Creation knows

Creation knows. After all, God the Creator made it all. The visible, the invisible, the known, and the unknown. All of creation knows. Not in a pagan, pantheistic way. In the way something living that was created knows.

Since the only true Creator of living things is the Truine God, all that was created by Them knows. Groans under the weight of the sin of men and women. Increasing wickedness, lies, and evil cause all of creation more distress, suffering. And it knows. All of creation knows. And waits patiently.

 

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.”

Romans 8:18-25

All creation knows and reacts to the weight, depth, and breadth of the sin and wickedness of men and women.

The Perfect Revelation of the Lord

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.

The heavens declare the glory of God;
And the firmament shows His handiwork.
Day unto day utters speech,
And night unto night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech nor language
Where their voice is not heard.
Their line has gone out through all the earth,
And their words to the end of the world.

In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun,
Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber,
And rejoices like a strong man to run its race.
Its rising is from one end of heaven,
And its circuit to the other end;
And there is nothing hidden from its heat.

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;
The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold,
Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them Your servant is warned,
And in keeping them there is great reward.

Who can understand his errors?
Cleanse me from secret faults.
Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins;
Let them not have dominion over me.
Then I shall be blameless,
And I shall be innocent of great transgression.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.

Psalm 19

The heavens, daily, nightly, always declare the glory and greatness of God. For us to see and know in our limited ways. But we know. All of creation knows.

Time is short. The birth pangs are increasing in frequency and intensity. The end of all things as they have been known is to be birthed.

Not brought about by fossil fuels, V-8 engines, air conditioning, double cheeseburgers, or plastic straws. Brought about by men and women and their sin. The evil and wickedness they do, the rebellion against God, their Creator.

How is it that the birds of the air, all living things sense — know when danger is near? They know well before so-called intelligent men and women with all their technology know.

Yes, instinct. Instinct given by Whom? It had to come from someplace, no, not someplace — it had to come from Someone. Such things do not, can not, could never have their origin in some rocks and gases hurtling through space to somehow form a perfect union of a great sun with nine orbiting planets perfectly spaced and in precise movement around that sun, and the place we inhabit, earth, being placed exactly where it must be placed, precise rotation, imperceptible variance, year after year — not 5 miles closer or further from that sun — to sustain life and have the climate work, for us to breath, for life to exist.

All of creation knows.

Do you? You then must. So, what have you done, what are you doing, what do you intend to do with this awareness and knowledge?

Turn to, live for, believe wholeheartedly…

It’s all about God.

It’s all about Jesus.

It’s all about the Holy Spirit.

It’s all about every word within the Word of God.

It’s all about what each individual does with this knowledge — and since all creation knows, there is no excuse, no, not one excuse acceptable from anyone.
