Iranian MP: If U.S. strikes Iran, Islamic Republic could hit ‘Trump’s own palace’ at Mar-a-Lago

Meanwhile, Trump still thinks he can reach a negotiated settlement with the mullahs. This assumption betrays total ignorance of the beliefs, motives, and goals of the rulers of the Islamic Republic.
“Trump’s Mar-a-Lago could be targeted if U.S. attacks Iran, says Iranian MP – report,” Jerusalem Post, February 21, 2026:
An Iranian member of parliament warned that Iran could expand any wartime response beyond the Middle East and said that even U.S. President Donald Trump’s “own palace” could be targeted, according to remarks published by Iranian outlet Didban Iran and later translated by Iran International.
The lawmaker was identified as Amir Hayat Moghaddam, a member of Iran’s parliament and its national security and foreign policy commission. Iran International quoted him as saying Iran would deliver a “crushing response” if attacked by the United States.
According to the report, Moghaddam said Iran could sink a U.S. warship in the Sea of Oman, strike U.S. bases in the region, and target American forces, including “soldier, officer, or general.”
He also said Iran’s attacks might not remain limited to the Middle East and could reach the US itself, adding that “Trump’s own palace” could one day be hit, in an apparent reference to Mar-a-Lago.

And, no, it isn’t contradictory. President Trump is great at just about everything an American could want in their president — EXCEPT — except his understanding and actions regarding Islam, Iran, Hamas, Qatar, Turkey, Syria, and so on. Doesn’t seem to get it when it comes to those very important things. Mainly due to the dung Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are feeding him. Be great if our president did a deep dive into the history of Islam, of the Middle East, and did so while also going deeply into God’s Word.
Pray he does. And that he stops believing Kushner and Witkoff and being led by God to know and do the right things regarding Israel, Islam, and all of the Middle East.
