want it to mean. We’re well on our way to achieving that now. Oh, we should be so proud of such an achievement, eh?

The only way to combat evil? The advancement of sin and evil? The erosion? Is to resist evil. To take a solid unwavering stand against evil and sin and the accelerating erosion of all things.

What force is behind the altering, the corruption, the perversion of language?

Is it from God?

Or is it from the father of lies, the prince of the air, Satan?

And, yes, it all begins with one of those two very, very different paths and sources.

Continue to be indistinguishable in speech, in words from the world, and contribute to the decay, the rot, the decline, the corruption, and the perversion of language.

Or, begin to speak, to write how things really are, what things really are. With courage.

Are we here to please people and the lost in this dark world?

Or to follow and please God?

The decision rests in every individual heart, mind, spirit, and soul.

Pro-choice is a misnomer

Around this time of year, we remember the infamous Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade of January 22, 1973, which condemned some 65 million preborn people in America to death in abortions. Although Roe was overturned, abortion is very much a pressing issue today.

And it has been and continues to be promoted in the name of “choice.” Pro-choice is a misnomer. Those who are pro-choice are in reality pro-abortion.

Although the proponents call themselves “pro-choice,” many studies indicate that the majority of women who have an abortion felt compelled to seek the procedure.

I spoke with Eric Scheidler of the Illinois-based Pro-Life Action League in a recent radio segment on this very topic.

He told me, “When someone tells me now that they’re ‘pro-choice,’ I say, ‘I’m glad to hear that because everyone should have the right to choose to become a parent.’ Then we get into the question of women having a right to motherhood taken away from them by those who are pushing abortion on them.” That includes, says Scheidler, the parents, the boyfriends, the employers, the politicians, and the abortion industry.

OB-GYN Ingrid Skop, M.D., wrote recently: “It is usually assumed that most women in the U.S. freely choose abortion and consider it to have been the best decision for them, all things considered. However, an expanding body of literature calls this assumption into question.”

Skop continues, “A recent peer-reviewed study conducted by [Charlotte Lozier Institute] scholars found that only one-third of abortions are ‘wanted.’ Nearly one in four described their abortion as ‘unwanted’ or ‘coerced.’ An additional 43% described the abortion as ‘accepted’ but ‘inconsistent with their values and preferences.’”

And she adds, “A majority, around 60%, said their preference would have been to give birth had they received more emotional support or had greater financial security…. In another 2023 peer-reviewed survey, 61% of women reported ‘high levels’ of pressure to abort.”

So much for choice. As Dr. D. James Kennedy once declared, “The only ‘choice’ the abortionists ever give anybody is ‘Tuesday or Friday? When do you want to have the abortion?’”

Meanwhile, there are crisis pregnancy centers out there doing the Lord’s work as they provide loving options for those seeking abortions. They provide real choice.

Yet these crisis pregnancy centers are often targeted by pro-abortion extremists. For example, on June 7, 2022, in Amherst, New York, the Compass Care crisis pregnancy center was firebombed, causing half-a-million dollars in damages.

I’ve interviewed Jim Harden, the president of Compass Care, about the destruction of his center and on other issues related to abortion. For this piece on how pro-choice is a misnomer, I asked him if he cared to give me a comment.

Harden said, “It is telling that a recent study revealed that nearly 70% of women are coerced to abort their babies…. When a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy, she considers abortion because she feels trapped…like she has no choice. Mercenary abortionists masquerade as medical professionals to profiteer from this tragic reality” [emphasis his].

However, Senator Elizabeth Warren has the audacity to claim that these crisis pregnancy centers are “harmful” to women.

Harden continues, “Yet pro-life pregnancy centers help a woman with everything but abortion…for free. Pro-life pregnancy centers are the abortion industry’s only competition, delivering up to 2 million women nearly $358 million worth of free medical care and support every year. And while pro-abortion politicians get re-elected on the coat tails of abortion propaganda, it is the pro-life pregnancy centers that are empowering women with true informed consent and support.”

Thankfully, through the Lord, there is healing and forgiveness available for those who have had an abortion, by choice or otherwise. I saw a news item where a former female rock singer said she is very sorry for her three abortions, which she regrets deeply, but very grateful to God for His forgiveness.

Speaking of regrets, OB-GYN Vivina Napier, M.D., said recently: “In my years in practice, I have never met a woman who has expressed regret over giving birth to her baby, but I have met plenty who shared their regret for having abortions.”

Katie Daniels of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America says, “There is an abortion industry that makes billions of dollars killing children and hurting their moms, and that is who we’re up against. So we need to speak clearly and honestly about that reality while also contrasting our compassion for moms and babies.”

Our nation’s founders declared independence from Great Britain and dependence upon God. They said that our Creator has endowed us with certain inalienable rights, and that first among these is the right to life.

Real choice is as American as apple pie. But “pro-choice” only chooses one option—and a grisly one at that. America can do better than this.
