And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts, knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

The following article is here on A Crooked Path only because it contains some actual, factual information not in the mainstream news and important to know. That is the only reason the following article is posted here.

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any PRIVATE INTERPRETATION. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were MOVED BY THE HOLY GHOST.” (2 Peter 1:20-21) [Emphasis added].

Private interpretation forms a bias in favor of our “own understanding” (Prov.3:5); a personal viewpoint or erroneous teaching which tends to solidify over time.

When challenged, people respond, “Well, that’s what I have always been taught and have come to believe.” “The great Dr. so and so says…or I heard on Christian radio or read on the internet.”

 Always be ready to change whatever you have been taught or have come to believe when it is contrary to what the Bible teaches. Avoid the trap of attempting to make the Bible line up with what you think; instead, always line yourself up to what the Bible teaches. Be careful not to allow your pride or intellect to close your mind and rob you of the truth.

Do not — do not take what Mr. Britt Gillette writes as the truth when it comes to his statements concerning the meaning, the understanding of Scripture. Mr. Gillette practices on a regular basis personal interpretation. He also is a staunch adherent in the doctrine of there being a “rapture” of true believers prior to the coming of the Antichrist and the coming Great Tribulation even though there is nothing — NOTHING — in the word of God to substantiate this claim and belief and it is solely the doctrine and belief created by men and not contained within the word of God. Anywhere.

He also makes the claim that Revelation 6:4 clearly means there is another World War coming. World War III. Mr. Gillette causes great harm in his personal interpretation as many follow him and believe him rather than going to and understanding, DISCERNING WISELY, RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD.

Revelation 6:4 in various translations says;

Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

New International Version

And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.

And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

GOD’S WORD Translation

Yes, greatly increased violence, greatly increased slaughter, and the immorality of murder, senseless, baseless, mindless violence, and murder, slaughtering of people at the hands of another is going to increase. It has, it continues to. It will continue to escalate and increase to unimaginable levels. And no program, no policy, no law of man, no amount of money thrown at this will reduce it or decrease it. Mans’ feigned will to do good does not surpass his innate evil to do harm, to do violence, to destroy. To rebel against God and to serve the Evil One. Revelation 6:4 speaks directly to increased violence, increased slaughtering of people. A person against another person. Persons against other persons or an individual. Not necessarily a world war, or a war on any level. Increased personal violence and death one against another. It’s going to be like in the Garden of Eden Cain slaying Abel, only it’s going to take place worldwide. Think along those lines more than this verse meaning World War III. Do not fall prey to personal interpretation — unless God has come directly to you and anointed you a prophet of God with the Holy Spirit. And I know of no one possessing such even though all true believers are indwelt with the living individual of the Holy Spirit that does not mean or make us prophets to go outside and beyond what the word of God teaches us, how the word guides us.

Also, Mr. Gillette makes the repeated claim, not only in the singular article below written by him but in his work which many people read and follow that ONE NATION will come to rule the earth. This is utter rubbish and goes 100% contrary to anything and everything contained in God’s word on the matter.

While there is coming, and sooner than later, the son of perdition, the Antichrist of whom the nations and the overwhelming majority of the people of this world will worship, obey and bow down to, along with his false prophet — the NATIONS of the world remain. There is not coming ONE NATION on earth, but all the nations, all the people of the earth — save for the remnant of true disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ refusing to take his mark and refusing to worship him, similar to how Daniel refused to bow down and worship the false gods of Babylon — will serve, will be enslaved, will worship and bow to this supernatural son of the devil who performs many signs and wonders and seduces the lost minds of the majority of people. THAT is coming. One man to dictate over all the nations, all the people of the world, except for the remnant of true believers, who he will go to war with, persecute greatly, and slay.

All that is Biblical. Of the word of God. True and accurate.

Want proof? You would prefer to believe a man who is not a prophet and comes to his own interpretation refusing to discern the word of God wisely, refuses to rightly divide the word? Me? I will turn to God, I will turn to, pray upon, ask the Holy Spirit for increased spiritual discernment and trust, believe, abide in and follow the inerrant living word of God. NOT the words of any modern-day man. Especially one prone to personal interpretation who is not a prophet of the Lord our God, but a mere man with opinions and a viewpoint. One that espouses unsound teachings. Me? I turn to the Holy Bible…and, yes, we can take much that is in the Bible literally. Literally. And understand the words we’re reading. Nations mean nations. Plural. Translated correctly if interpreted incorrectly by some. And so on…

On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it.

There is more, much more. I pray you will turn to, study, and seek all of it out on your own. Immersing yourself deeply, continually in the word of God. Let each of us be like a Berean. Let each of us turn to the word of God more, much more than the words of men or women. In faith, trusting, believing what we read. Knowing much of it is LITERAL. HISTORICAL. The Holy Bible is THE ONLY BOOK ON EARTH that presents actual, factual past, present, and FUTURE world history. Literally as well as some of it in symbols.

Let us pray for all those who are espousing unsound doctrines, who turn to personal interpretation and are not placing their trust in the word of God nor discerning the word wisely, dividing it rightly. Let us pray for all of those to have the mists removed from their hearts and to see, read, discern clearly and rightly, and to declare the word of God clearly, plainly and correctly. Not leading any astray or adding to the confusion.

Take the quantum computing information to heart. It is here. It is real. It is a rapidly expanding area of worldliness and evil. Artificial Intelligence, quantum computing, all the technologies expanding and increasing faster than human beings can keep up with them. To be used for the purposes of evil more, much more than for good. Due to the evil hearts of mankind. Not my personal interpretation — according to the word of God.

Read the Bible. Understand the Bible. Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment, for understanding, for increased Biblical, spiritual wisdom and the Lord will add unto you…

Quantum Computing And The Fulfillment of Bible Prophecy

In a May blog post, Google unveiled its new Quantum AI Campus and announced its intent to build a million qubit, error-corrected quantum computer by 2029. A month later, IBM partnered with the United Kingdom on a $300 million quantum computing research initiative. Corporations all over the globe are investing resources in quantum computing and quantum computing applications. The reason is simple. Quantum computing promises to advance almost every field of human endeavor – from traditional industries such as banking and energy to new emerging industries such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

What is a Quantum Computer?

Classical computers encode information in bits, represented as ones and zeroes. Quantum computers encode information in qubits, represented by the directional spin of an electron or the polarization of a photon. Unlike classic computer bits, quantum mechanics allow qubits to exist in both states simultaneously. So instead of representing either a one or a zero, a qubit can represent both simultaneously. Linking qubits together via quantum entanglement, this means quantum computers have the potential to exponentially exceed the computing power of the world’s most powerful classical supercomputers. A few hundred qubits can represent more states than there are atoms in the universe.

Why Is This Important?

So why should you care? Such a computer would be so powerful it could instantly break the most sophisticated encryption methods of the classical computer era. Imagine the military advantage a nation-state would hold over its competitors if it developed quantum computing ahead of all others. It would have an overwhelming advantage. If corporations are openly discussing the arrival of quantum computing breakthroughs, what do think governments are doing? The United States, China, the EU, Russia, and others have far more resources than Google or IBM. Think they’ll be willing to spend a few hundred billion on a crash program to speed up the development timeline? I think so. And a quantum computing arms race creates uncertainty, distrust, and instability.

Welcome to the Era of Cyber Warfare

Think about the problems and inconveniences created from short-lived disruptions in Internet service or utility operations. How long can you go without Internet, electricity, or water before a minor annoyance turns into a major crisis? Consider the impact of two recent ransomware attacks – one on the Colonial pipeline and the other on meat processor JBS. The Colonial pipeline attack took place on a Friday. By Tuesday, thousands of gas stations all over the East Coast of the United States were completely out of gasoline. JBS fixed its problems before any widespread meat shortages impacted consumers. But what if it hadn’t? JBS accounts for more than 20% of U.S. beef and pork production. A prolonged shutdown of its operations would have resulted in shortages all across America.

In both of events, it’s believed criminal hackers were the culprits. No nation-states had a role in the attack. Regardless, the Colonial pipeline and JBS ransomware attacks demonstrate just how vulnerable our systems are. Imagine what would happen in a full-blown cyberwar. What would happen if your community lost electricity, water, and sewer service all at once? What if grocery stores went bare for weeks on end? The end result of a cyberwar between major powers could be absolutely devastating.

A New World Order

When it comes to World War III or a serious military conflict between major world powers, many people live under a false sense of security. Conventional wisdom says World War III is certain to bring global nuclear destruction. And because of this, every leader on the planet is determined to avoid it at any cost. But is this true? Unfortunately, it’s not. The current world order is based on MAD. MAD is the fear of total destruction and the idea no one can win a war between two nuclear powers. For 70 years, it’s all that’s kept us from World War III. But MAD won’t keep the peace forever. It’s based on technology. And that technology is on the verge of becoming obsolete. Like all previous military eras, the era of MAD will soon come to an end.

To work, MAD relies on certainty. A nation must be certain it can launch a nuclear attack if threatened. Otherwise, an enemy nation could prevail in a first strike scenario. Likewise, the enemy nation must be certain it faces total annihilation if it launches a first strike. This certainty of “mutually assured destruction” is what’s kept the world from destroying itself for over seven decades.

Unfortunately, new technologies will soon eliminate this uncertainty. For example, nuclear-armed submarines are the backbone of a nation’s nuclear deterrent. A single nuclear-armed sub can carry dozens of nuclear warheads several times more powerful than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Such submarines patrol the planet’s vast oceans where they’re more than able to evade detection from enemy nations. At the very least, they create uncertainty in the eyes of the enemy, who can never be sure about their ability to disarm every such threat.

But quantum computing will change that. It will accelerate the development of new technologies, such as quantum sensors. With powerful quantum sensors, a nation could detect every submarine on the planet. Once detected, those submarines could be disabled using other new technologies. For instance, quantum computing will also enable advanced modeling of chemical reactions. This will prove critical in the development of molecular manufacturing. With molecular manufacturing, even a small nation could quickly develop legions of tiny swarming drones capable of disarming and destroying any conventional weapon of today. The first nation to develop advanced quantum computers will have the inside edge in the development of these next-generation technologies. And if corporations are openly discussing viable roadmaps to these technologies, nation states are even closer to developing them as military applications.

Where We’re Headed

The rise of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, drone swarms, and other emerging technologies is a destabilizing event. Together, these new technologies will overturn the post-war stability of MAD. They make World War III inevitable. When the war ends, one nation will control all of humanity. That nation will be the leader in the development of these new military technologies. Does this surprise you? It shouldn’t. The Bible says another world war is certain (Revelation 6:4). It also tells us one nation will control the earth in the aftermath (Revelation 13:7). Is this just a coincidence? No. It’s just one of many signs pointing to the soon return of Jesus Christ. Jesus said when you see all the signs converge, His arrival is near (Luke 21:28). Those signs are converging for our generation. So take advantage of what little time we have left. Spread the Good News and tell others about Jesus. The time is short. Jesus is coming soon!
