No. The answer to the question in the heading needs to be set straight from the outset.

I have not changed one word of the heading or the article below, written by the Prophecy News Watch Staff, and I’m not a prophet, but any person going to the Holy Bible, having even a modest familiarity with God’s Word, can discern rightly, understand correctly. Just read the Bible, folks!

And relax. How about all the helter skelter predictions, jumping up and down, getting excited, and following all manner of conjecture by so many, just calm down a bit? Just read the Holy Bible, folks!

Here, I’ll make it easy. Then later, go get a hold of a Bible and spend more time in it. A LOT MORE TIME IN IT.

Daniel 9

At verse 27, you’ll find reference to a covenant, a treaty that the Antichrist makes with the leader of Israel, the people of Israel at that time.

Everything must be taken and understood in CONTEXT. Context is what makes understanding possible. It is imperative that people calm down, block out all the dung flung about by all the wagging tongues, especially the well intended ones that clearly need to go to God’s Word BEFORE all the surmising, conjecture, and out-and-out dead wrong ones making bold predictions without Scripture backing up their words.

If a person has a Holy Bible, and if that person opens it up more than once a year, to read John 3:16 and then put it back on the shelf, and if that person is truly born from above [they would not do the former act of only once a year picking up God’s Word], if that person prayerfully enters the reading, study and meditation on God’s Word DAILY, NIGHTLY, if it’s a person who loves the LORD and His Word and knows the Holy Bible along with the Holy Spirit are THE SOURCE of all knowledge and understanding necessary, and if that person is drawn to understanding the times, prophecy, as such a born anew disciple of the LORD Jesus Christ, Yeshua Hamashic would, that person would have the discernment, the understanding, from the Holy Spirit and the Word of God — NOT their imagination, not something they made up, not something to gain attention or for material gain, that person then can understand enough, all they need to understand, given to them by the Spirit of God as to the order of events.

Clearly.

Plainly.

Come to understand.

Which means that person would understand that the Ezekiel 38 war happens BEFORE the appearance of the Antrichrist and the false prophet, and it is the result of The Rapture, occurring either right before or right after the Ezekiel 38 war, along with the Ezekiel 38 war and the then state of the world — the Church is gone. It is the time of God’s people, the Jews, to now receive the final chapter of events. See Romans 9 [already happened and continues to happen], Romans 10 and Romans 11, also Ezekiel 36 and 37, especially if you’re a lover of the false teachers and great deceivers espousing Replacement Theology and a leading voice of antisemitism and loathing of Israel.

NO — the Abraham Accords ARE NOT the future covenant confirmed by the Antichrist.

Perhaps a precursor. But not the treaty put together and agreed upon by the Antichrist and Israel.

Perhaps setting things in order, because nothing occurs by coincidence or happenstance. Perhaps a precursor, just as the recent conflict between Israel and Iran was for the coming Ezekiel 38 war.

Putting things in order. The pieces are being put in place. All things point to Israel. All things point to Bible prophecy. All things are revealing the last of the last days, and the time is short.

But the Abraham Accords are not the treaty the Antichrist puts forward to Israel, and Israel falls for it.

Take a breath, folks.

Go outside. Listen and watch some birds. All of nature, God’s creation, knows Him. They all know God. What are they doing? Taking care of the day given, I imagine. They know. Often better than most people.

How about we all gather round the Holy Bible, and have it ignite our hearts aflame, and place our eyes, our hearts, our spirits, our minds, our time there? Prayerfully. Asking the Holy Spirit for increased discernment and understanding. Yes, ASK! Faithfully believing such a request will be heard and such discernment would come.

It will.

Turn off FOX News. Don’t even bother ever turning on foolish, misguided lost arrogant talking heads such as Tucker Carlson, for one.

Go to the Holy Bible. First. Foremost. Secondly. Then again. Always. Before going anywhere else.

If taking a trip and you want to arrive safely, not forget anything, be assured, ready, prepared, well packed, seasoned so you can relax and enjoy the destination, you don’t neglect all the steps along the way, do you? Knowing the seasonal weather of the destination, having an idea of what you’ll be doing, and having a suitcase well packed not empty. You don’t go hurry scurry packed full of worry due to ill preparation, do you?

Well, why, when it comes to the most important journey a person could be on — walking alongside Jesus Christ on their way to eternity — they refuse to prepare, plan, do what they ought to be doing?

Come on, folks.

Bible first, foremost, and always. Above anything anyone else. Period.

And in doing that, you won’t have such a naive question as, “Are the Abraham Accords the future covenant confirmed to Israel by the Antichrist?”

You’d know they are not.

And you’d know, clamly in your Holy Spirit dwelt heart, anyone coming up with such a heading and article did so in order to gain attention, increase their online presence, or even begin asking for money.

Imagine that…

Deep breath. Keep that heart, that mind, that spirit, those eyes, those ears not only keenly atuned to the times, but heavenward. At all times. All times. And be in the Word as much as you can. And then even more!

And, no, President Trump is NOT the Antichrist.

What recently happened between Israel and Iran was NOT the Ezekiel 38 war.

And, no, the Abraham Accords are NOT the covenant made with Israel by the Antichrist.

Got Bible? Drink it! Eat it! Read it! Study it! Meditate — THINK deeply, prayerfully on its words. Believe it!

Read on…

Abraham Accords – Could This Be The Future Covenant Confirmed By The Antichrist?

In a rapidly shifting Middle East, a seismic announcement may be on the horizon. Senior Israeli officials, backed by confirmations from U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff, suggest that several unexpected nations are preparing to join the Abraham Accords.

Some of these, such as Syria and Lebanon, have been traditional enemies of Israel for decades. Now, under growing U.S. pressure and amid dramatic regional realignments, these nations may soon take historic steps toward peace and normalization.

But for students of Bible prophecy, this development raises weightier questions than mere geopolitics. Could this unprecedented alignment between Israel and its neighbors represent the very covenant that the prophet Daniel warned about? Are we witnessing the early scaffolding of a peace deal that will one day be confirmed by the Antichrist himself?

A New Chapter in Middle East Diplomacy

The potential expansion of the Abraham Accords could represent the most dramatic diplomatic breakthrough in modern Middle Eastern history. Multiple reports now indicate that the US is applying pressure to have the war in Gaza end in a matter of weeks, with Egypt, the UAE, and two other Arab nations assuming administrative control over Gaza. Hamas will be dismantled and exiled. Hostages will be released. Some Gazans will be granted asylum abroad.

And this is only the beginning. According to high-level sources, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and perhaps even Iraq may join the Abraham Accords. In exchange, Israel is expected to express conditional openness to a two-state solution–so long as the Palestinian Authority undergoes sweeping reforms. Meanwhile, the United States will offer recognition of limited Israeli sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria.

These dramatic moves follow a regional power shift catalyzed by Iran’s defeat and the crumbling of its regional influence. As Hussain Abdul-Hussain writes in the New York Post, “Without Iran breathing down their necks, its neighbors can focus on their own national interests. That means peace with Israel.”

Even more stunning are billboards now appearing in Tel Aviv that promote a “New Middle East” and the so-called “Abraham Shield Plan.” These ads feature Donald Trump alongside leaders of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and UAE–but also of Lebanon, Qatar, and Syria. These latter nations have historically been hostile toward Israel. But now, peace may be not just possible, but imminent.

Daniel’s Prophecy and the Confirmed Covenant

For those who follow biblical prophecy, the idea of many nations coming together in a peace agreement with Israel immediately brings Daniel 9:27 to mind:

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease…”

Bible prophecy scholars have long interpreted this as a reference to a future world leader–the Antichrist–who will not necessarily create a new peace treaty, but confirm an existing one. That word “confirm” implies something already in existence, perhaps partial or tentative, that this leader enforces or finalizes with authority.

Notably, Daniel’s prophecy says this will be a covenant “with many.” That language now rings with chilling familiarity. The Abraham Accords were originally signed by Israel, the UAE, and Bahrain in 2020, and later joined by Morocco and Sudan. But the current rumors speak of a larger expansion–possibly involving several nations.

Could we be seeing the formation of the very structure that the Antichrist will one day “confirm”?

Many scholars believe that the Antichrist will arise not from Israel, but from a foreign power represented by the former Roman Empire–possibly Europe or even a global coalition. His external status is critical: he will be seen as a neutral party, able to guarantee peace and security to both Israel and its enemies. But Daniel warns that his promises are deceitful. Halfway through the seven-year period–the “week”–he will break his word, desecrate the Jewish temple, and unleash persecution.

This figure, who rides in initially as a savior on a white horse (Revelation 6:2), will be revealed as a destroyer.

A Deceptive Peace

As we watch nations line up for peace, we must remember that biblical peace is not merely the absence of war–it is the presence of truth, righteousness, and the Messiah Himself. The Antichrist’s peace will be counterfeit. It will be seductive. It will offer the world what it craves: safety, prosperity, unity–but at the price of truth and ultimately, at the cost of Israel’s trust.

The Abraham Accords may very well be a tremendous good in the present. Who could argue against hostages being freed, Gaza being liberated from Hamas, and Arab nations coming together to embrace Israel? But we are warned in Scripture that even good beginnings can be used by evil ends.

Already, we are hearing of dramatic U.S. pressure on Israeli leaders. Prime Minister Netanyahu is expected to visit Washington soon, where the final pieces of this emerging agreement may be laid. The presence of an outside power–acting as broker, protector, and guarantor–aligns strikingly with Daniel’s forecast.

In the days to come, many will praise this peace. And indeed, there may be much to celebrate. But for believers, we must also be alert. The words of Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 ring with ominous clarity:

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them…”

The Watchman’s Warning

As Christians, we are called to be watchmen on the walls. We do not reject peace–but we discern the times. We pray for Jerusalem’s safety, even as we recognize that lasting peace will not come until the Prince of Peace returns.

So as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and others move closer to normalization with Israel, and as leaders speak boldly of a new Middle East, let us not be lulled into spiritual sleep.

The covenant may be real. The peace may be temporary. But the stage may already be set for something far greater–and far more dangerous.

Watch. Pray. And remember: not every rider on a white horse is our Savior. Some come to deceive. And one, in particular, is soon to rise.

Maranatha.
