Religious syncretism, the fusion or melding of various beliefs to fit into one is purely the work of Satan. We tend to remove Satan and evil and think it’s all done on our own, all according to man and woman as if we’re somehow isolated from the wiles of the devil, or to hear and obey evil and the devil.

I’ve heard very sound teaching Bible-centered pastors teach how when a person “hears something” within their mind, their heart which opposes Christ, the Bible, os something horrendous it is not the devil attacking them, but something else going on within them. Yet these very same speak, preach, and trach of “hearing the calling” of God and answering Him.

How can this be?

Now, of course, not every thought unspiritual, awful or odd is the devil literally and directly speaking within an individual. I know in part why these pastors have taught as they have, because they don’t want people using the excuse, and it is an excuse of, the devil made me do it in an attempt to absolve themselves of any accountability. Which is the wont and direction of our entire so-called society [societies have cohesion and control and a conscience as opposed to the ever-increasing rebellion, anarchy, mayhem, confusion, ability to lie and love of lying and utter breakdown taking place anywhere, everywhere anyone looks in at this time].

But make no mistake. Do not be deceived, allow yourself to be misdirected, softened, take the lying belief of the walking dead, and if not in the light of the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ, a true disciple of Jesus, a true child of God rather than a child of disobedience, if not possessing and living a Biblical view, a Biblical way of life then you, that person, anyone is among the walking dead in utter darkness.

And this rapidly growing and realized lie of blending Islam, which is as evil and unsound and false a belief as come down the pike, along with Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucian, and every other ism, misguided and out and out in error “faith” along with presently every denomination created by man now jettisoned from Scripture and going its own deadly way, this religious syncretism is the work of the devil.

People are Satan’s playground. The human mind, the human heart, the human spirit are the places in which evil works and grows. Like a deadly bacterium placed in a Petri dish under the right condition to grow and consume the space within the Peti dish. So do the wiles of the devil, evil touch the human heart, mind, spirit, and soul and grow until it has consumed and eaten away all within the space it took over.

And people call this progress, evolution, education, cultured, refined, learning, the way of the world and wonderful. How it is and how it ought to be.

If different? If in opposition to any of this, such as speaking or writing the truth about Islam? Buddhism? Yoga [which has infected so-called Christian churches and I’ve received numerous scathing comments over the years since posting long ago SPECIAL EDITION: Yoga The American Spirituality and Yoga Is A Pagan Ritual. Maybe Christians Should Find A Different Workout Routine.]

This religious syncretism began slowly. Nothing is done overnight. Even the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, which will come like the twinkling of an eye, as the lightning flashes from east to west and He will suddenly appear in the clouds —unexpected by the overwhelming majority alive on earth on that day — has been built up to the point it was time. Nothing happens willy nilly. Nothing just happens. Or happens overnight. There is always a building-up process due to an eroding away process.

Islam is evil. Purely. Truly. Islam is anti-God, anti-Jesus, anti-Holy Spirit, anti-Bible, anti-Christian, and anti-Christianity. Christianity cannot abide Islam being blended in. The lies, the false teachings, the going against the Word of God cannot be permitted to be brought in at any time to any degree into a true, sound Bible-teaching, Bible-preaching, Bible-believing, Bible-centered church or individual believers life.

Yet in church after church, denomination after denomination, pastor and preacher after pastor and preacher, individual upon individual professing vehemently with their lips that they are Christian this is exactly what is happening.

It cannot be. It cannot be and also be Christian, Christianity, the truth, the following of the Lord Jesus Christ, the belief in the Bible. It is rather following and believing the ways and lies of the world, permitting the wiles of the devil, the subtle, seductive whisperings of the devil to be heard in the human heart, the human mind, the spirit, and soul louder, over, above the voice and way of truth and life — God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the inerrant infallible, unchangeable living and active Word of God.

Each person is either a true believer. A true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. A true child of God, A true Bible-centered Bible-believing Christian or they are of the world. Of the darkness. Of the lies and delusions. Just another among the walking dead.

No matter if they attend a beautiful or historical “church” every Sunday, no matter what Bible college, theology program, seminary they may have attended and graduated from authenticated by the world that they are somehow sound teachers knowing and teaching the Bible though most do everything and anything other these days, no matter how expensive that cross worn around the neck that is in truth heavier than a millstone and meaning nothing with regard to being renewed of mind and spirit, meaning nothing of being truly His and living in and by and through the Word — if for an instant, if you begin to believe that somehow true Christianity can be infected with and by, mingled and blended with Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and any other belief? There are so-called Christian churches bringing in druids, native pagan tribes, and every under the sun to include in their “worship services” in these last of the last days than you, dear one, are in utter darkness and in the web of lies woven by this world.

A person, a so-called pastor is NOT being “loving” and “Christian” and “following Christ” as are the Niagara Falls of lies spewed to be “tolerant” and “accepting” and “inclusive” of Islam, any other false way to believe is the path to perfection, heaven, some paradise after this fleshly life ends. Just as it is equally unsound, a lie, and the wiles of the devil and millions listening to him and blocking out the Lord to include, be tolerant of, accepting of the sexually immoral and sexually deviant into the church.

Inclusion isn’t determined by man or woman or a denomination.

Inclusion into the body of Christ, afforded salvation and eternal life in heaven is determined by God. By the Lord Jesus Christ. By the Holy Spirit. By what is contained within the Word of God for all to come to know, believe, and thus live accordingly.

So simple and yet so ignored, corrupted, perverted, and lied about.

We are not gods.

And it’s long overdue that we begin to finally listen to the One True God and instead of permitting the voice of the devil and this world to fill every channel within our heart and mind thusly directing our spirits, souls and lives we begin to tune in clearly, precisely, directly the voice of God. The will of God. The truth of God.

And that is done only one way from one source.

The Holy Bible. The Scriptures. The inerrant infallible unchangeable living and active Word of God.

Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Now, if folks weren’t directly influenced and attacked by the devil why did God think it important to include this in His Word to us dear ones?

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

James 4:7-8 — English Standard Version

Do not be wise in your own eyes but be in awe of LORD JEHOVAH and depart from evil

Proverbs 3:7 — Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.

Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.

For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

Proverbs 4:13-19 — King James Version

And to any who might not like, disagree, or oppose my calling anyone and everyone not a true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ, a true child of God among the walking dead? Not my words. The Word of God…clear, plain, easy to understand. Just try opening a Bible at some point, reading it, studying it, praying over it, and meditating upon the words within some time.

And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:1-10 — English Standard Version

When the apostle Paul writes “And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked…”

He is speaking to the believers at Ephesus about how they were ALL SPIRITUALLY DEAD, among the walking dead. Appearing to be alive yet in utter darkness and nothing but the walking dead before hearing the Lord’s voice and answering Him.

Me, you, everyone earned a “wage.” The wage of sin. Original sin. Our own accumulated sin due to our fallen, corrupt, inherently sinful, immoral human nature. And the wages of those sins, if unforgiven, if not confessed, if not repented from, if not thusly renewed of mind and spirit, transformed into a new being by the Supernatural power of the Spirit of God — IS DEATH! ETERNAL DEATH.

Meditation — not as the world defines it. Meditating on the word of God is to take the time, prayerfully, in a quiet place, no TV, no Smartphone on and glowing and making whatever noises a person programs into theirs, no lights camera action, no fast pace place or time. Taking time to ponder deeply, seriously within the individual mind, heart, spirit, and soul that which is ingested from the Word of God. Ingestion leading to proper digestion.

Better and more important than any earthly meal, your favorite meal.

To gobble down something, go to that drive-thru window, pop that dung passing for food in a microwave is not really healthy, and eating in a rush, shoveling it down to move on is not healthy is it? So, too with the reading of God’s Word.

Only in confronting God’s Word, it is far, far more important to eat of it correctly and well. Slowly. Rightly dividing the Word of God. This takes seriousness. This takes time. This takes quiet time and thought. Meditation. A deepness. Nothing shallow, quick, or trite, or by rote.

ACP — A Crooked Path

How Islam Mutilates Christ

To say nothing of Abraham, Moses, Mary, and, most recently, St. George.

Not only does Islam claim Abraham, Moses, and Jesus; it apparently claims post biblical figures, such as Saint George, as well. So states a recent article on My London, the real point of which is apparently to assert Christian and Muslim “commonalities.” Thus, we learn that “on St George’s Day, which in Eastern Christianity is marked on May 6, Muslims in the area [of Nazareth] join Christians in their venerations of the saint.”

Judaism also finds its way into this article on religious syncretism: “According to some Sufi traditions, the [Hebrew] Prophet Elias, Al-Khidr [a character in the Koran], and Saint George are all the same person. They believe Elias reappears at different times in human history under different names to help stricken believers in times of crisis.”

The entire article is a testimony to the widely entrenched conviction that, because Judaism, Christianity, and Islam share many of the same characters, creating rapprochement between the three faiths is not just easy; it’s the most natural thing to do.

Left out of this calculus is the all-important fact that Islam does not treat biblical characters the way Christianity does. Christians accept the Hebrew Bible, or “Old Testament,” as it is. They do not add, take away, or distort the accounts of the patriarchs that Jews also rely on.

Conversely, while also relying on the figures of the Old and New Testaments—for the weight of antiquity and authority attached to their names—Islam completely recasts them in a manner that validates itself and invalidates Judaism and Christianity. This would seem to burn rather than build bridges.

Consider, for example, Islam’s treatment of Jesus (‘Isa in the Koran). Not only does Islam vehemently deny Christ’s sonship to God, a new book on Islamic sources inadvertently underscores the fact that ‘Isa is the antithesis of Jesus—his doppelganger.

Although Muslim Sources of the Crusader Period by professors James E. Lindsay and Suleiman Mourad is full of important historical documents from that era, including first time translations, the writings of Ibn ‘Asakir (1105-1175)—an influential Islamic scholar who also authored the popular Forty Hadiths for Inciting Jihad—on Jesus, based on established hadiths, are germane to our topic.  From beginning to end, Ibn ‘Asakir, like all other Muslim scholars before and after him, uses Jesus to validate Islam and invalidate the actual faith founded by Christ.

According to these Muslim accounts, Jesus will indeed return—Christian “bridge-builders” to Islam can be happy about that—but only to “break the crosses, slaughter the pigs, end the jizya tax on non-Muslims, making warfare against the People of the Book (e.g. Jews ,Christians, Zorastrians etc.) and others licit…” (p. 158) In short, Islam’s Jesus seems to be a jihadist on a par with ISIS.

Here are a few selections from Ibn ‘Asakir’s “biography” of Jesus/‘Isa (from Muslim Sources of the Crusader Period):

He quotes Muhammad asserting that whoever is willing to make him, Muhammad, Christ’s equal, as well as contradict the oldest Christian Creed (1 Cor. 15: 3-7), will go to heaven:

Whoever testifies that there is no god but God, alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, and that Jesus is His servant and messenger, the son of His servant, His word which he gave to Mary, and a spirit from Him, Allah will admit him to paradise for saying that (p.159).

When a woman says to Jesus, “Blessed is the womb that bore you and the breast that suckled you,” a shocked Jesus replies: “No, but blessed is he who reads the Qur’an and follows what is in it” (p.159).

In several of these hadiths, Muhammad appears intent on making himself Jesus’s equal.  Thus when his child-bride, Aisha, asks the prophet: “If I outlive you, would you permit me to be buried beside you?” “No,” responds Muhammad: “in that place there is only room for my grave, for Abu Bakr’s grave [Muhammad’s companion and successor, or first caliph], for ‘Umar’s grave [Muhammad’s companion and second caliph], and for the grave of Jesus son of Mary” (p.160).

In another account, Muhammad says, “The biblical prophets are siblings of the same lineage.  I and Jesus too are siblings because he prophesied me and there are no prophets between me and him (p.161).”

In yet another account, Ibn ‘Asakir presents Jesus as “praying behind” yet another caliph (Muawiya I): then, “after Jesus finishes his prayer, he will take his lance, go toward the Antichrist and kill him.  Then Jesus will die and the Muslims will wash him and bury him” (p.161).

Such is the transformation—or mutilation—that Jesus has undergone in the Muslim tradition.  And Christians are supposed to see this as a possible “bridge” to Islam, a source of “commonalities”?

It’s the same, incidentally, with other biblical characters.  Consider Abraham (Ibrahim), whom this entire “Abrahamic” movement is named after.  While Jews and Christians focus on different aspects of Abraham—the former see him as their patriarch in the flesh, the latter as their patriarch in faith or in spirit (e.g., Gal 3:6)—they both rely on the same verbatim account of Abraham found in Genesis.

The Muslim account, however, introduces and exemplifies the hate Muslims are obligated to have for non-Muslims:  “You have a good example in Abraham and those who followed him,” Allah informs Muslims in Koran 60:4; “for they said to their people, ‘We disown you and the idols that you worship besides Allah. We renounce you: enmity and hate shall reign between us until you believe in Allah alone.’”

In fact, this verse is the cornerstone verse that all “radical” Muslims, especially of the Islamic State, cite as proof that Muslims must hate all non-Muslims.  In other words, far from serving as a bridge between Islam and Judaism and Christianity, the Muslim Abraham  teaches Muslims to hate Jews and Christians.

One can go on and on: according to Islamic traditions, Mary, the mother of Christ, is Muhammad’s “wife” in heaven—yet another characterization that would seem to sever hardly build “bridges,” especially for Catholics.

Surely it’s a curious thing: when certain people—namely, whites—“appropriate,” say, the superficial dress or costume of another people, woe, all is woe.  But when Islam appropriates and completely perverts the central figures of two faiths, Judaism and Christianity, Jews and Christians are supposed to feel good about it, see it as an opportunity for “reconciliation” with Islam.  Interesting how that works.

To be clear, the Muslim appropriation and subsequent mutilation of biblical figures is a source of problems, not solutions. It is only the secular mindset, which cannot rise beyond the surface fact that three religions claim the same figures—and so they must all eventually “get along”—that does not and never will get it.  The Saint George article on My London—which spends an inordinate amount of time cracking jokes about drinking in pubs—is a perfect example.
