So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let the one who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house, and let the one who is in the field not turn back to take his cloak. And alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a Sabbath. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short. Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. Truly, I say to you, he will set him over all his possessions. But if that wicked servant says to himself, ‘My master is delayed,’ and begins to beat his fellow servants and eats and drinks with drunkards, the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know and will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. AI Jesus And Communist China Attempt To Rewrite The Bible

The words of Jesus have comforted, inspired, challenged, and even condemned people over the millennia, but apparently, it’s hard to actually read the Bible.

So a new software program is offering people the opportunity to “text” Him, and get a response.

A report from Religion News describes the new program that is like an instant messaging platform that lets users chat with ChatGPT impersonators.

Text with Jesus was launched just weeks ago, and comes from Cat Loaf software of Los Angeles, whose chief, Stephane Peter, said, “We stir the AI and tell it: You are Jesus, or you are Moses, or whoever, and knowing what you already have in your database, you respond to the question based on their characters.”

Access to “comments” from some biblical characters is available only for a premium price.

But characters listed as “responding” include the Holy Family, the apostles, the prophets, Ruth, Job, and Lot.

Peter’s company was founded in 2011 and already has applications like “Text from the Founding Fathers.”

Religion News explained, “When ChatGPT was released last year, the 46-year-old developer, who came to the United States from France, wondered how to use AI to upgrade the Text from Jesus app. In February, he started digging into OpenAI, the artificial intelligence research laboratory that launched ChatGPT, and created a proper chat from a simple devotional app.”

The program formulates responses to just about any question and includes a Bible verse each time.

Peter invited various church leaders to try the program when he was developing it, and his initial work drew concerns that it lacked Bible references.

And he made some adjustments so “it can speak more like a regular person…”

Of course, it’s a computer program and acts like one, but Peter said he set it up so “Jesus’ characters tend to avoid taking offensive stances, instead taking an inclusive and tolerant line,” even though the Bible documents Jesus’ adherence to absolutism regarding salvation.

For example, on the idea of same-sex relations, forbidden in the Bible, Peter’s creation says it is “up to each individual to seek guidance from their own faith tradition and personal convictions.”

Meanwhile, the Chinese government is not even trying to hide its corruption of the scriptures.

Jesus, according to the Chinese Communist government, is now a “sinner.”

A report from CBN News reveals that the inherent evil in the government is facing a revolt among their own citizens, and now are rewriting the Bible in order to suppress the faithful.

The report explained one example was the Communist Party version of John chapter eight, where Jesus challenges those who caught a woman in adultery to examine their own lives.

The perverted version now states: “Jesus once said to the angry crowd who was trying to stone a woman who had sinned, ‘He who is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone at her.’ When his words came to their ears, they stopped moving forward. When everyone went out, Jesus stoned the woman himself, and said, ‘I am also a sinner.'”

The problem threatening Chinese officials is that there now are estimated to be some 130 million Chinese Christians. There are more Christians in China than members of the CCP, the report said.

“The Chinese are no longer content with all of these attempts to try to forcibly get Christians to deny their faith,” explained Tina Ramirez of Hardwired Global. “And so now they’ve just taken it to a new level where they’re trying to rewrite the scripture and what the Bible says, to confuse them and to prevent them from becoming Christians.”

Bob Fu of ChinaAid told CBN, “So, this is happening right now. We have seen the escalation. Bibles for children is totally forbidden. And all the Bible apps and Bible-related apps were forcefully removed from every e-commerce app store. Millions of Chinese Christian children were forced to sign a form renouncing their faith in public.”

Todd Nettleton of Voice of the Martyrs said the CCP is frightened because it is “always about control.”

“And they see the Gospel, they see the Christian message as something that would take control away from the Communist Party.”
