Necessary Cleaning

ACP

It was made clear to me, by the folks where I have server space, that it was time for some necessary cleaning at A Crooked Path. That means deleting files, which isn’t easy. Once it’s deleted, it’s gone. But necessary.

ACP had grown to the point of having just shy of 7,000 individual postings. Way too many. Unless I wanted to begin paying the server company more money to increase the storage. I can’t do that. Costs are already expensive. ACP has operated in the red since its creation. No ads, no sales hype, no begging for donations, no popups, and it will remain that way. The red puddle has grown considerably since this place was created 14 plus years ago.

So, I’m in the process of deleting EVERYTHING under the following categories from December 2022 BACK TO MARCH 2011.

A long and tedious process. But necessary.

Just something necessary. I was at 100% capacity on the server and had to clean things up.

This is an ongoing process and likely will not be completed until the end of the week, so if there is anything you want to check out from 2021 to 2011, now is the time to do it. I’ve already deleted all the postings for 2022 from the above categories.
