I picture Nasrallah, every dead Hamas & Hezbollah terrorist, every enemy of God & Israel…

Please understand, I would never dare speak for God other than what I know from Scripture, and as I sat in my office early this morning reading God’s Word, pondering what I read, then reading some of the news from Israel I was led to this thought, which I believe is accurate, and Biblical, as we know as believers, Christ followers, disciples of Yeshua Hamashiach, that all those who oppose God, reject the Son, Jesus, mock and rebel against the truth of God’s inerrant infallible unchanging eternal living word end up exactly as the rich man that Jesus tells all who will listen.

I dare not think in my feeble way, that I can supplant Scripture, and I never would attempt to do so for my fear of God, my wonderful, joyous, awestruck fear of God knowing no words of man can come up to the words of the Lord.

If unfamiliar, here is the parable of the rich man and Lazarus;

The Rich Man and Lazarus

“There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

“Then he said, ‘I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house, for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.’ Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ”

Luke 16:19-31

As I read this, the spirit in me, I believe the Spirit in me, led me to think on this;

There were certain men, clothed in the fabric of terrorism against God’s people. Rich men given everything they desired by he who they served in an attempt to quench their blind white-hot hatred against God’s people.

And there was a certain small nation of God’s people near them that they raged against daily, and condemned to death foolishly imagining themselves secure, vainly believing that they were living the right way and the people of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were lesser, to be removed from their sight. Lesser than dogs. 

Many of these, in their hatred, terrorism, and wars they initiated against God’s people died. Due to their wrath, and their rebelling against the God of the Jewish and Christian Bible were slain, along with many of God’s people due to the anger, hatred, and blind rage, of the reign of terror against God’s people by these clothed in the ways of death and destruction.

God’s people who believed in the Lord, served the Lord, feared the Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were carried off to heaven in the arms of angels to Abraham’s bosom.

Those who died in their rage, their blind hatred, murdering God’s people did not find themselves in Paradise as they had believed but they now found themselves in the bitterest, worst place imaginable, beyond finite human comprehension, and they called out, “Father Abraham, have mercy on us, and send to us those who died as a result of our hatred, that they might dip their fingers in water to cool our tongues, for we all are tormented in these flames!”

But Abraham said, “Sons, in your lifetime you had every opportunity to come out from the darkness you were in, into the light, the truth, and the way to life, but you chose to do evil things while these now entering their rest in heaven served the Lord in peace, following His ways, and besides this, between where you all are and us is a great gulf that cannot be crossed. No one can pass from one place to the other.”

“Then we beg of you, therefore, father, that you would send these carried off to heaven that they could go to our brothers in hatred and terrorism against God’s people and testify to them, lest they also be consumed and find themselves in this eternal place of torment.”

“They have Moses and the prophets, and the whole inerrant Word of God to hear and know the truth.”

“No, father, Abraham, if one of these dead due to our evil and tells them of this they will repent.”

But he said to them, “If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, the truth of the Scriptures, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead…just as Yeshua Hamashiach did on the third day. Many more are to be joined with you in eternal torment for the evil they have done against God’s people, be the people they harm be Jew or Gentile, in Israel, or anywhere else in this world.”

Please forgive me if you find that offensive, or sacrilegious. That was not my intent.

And I do not know with certainty, as a prophet would, but from my understanding of Scripture, from my faith, I see Nasrallah, and every Islamist terrorist, every enemy of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, every enemy of the Lord Jesus, every enemy of Israel that dies in that place of torment then aware of the grave error of their ways and desiring to get word to those still living on earth to repent! To change your ways before ending up in the eternal sea of fire, pain, and torment.

But, they have the Word of God. They have the way to change their hearts, minds, and lives and go from a destiny of eternity in hell to an eternity in heaven.

But even the rising from the dead will not shake them who are consumed in darkness and evil.

But we of the light, the truth, and the way — the followers and believers of Jesus can and must continue in fervent, humble, faithful prayer for God’s people, for Israel, for the staggered and wayward Chruch, for the strong and faithful pastors to continue to stand boldly in the whole Word, and for our enemies. For the people of the lands of the enemies of God’s people.

Obeying our Lord and Savior. Becoming more like Him daily. Let us decrease and Him increase in each of us.

Individual revival, individual deep lasting revival leads to true revival.

Forgive my feeble words. And if any of this has brought offense. To do so was the furthest thing from my heart and mind in writing this. But I just pictured Nasrallah, and every Islamic terrorist that has murdered God’s people, taken them hostage, serving darkness and evil that has died in their foolish ways. Also, every lost, in darkness young person, or anyone in America, or elsewhere that joins in the chanting “from the river to the sea!” showing support for Islamic terrorism and death, rejecting God, rejecting Jesus, rejecting the truth of God’s Word should they perish before repenting and coming to know the truth, to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, that they, too would end up in the eternal torment as the rich man.
