I don’t write and publish the following to cause fear. The exact opposite. Rather to the joy and hope of the true believer and as a warning to those who refuse to believe and will not turn to the Lord to have Jesus heal them, forgive them of their sin, to save them eternally from the wrath to come. This is truly done out of optimism, love, hope, and joy. Although oft times confused because so many are so drenched in how the world has taught them to think and believe. And folks just can’t seem to shake that or gravitate to the Word of God over the foolish words of man or woman.
The latter I address to those professing faith in the Lord and making the profession that they believe and live according to the Word of God.
I’ve had folks, Christians contact me and tell me how bleak, how depressing, how pessimistic this place is. How they feel the need to take a shower after reading something here. Proof of the psychological worldly indoctrination persisting in so many professing otherwise. More of the world in them than of and in the Word.
Just a fact. Otherwise, things would be understood and received as intended. Or, at least received and understood a bit better.
No one knows the heart but God. But there is nothing but misunderstandings taking place among people. Regrettably. Needlessly.
So it is. And will be.
But onto what is most important…
My wife and I might be going to heaven soon. Perhaps you as well.
If the Rapture of the Church, be you a born again Gentile or Jew in this Church Age.* We love the life the Lord has given us and blesses us with, we love this wonderful, beautiful yet fallen world the Lord made, yet we wouldn’t mind soon being removed from this earth as prophesized in the Holy Bible. This can take place at any time. Best be ready. Living in the Word. Prayerful. Mindful of eternal heavenly matters. If finding yourself here and unbelieving what the Holy Bible says, refusing to believe Who Jesus is, or if you are a Christ follower and you know unbelieving folks in your life — know that A Crooked Path is paid for through August of 2025. Should nothing new begin to appear here because we’re gone.
Should the Rapture occur before August next year, and the evil forces of Antichrist and his false prophet are revealed. We’ll all be gone. The Church Age Christ followers, that is. And you, unbeliever, find yourself remaining, and somehow this place remains online until next August you might want to visit once in a while. Perhaps a lot. Won’t benefit me — I’ll be in heaven. Not selling anything here but the hope of individuals to seek the Lord, turn to the Lord, in order to be saved. That’s it in a nutshell. What you’re going to need to do, hopefully, want to do is spend more time ingesting God’s Word and in fervent humble repentant prayer while struggling to stay alive as you refuse to take the name of the Antichrist branded into your flesh as the majority will do. Any person having his name branded into their flesh in worship of the Beast will not see the kingdom of God. Not according to me. That fact is in the Holy Bible.
This place might help explain some things. God’s Word explains everything.
So much is taking place, so much falling into place regarding the very last of the last days of this world as it has been known. Too many to list here. Hopefully, you are aware of these and are a born again disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.
No one knows the day, the hour. It will be quicker than the twinkling of an eye — which, there has been scientific research on this, and an eye twinkles at the speed of 0.33 seconds. Rather fast.
I’m not making any predictions. To do so is heretical, exceedingly dangerous and foolish, and against the Word of God.
All I’m saying is…
Be aware. Be very aware. Be watching. Be prepared. Like the five virgins having oil always in their lamps.
It’s a very good idea to be paying attention every day to what is truly most important. To have the fear of God within. And the events on earth taking place that can be related to God’s Word. From the breakdown of the family, the rise of false teachers and unsound doctrines, the itching ears, the apostasy, the lawlessness, ISRAEL — the center of the world and the center of it all, the rage, the violence, the sexual immorality, what takes place and is accepted that never was before in world history. Even if living under a rock for the past 20 years every person on earth ought to be aware of some of the things that clearly reveal the accuracy, the truth of the last day’s Bible prophecies.
Child of God, disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ, if you know any person that remains in darkness, as they are themselves darkness, the walking dead in their sin refusing the Light, the Way, the Truth, and the Life — the Lord Jesus Christ — you might want to send them this posting. And direct them to this place. Directing them to the whole Word of God. Directing them to what is the most important matter in each life — the choice made by each person as to where they will spend eternity. Either in heaven or in hell. Even if they resist. Then pray and have faith that the Spirit of God can perform a great work in them.
No other options. No matter what any person may believe or how they delude themselves.
Know what the most important fact is in all the world quietly resting among all the noise, all the busybodies, all the scurrying about, all the words, all that folks are told is so, so important and they believe it?
Here’s what is the most important fact on earth;
There is one individual. Just one person who is the very last person to acknowledge, believe, repent, and accept Jesus as Lord, the Messiah, Yeshua Hamashiach. Be that individual Gentile or Jew.
And when that individual repents and is instantly inwelt of the Holy Spirit, and every name that is written in The Book in heaven is filled? Then the remainder of Bible prophecy becomes fulfilled. And it will not be a period in world history anyone will want to be living in. It will be the entrance of the Antichrist, his false prophet, and the advent of the Great Tribulation. Which means the final known countdown to the Lord’s Second Coming at the end of that seven-year period. The end of time, the end of history as it has been known.
Believe and live. Eternally. Find sanctuary in the Lord.
Rebel, remain darkness in darkness, and perish. Eternally.
Your choice. And, yes, it’s really as simple and clear and factual, actual as that.
I know, after years of rebellion and sin it is amazing that Jesus says, “I call you friend,” and died for a person such as me, worthy of only condemnation. Yes, that is what all of us need to realize and we then allow the noise to stop inside, all the voices and struggles and fear grow silent so we can hear the Lord say one more time, “Come,” and this time answer His voice. Because His voice will grow fainter and fainter with the passage of time. With no promise of how much time, or how many more breaths we will be blessed with. Run to the Lord. Finding true freedom, true peace, the Truth, forgiveness of sin, salvation — eternal life. Don’t let time and opportunity slip by, slip away. Where your spirit, soul and being spend eternity matters. More than anything else.
I’m also making a book recommendation here, other than always recommending spending daily, nightly time in the inerrant infallible UNCHANGING eternal living and active Word of God, first to every professed believer, and also to the unbeliever;
So, as there are wars and rumors of wars, hostilities increase, and the insanity and godless actions of man increase do not put your faith in anything of this world. There is only one object of faith that is worth focusing upon — the Lord Jesus Christ.
Period.

Russia Amasses Troops on Israel’s Border

Russia’s military has deployed ground forces along the Israeli border, Syria has claimed, establishing a number of “observation points” opposite the Israeli frontier.
On Monday, Syrian state media outlet SANA reported that the Russian army is expanding its presence in southwestern Syria, and that Russian forces are establishing nine observation points on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights, adjacent to the Israeli border in the Quneitra area, and along the Jordanian frontier outside Daraa.
Deputy Commander of the Russian forces operating in Syria, General Alexander Rodionov, said in a press statement that the new deployment was part of the Russian army’s existing mission in Syria.
“The forces, in coordination with the Syrian Arab Army, established nine observation points along the disengagement force zone, whose mission is to carry out surveillance operations by air and land,” Rodionov said.
“Everything that is reported in some media outlets other than that is false,” Rodionov continued, denying claims that Russian forces had been withdrawn from Syria and that the deployments along the Israeli frontier were part of a new mission in Syria.
Rodionov noted that Russian forces have been deployed to Syria since 2015, and arrived at the request of the Bashar Assad regime.
Russian forces were dispatched to Syria, beginning in September 2015, to bolster the Assad government during the Syrian civil war, with the declared aim of combating Islamist groups, including the Islamic State in Syria (ISIS) organization.
A Syrian army officer whose identity was not disclosed told SANA that Russia’s deployment near the Israeli border “increases stability and security,” and “helps residents return to their land and lead their normal lives in their villages after being liberated from terrorism.”
