Preface:
When I was in darkness, a believer in God and Jesus yet not saved, not truly knowing, not truly renewed of mind and spirit and I read Romans 1:20 I never “saw it” never clearly understood it.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Romans 1:20 — King James Version Holy Bible
From the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly observed in what he made. As a result, people have no excuse.
Romans 1:20 — God’s Word Translation Bible
There is no denying the existence of God, Jesus the Christ, or the Holy Spirit for Their divine nature, eternal power and individual qualities are clearly seen in everything every person sees and knows.
The sky above us in all its apparent simplicity and infinite beauty with the complexity beyond the creation of man was and is merely one of God’s thoughts.
Each part of creation is a thought of God’s. “Let there be…”
When we read Genesis “the beginning” and we read of the earth taking form and the sun, moon, and stars being hung in the heavens, and life created on earth all that can be read within a matters of minutes. I sometimes wonder if we’re pausing to think deeply, meditate upon what all that truly means. Do you ever take the time to ponder and study something like a how something like the tides, circulation of blood within a living thing, the network of systems to develop that blood, how a caterpillar, a complex creation of its own goes into a cycle in which it dies as a caterpillar and sheds its old self becoming something totally new and alive. Unrecognizable from its former self.
Or pick up a stone, a rock, feel soil run through your fingers. Realize all these things are mere thoughts of God’s.
Then ponder and meditate upon some of your own thoughts.
Compare.
Then deny God? Anyone in their right mind could never accomplish such a thing. For to do so is to instantly lie and KNOW THAT YOU’RE LYING WITHIN YOUR HEART which is convicted even though you may never speak what the heart is telling you.
When I look upon my thoughts? Or the accomplishments of men and women on this earth? And attempt to compare them to God’s Triune nature thoughts? No comparison. I am sorely humbled.
Look around! In awe, wonder, honor, respect and praise for God’s thoughts made everything we all know and see possible. Nothing else could have done so.
Sadly, the vast majority do not see this. They lived lives denying, many are living now denying and they are all dying within to the truth.
We are never to worship the creation or anything within the creation of God, but in His invisible thoughts His existence is made known to every living thing and nothing, no one, no living thing can come up with an excuse as to why they did not live lives in accordance with the knowledge that God is seen everywhere in creation — which leaves no one with any excuses. No one is excused. No one can pass the buck, point somewhere else for blame, say they didn’t know — none have excuse.
Wake up and breath. See what’s around you. Throw open the drapery and witness one aspect of the heavens created by a mere thought from God Almighty. Eat breakfast — provided solely by God Almighty. Go about your day wherever that may be on this formed thought of God’s called the earth. But please, please ponder and mediate on the Words of God, the Word of God daily

The Godhead
Reprinted from: Institute for Creation Research
“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” (Colossians 2:9)
The term “Godhead” occurs three times in the King James translation. Each time it translates a slightly different Greek noun, all being slight modifications of the Greek word for “God” (theos, from which we derive such English words as “theology”). It essentially means the nature, or “structure,” of God, as He has revealed Himself in His Word.
The first occurrence is in Acts 17:29: “We ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.” Men have been guilty throughout the ages of trying to “model” the Godhead, but this leads quickly to idolatry, whether that model is a graven image of wood or stone or a philosophical construct of the human mind.
What man cannot do, however, God has done, in the very structure of His creation. “The invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead” (Romans 1:20). His tri-universe (space, matter, and time, with each component unique in definition and function, yet permeating and comprising the whole) perfectly “models” His triune nature (Father, Son, Holy Spirit—each distinct, yet each the whole).
This analogy can be carried much further, for this remarkable triunity pervades all reality. The tri-universe is not God (that would be pantheism), but it does clearly reflect and reveal the triune nature of His Godhead.
The last occurrence of the word is in our text. Although we cannot see the Godhead in its fullness, that fullness does dwell eternally in the Lord Jesus Christ. All that God is, is manifest in Him. “And ye are complete in him” (Colossians 2:10). HMM
