Including this here may seem confusing, bizarre, out of place, and just wrong, but while this may appear initially to not fit, to be something minor, it is a result of myriad little things along the way over a span of years, and not that many in the timeline of history, that brought us to this destination.

The point where children are idolized, worshipped, roles reversed, parents submitting to the child rather than the child submitting to the parent, and the rise then of the super-spoiled dictatorial child that grows to be an adolescent then a petulant, well, I can’t write adult, because they never really arrive to that state and condition — remaining petulant, spoiled little dictators and fascists.

Idolized, adored, worshipped, and protected at all costs by previous generations. Afraid to speak up, speak the truth, and face reality.

There are only two kinds of people on this earth ever. Only two views to hold and thereby live by.

There are people who acknowledge God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the inerrant infallible Word of God for Who the Triune Godhead is, and what the Word means, and these possess a Biblical worldview.

Then there are those who may dip their toes in when it suits them, they dance around the edges, or out and out deny, refute, blaspheme, and adamantly do not believe having fallen for the ever-changing lies and delusions of the world, imagining all they have been fed, absorbed and believe given to them by the world is true and those nutter disciples of Jesus, those true children of God must be ignorant and uneducated, unlike…us! Possessing and living, and thusly dying in their worldview.

This isn’t about the movie Snow White. This is about;

And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.

Isaiah 3:4

Occurred on a smaller scale in the days of Isaiah the prophet. Has transpired, and spiraled, descended into being the rule today in almost every Western culture.

Parents refusing to parent. To teach. To discipline. To be the guide allowing their cherished, idolized, worshipped offspring to dictate, defile, demand, throwing tantrums as they did at age 3 unabated as they grew into adolescence and what is supposed to be the natural progression, wising up a bit, learning the foundations which their parents [two rather than one] ought to have been taught to pass down to their children, exhibiting civilized and acceptable behaviors, what is right and wrong. Insteadlegions of little spoiled fascists determining everything that came before them is wrong and they are the only ones to determine what ought to be. What ought to be said, written, and thought, and how everyone ought to live according to them. Devoid of living according to the Word of God, living according to how civilized societies have functioned for millennia.

The so-called parents, the so-called adults that preceded this blight upon the earth brought it all about. In the adulation, worship, idolization, awe, and delusion, “My child, my children are SO GIFTED!”

Boasting, bragging, dotting on, worshipping their offspring. Who by the way have the same inherent evil within them as every child ever born since the Fall of Man and Woman in the Garden of Eden. No different. Ever. It’s what is done after being born, how the child is nurtured, taught, and shown real love and guidance that matters.

“My child, my children are SOOOOOO GIFTED!”

And they all bowed down. To the children. Wearing them like a badge of honor and accomplishment.

And we all now live with the consequences.

Rather than teaching the children well in the ways and Word of the Lord.

But then, the so-called parent, the so-called adult in the equation would have to have had guidance and instruction themselves in the Word of the Lord, and since that missed a generation, or two…

Whala!

Welcome to the current world!

No one to blame but the reflection in the mirror, those with some wrinkles, graying hair, and baggage under the eyes…

Yes, children are the future, as that overly worn phrase goes. But the sentence needs to be finished in order to recognize and understand what sort of future they will bring.

Is it a future wherein the children have been raised well in a traditional family, a mother, and a father, and things in the order as directed by God and nature? The parents are at the head of the family, not the children. And the parents are godly people. Teaching their children in the ways and Word of God providing a Rock solid foundation.

Or is it the future we now live in the present, wherein anarchy reigns, anything goes, and there is no absolute truth, no morals, no foundation worth keeping and teaching?

Sure, I could have passed on the following article. Might seem out of place here. But every little thread and detail, comprise the fabric we sow and put on and wear as a people, a society.

Children are not given as a gift from God as they are to then be allowed to do whatever they would. To grow to dictate to their elders how wrong what the elders believe and how they have lived is wrong, and only the children of the past few decades know what is best, what is right.

If never being taught what is best, what is right how can they then know?

And they have not been taught.

The proof is in the pudding, my friends.

A child’s eternal soul is too precious to permit them to grow into what we have been allowing. Devoid of God, absent of the knowledge of Christ, ignoring the Holy Spirit, and shunning, even refuting, and blaspheming the Word of God!

The Snow White row makes me realise I’m sick of young people

In the world view of youth it is people like me who need to be changed and re-educated – my patience is wearing thin

By any standards, Walt Disney’s 1937 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a masterpiece, a Sistine Chapel of a film that on its release astounded a world that was not easily astounded. The first feature-length traditionally animated picture, its place in cinema is as significant as that of Citizen Kane. Adjusted for inflation, it is the highest grossing animated film in history.

The American Film Institute ranks it as amongst the greatest 100 American films, and it was chosen for preservation by the US Library of Congress. This does nothing to impress 22-year-old Latina actress Rachel Zegler, who plays Snow White in a soulless commercial remake.

I’ve kept my powder dry throughout the Snow White culture wars, but her dismissal of one of the 20th century’s greatest achievements can’t just pass. No one believes in anything absolutely, but according to Zegler, the 1937 film was “weird” because it was “a love story” and the prince was a “stalker”.

“Weird? That’s what it’s been reduced to; the movie Walt Disney mortgaged his house to make.

God, I’m sick of young people, sometimes. I’m sick of them lecturing us. I’m sick of them denigrating our beliefs and existence and attempting to reform us into something more compatible with their joyless philosophy. It has always been safe to assume that the young are against their country, ie, against the environment into which they have been placed. The special quality that defines them is an extraordinary capacity for irritation, and a pathological sensitivity to environmental pricks and stings.

It should come as no surprise, then, that sociology is now more popular than traditional subjects at A-level because of an increasing interest in activism.

Prof Alan Smith of the University of Buckingham claimed this week that this is ”linked to the attraction of a subject which offers an understanding of the structure of society and ways to change it”. But the trouble is that in the world view of youth it is people like me who need to be changed and re-educated. My patience is wearing thin.

Reforming people has not always been politic. When William Gladstone lost the 1874 election to the Tories, it was because the public was sick of being lectured. Voters particularly disliked the restrictions on drinking that were introduced by his ministry. The young are always telling me not to drink. In their eyes, one Scotch is an alcoholiday.

Most of them are possessed of the strange superstition that they can remake human nature, society and the definition of happiness by repudiating the knowledge and experience of their elders. It’s our own fault, I suppose. When I was growing up, the doctrine that parents existed solely for their children was not accepted. The hourly attention now bestowed upon them is ridiculous in the extreme and there is no evidence that today’s method produces a better and happier type of human being. On the other hand, there is much evidence that it produces irritating young people like Zegler.
