A short message, of about seven minutes, from Keith Green

In 1978, Keith Green released his second album, titled No Compromise, with a song on that album titled Make My Life A Prayer To You, inspired by Psalm 42:8. It wasn’t until 1998 that Sparrow Records released an album with that title, showcasing more of Keith’s great work. Included in that 1998 album is A Message From Keith.
Poignant. Crystal clear with words most don’t want to hear. Direct. Real. Honest. How it was [and still is], although most people refuse to address this, speak of it, or do anything about it.
All that has changed in 49, 50 years are the numbers stated. Which are much higher now, as it’s worse now than it was then.
The following message is about seven minutes long. Every pastor, preacher, elder, professing to be a Christian person ought to pause, be still, and take the time to listen to every word.
Let the words saturate the heart, mind, soul, and spirit.
Then respond.
Not to me, not to anyone at first. Respond to Jesus. Then faithfully see what happens, where it leads.
Don’t fear.
Be strong, be bold, live out and in the faith of the LORD Jesus Christ.

He’d be 75 years old now. With all the LORD blessed him with in his brief time here on earth, only 28 years, imagine what might have been had he lived until this time. Imagine the power, love, and truth in song and words that might have been…
