Bible#99

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:9-11  – King James Version

And this is my prayer: that your love may more and more overflow in fullness of knowledge and depth of discernment, so that you will be able to determine what is best and thus be pure and without blame for the Day of the Messiah, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Yeshua the Messiah — to the glory and praise of God.

A new feature, a new category here on “A Crooked Path.”

As frequent readers know I do not like to only use a verse here, a verse there, which often can lose its CONTENT and therefore its meaning and accurate interpretation. I do recognize a need though for a source of a verse, or a few verses, and I added this new category to this website in the hope and prayer from reading a verse, or a few verses it moves and motivates the reader to delve deeper into the word of God to glean the greater context and therefore increase more and more in knowledge and in all judgment those things of God, knowing and accepting those things from Him and his Word equipping each of us to discern those things in this life which are excellent in the sight of the Lord our God, Adonai, Yeshua, all praise and glory be unto Them!

All thanks unto God, Ken Pullen, steward of this place by He Who measures my day and I serve.

“It shall greatly help ye to understand the Scriptures if thou mark not only what is spoken or written, but of whom and to whom, with what words, at what time, where, to what intent, with what circumstances, considering what goeth before and what followeth after. ”
