MASSIVE VICTORY: SCOTUS sides with parents; Alito nukes LGBT indoctrination campaign

Good news coming out of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., but if all the handclapping, cheering, and sighs of relief can be stilled, and a time for consideration enter every mind — why did it take until now, and why did it take a case going all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to determine this outcome?

Some folks think I’m real harsh, real hard, lacking compassion, and unyielding. They’re correct when it comes to using the mind that God made sure I had installed and operating between all the plates of bone comprising my skull. My question is, why aren’t more people using the mind that God gave them?

I have witnessed, perhaps you have as well, if even a moderate observer, an overwhelming phenomenon in America, and in Western society. That is, a massive refusal to think and formulate opinions, viewpoints. Emptyheadedness. Vagueness. Refusal to discern, to judge, to examine, evaluate, reason, think about something critically, and then reach a decision.

All the aimless people, where do they come from, where do they belong…?

Why has thinking, reasoning, establishing a viewpoint, judging, and reaching a decision on something been left up to the point of doing so being too late, or passed on to the courts?

It wasn’t always like this.

People in the past had no difficulty paying attention. Formulating an opinion, a viewpoint, and judging something, making a decision if it was good, bad, ugly, horrible, right, or wrong.

THAT feature, THAT ability is ingrained into human nature and into the human heart and mind. By God, to know, to determine what is good, what is just, what is right — and what is not.

In these last of the last days, which began and have been going on ever since God came to earth in human flesh in the Person of Jesus, Yeshua, an overwhelming number of human beings have shut down, turned in, refused to think and operate as human beings.

Then, some evil seizes on the opportunity, grows, consumes, and devours, and becomes entrenched, and then, and only then, do some folks finally appear to wake up and say, “Ahhh, hey, what’s going on? How did this happen? Maybe we’d better find someone to take this to the courts for us!”

By then, it’s too late.

Oh, you might get a little victory. But much of the damage has been done.

I know what it is, why this happens — because the overwhelming majority of people have been given over to wickedness, reprobate minds, New Age dogmas, pagan dogmas, Satanic demonic beliefs under the seductive verbal tones, the lies of tolerance, compassion, love, inclusivity, and also while being morally drugged that what was occurring was no big deal and would never amount to anything. No reason to pay attention, to care, to say something, to do anything about what was taking place right in front of them.

So many acted, acting like a mass of people going out to the edge of the sea, on the furthest part of the sand, at the lowest tide, and standing there. Just standing there. As the tide comes in, devouring them, and they are swallowed up by the sea.

This is but another sign of the times, friends. Just another sign of the times.

An offshoot of this is causing silence, fear of speaking up in far too many people who do see what has and is going on. Fear of being ridiculed, getting into a conversation they want to avoid, rather than being morally, faithfully, justly present and accounted for. Thus, allowing the evil to gain further.

To the point, a minor victory may be achieved in the courts.

This orchestrated evil of pushing sexual immorality, sexual deviancy, sexual perversion and speaking, writing of it as if it is not only normal, but is to be celebrated, something to be proud of, and in truth is superior to the way God made people to sexually function and live has been present for decades, many, many decades.

To roaring silence and being oblivious, doubting of evil’s intent in this.

So, we are where we presently are.

Might be a minor win for the so-called good people, but continue to turn your TV on and watch commercials, any program, listen to people, and watch what is going on where you live.

Evil isn’t retreating. And no court is going to halt its advance and its lies, nor more and more people becoming deluded, silent, accepting, applauding, and approving of it.

We’re living in the times of Romans 1.

We’re living Isaiah 5:20:

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

We’re living in Jude 1:4:

“For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.”

We’re living in the time of itching ears turned to fables:

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”

2 Timothy 4:3-5

We’re living in the very last of the last days. We’re living in the time of strong delusion, God’s Word tells us would occur. It would behoove individuals to wake up BEFORE matters get to the point they need to rely on a court, on the U.S. Supreme Court to pass along their opinion. Maybe formulate, develop, hone, and have a solid well well-founded opinion yourself? And not fear expressing it?

Yes, good news out of Washington, D.C., today. But pause to seriously consider why it got to this point and took so long — for this one victory? And, as in most of these situations, now resting on laurels, celebrating the win, and receding occurs.

That’s why, after Roe v. Wade was overturned and the mass celebration bordering on hysteria, and all the nonsense, all the delusion, all the noise, all the bable, all the delusion of the premeditated murdering of children in America would come to an end, or at least be greatly reduced as resulted in…

…the premeditated murder of children HAS INCREASED since the recent Roe v Wade opinion was passed down.

Imagine that.

But let’s keep our mouths shut, not use the minds that God blessed us with, and rely on the courts, eh?

Perhaps people think the U.S. Supreme Court has power over right and wrong, and what people do? Okay, pop quiz time — the Ten Commandments, the giving of laws, has made people fall in line and obey them all throughout history and in our present time? True or false?

They, the U.S. Supreme Court, merely offer up their opinion. Almost always, when something has gone on far too long, and by then it’s too late for opinions, as actions should have been taken by the so-called “good people” of the land.

Imagine that…

MASSIVE VICTORY: SCOTUS sides with parents; Alito nukes homosexual, bisexual, transgender indoctrination campaign

Maryland parents fought for years to opt their kids out of homosexual, bisexual, and transgender propaganda sessions. The high court gave them a big win on Friday.

Montgomery County Public Schools, Maryland’s largest school district, approved over 20 works of homosexual, bisexual, and transgender propaganda for inclusion as instructional materials in its curriculum in late 2022.

The woke district was initially willing to let parents opt their kids out of lessons incorporating the non-straight agitprop and to provide notice when radical works celebrating sex changes, Pride parades, and reality-defying pronouns such as “Pride Puppy,” “Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope,” and “My Rainbow” were read.

However, the district determined that the opt-outs required by state law for sex education units of health classes did not apply, as the homosexual, bisexual,  and transgender propaganda was introduced as part of the English curriculum.

Unwilling to surrender their children to cultural imperialists and confident that the district’s policy violated their First Amendment right to freely exercise their religion, Christian and Muslim parents represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty took the MCPS to court — not seeking to ban the books but to reclaim the right to control their kids’ exposure to them.

On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the parents are entitled to a preliminary injunction that would permit them to have their kids excused from instruction related to the homosexual, bisexual, and transgender propaganda while their lawsuit proceeds.

The high court reversed a lesser court’s judgment and noted that the parents “are likely to succeed on their claim that the Board’s policies unconstitutionally burden their religious exercise.”

“We hold that the Board’s introduction of the homosexual, bisexual, transgender plus inclusive storybooks — combined with its decision to withhold notice to parents and to forbid opt outs — substantially interferes with the religious development of their children and imposes the kind of burden on religious exercise that Yoder found unacceptable,” Justice Samuel Alito noted in the opinion for the high court.

Alito emphasized in the majority opinion that storybooks targeting young children are “unmistakably normative” and “clearly designed to present certain values and beliefs as things to be celebrated and certain contrary values and beliefs as things to be rejected.”

The conservative justice highlighted, for example, that one of the works of homosexual, bisexual, and transgender propaganda pushed in the district “does not simply refer to same-sex marriage as an existing practice. Instead, it presents acceptance of same-sex marriage as a perspective that should be celebrated.”

“These books carry with them ‘a very real threat of undermining’ the religious beliefs that the parents wish to instill in their children,” continued Alito. “Like the compulsory high school education considered in Yoder, these books impose upon children a set of values and beliefs that are ‘hostile’ to their parents’ religious beliefs.”

Alito suggested further that the three dissenting liberal justices’ “blinkered view” that the homosexual, bisexual, and transgender propaganda was merely aimed at exposing students to the message that non-straight people exist and teaching them kindness “ignores the messages that the authors plainly intended to convey” as well as the school board’s stated reasons for inserting the books into the curriculum.

Eric Baxter, the vice president and senior counsel at Becket, who argued and won in defense of the parents, said in a statement obtained by Blaze News, “This is a historic victory for parental rights in Maryland and across America. Kids shouldn’t be forced into conversations about drag queens, Pride parades, or gender transitions without their parents’ permission. Today, the court restored common sense and made clear that parents — not government — have the final say in how their children are raised.”

Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, was among the many parental rights activists who celebrated the ruling.

“We owe immense gratitude to the courageous parents, like Tamer Mahmoud and Rosalind Hanson, who bravely stepped forward as plaintiffs in this landmark case,” said Justice. “This decision protects family values and religious freedom from ideological overreach, sending a clear warning to every public school in America: Respect the sacred, fundamental rights of parents, or face the consequences.”

Anticipating that the court would side with the parents, Corey DeAngelis, a senior fellow at the American Culture Project and a visiting fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research, told Blaze News previously that “a ruling in favor of families would be a landmark victory for parental rights in education” — one that would “reaffirm the Supreme Court precedent and the fundamental right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children.”

The Supreme Court made abundantly clear a century ago in Pierce v. Society of Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary that “the child is not the mere creature of the state; those who nurture him and direct his destiny have the right, coupled with the high duty, to recognize and prepare him for additional obligations.”

According to a poll of 1,000 American adults conducted in fall 2024 by the research company Heart+Mind Strategies, 69% of Americans agree that parents are the primary educators of their children and 77% agree that parents should be able to opt out their children from curriculum on “gender” and sexuality if they believe it is not age-appropriate or if it conflicts with their religious beliefs.

“A victory would put wind at the sails of the movement to secure parental rights in education. A win would embolden parents to raise the alarm when school districts trample on their rights and try to lay claim to their children’s upbringing in the future,” continued DeAngelis. “A win would put school districts on notice and send a nationwide signal that kids do not belong to the government.”
