A CROOKED PATH

Most books almost exclusively deal with very specific, isolated matters. No matter the genre. Right there helps build the case — everything is put into a genre category. Fiction, non-fiction, textbook, mystery, romance, cooking, handyman, self-help, and on and on and on almost infinitely the list goes on.

Many attaching a material value to each individual book [The Most Expensive Books Ever Sold at Auction, World’s oldest Hebrew Bible could fetch up to $50 million at auction]. Whether it be the purchase price of a volume or the hoped for material value to be gleaned from buying, borrowing from a library, or now in the age we live in reading a book emanating from a glowing screen. Something I abhor and hope I never have to resort to.

No one book can ever hope to include all that a person needs in life.

Right? That’s why libraries exist, and so many books have been published and so many continue to be published. An avalanche of information to be read.

Some books make extraordinary claims [almost all do in the times in which we live]. To never truly live up to them.

All are focused on one thing really. First, to become discovered by the people of the world in order to make a profit, along with providing specific knowledge and information, or entertainment. A diversion from reality.

I used to read fiction. I haven’t read a fiction book in over 20 years. I like reality. Non-fiction.

Even massive tomes of written history are always specific. Even if proclaiming to cover the history of the world. As not one was written is ever written with a Biblical worldview.

Except for one book — the Holy Bible. God’s inerrant infallible living and active word. God breathed by His Spirit, the individual of the Holy Spirit of the Triune God, to select men at select periods in world history.

Among every book ever written, published, or read there is only one book to include everything. Everything. Everything and anything that can, will, has, and might happen to every person on earth in the course of their lifetime, and to people they know. Nothing is missed or excluded. NOTHING. Unlike any other book ever written or read. Poetry, cooking, murder, history, mystery, sex, lust, every part of human nature revealed, exposed, and written of. Joy, love, hope, faith, biography, Autobiography even — for it is the Book of God, of Jesus, of the Holy Spirit.

There is no other book that can compare — or even dare try.

There is no other book that contains in one volume all of the above and more. As in this one book, the Holy Bible, the Word of God, are the words leading to the knowledge leading to eternal life. For those who hear, read, repent, believe, and obey.

No other book can compare.

Some books, many books have tried and continue to try.

The Holy Bible is also the most attacked, mocked, ridiculed, and refuted book ever to be published on earth. The efforts of many in the past 60, 70 years or so an attempt to modify, alter and thus corrupting the Word of God to suit the worldview, the evil nature within man and woman instead of turning to the whole Word of God having it change that evil nature within them.

Why is this so? Why are so many Bibles lying unread while so many go about constantly attacking it, attempting to pervert it, alter it to suit their desires? Could everything in the Holy Bible possibly be true and such truth torments and eats away within the cold dead hearts and minds of those who refuse to believe its words, its truth, and those who prefer being enslaved to their master, Satan?

Some books, many books appear to distract from, and mislead billions from the truth and way of life contained in the Holy Bible.

Some books, many books appear in homes throughout the world. The Holy Bible is the best-selling most widely-owned book in the world. And tragically, it sits idle and unopened, unread, unstudied, unmediated upon — even in the homes of those professing to be Christians.

While so many other books, other writers, and other volumes are turned to.

Almost all occupying people’s time and minds and taking them away from the Word of God — where our eyes, our ears, our hearts, our minds, our spirits, our souls, our time and lives ought to be immersed deeper, longer and greater!

Some books, most books…

…there is Only One Book…

…that provides an answer to every question or concern. That can provide the way to God, the way to eternal life. Only One Book…
