The fervent [hot, aflame, on fire within the Spirit, sincere, faithful, of spiritual matters regarding God and man] prayer of repentant individuals avails much. I am convinced it was through the number of people who did pray, fervently, faithfully, who were sincere in heart, repentent in heart, to God regarding the sorry and wicked state of America, and how we desired not only political change, but a spiritual change towards God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Bible that led to the election outcome in America in November of last year.
It was Divine Providence. Due to the people who turned back to God turning back to Him. In earnest.
God fearing, faithful folks have now taken up various positions within agencies and departments that can effect righteous change within this nation. A nation founded due to Divine Providence and faithful men and women versed in His Word. The hand and heart of God, the will of God made America possible. Like no other nation on earth.
It wasn’t due to having the largest, smartest, best-equipped army against the British, who did possess the largest, best-trained, best-equipped army and navy. England WAS the WORLD’S DOMINANT EMPIRE then [look how they have fallen — and it’s all due to how they have turned from God, turned from the Holy Bible].
Well, we are rejoicing in America for some wonderful and much-needed changes within. Not political in nature, but spiritual in their nature. Of God. Doing the right things. According to His Word.
Let us not grow complacent, lethargic, apathetic, or arrogant. Not boasting. Only some has been done, accomplished, and The Enemy and his legions of minions and ministers never pause, never stop, never slow down. They gained as they did due to those people professing to be God’s, professing to be followers of the LORD Jesus Christ, doing little or nothing while the wickedness, lawlessness, and evil abounded. Silence is not golden when it comes to sin and evil. Apathy stinks all the way to heaven. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit have made Their born from above people into soldiers to be equipped in the whole armor of God, fed daily on the Word of God.
Not bloated, or gone AWOL, individuals refusing to engage The Enemy, take up the fight for what is right in God’s sight. Knowing what side they are on and living accordingly. Recognizable by The Enemy and his ministers and minions, as we are light in the darkness, salt in the flavorless and rotting, needing preservation. We are to be awake, aware, engaged, vigilant, fed daily on the Word of God, never removing or tarnishing any of the whole armor of God. We go to bed in it. We wake up in it. We always wear it. Even in the shower, it only rusts with misuse or by adding unsound doctrines.
Thank the LORD for people such as Brooke Rollins and President Trump for having the wisdom, hopefully from relying on God, to select her to oversee the USDA.
The following is a wonderful beginning.
Let it not be our ending of serving the LORD and bringing light into this darkened and wicked nation that lost its way.
Be sure to check out the short and wonderful statement put out by Secretary Rollins in the .pdf link found below. Pass this along to folks you know.

On Faith and Fellowship Tuesday at the Great American Farmers Market, Secretary Rollins Reaffirms USDA’s Commitment to Upholding Religious Liberties
August 5, 2025
From Secretary Brooke Rollins and the USDA
(Washington, D.C., August 5, 2025) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins, at Faith and Fellowship Tuesday at the Great American Farmers Market, alongside Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Scott Turner, Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins, and USDA Senior Advisor on Faith and Community Outreach Dr. Alveda King, issued a statement reaffirming the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) steadfast commitment to protecting and upholding religious liberties in all public engagements and federally administered programs.
“Religious freedom is America’s first protected liberty. USDA, founded on the promise to serve Americans equally, will vigorously defend the rights of individuals and organizations to express their faith in accordance with the Constitution of the United States,” said Secretary Rollins. “President Trump made it clear religious liberty is not just a personal right; it’s a national priority. By Executive Order, the President established the Religious Liberty Commission to ensure faith-based expression is protected across our Nation. At USDA, we recognize the Constitution protects religious liberties beyond private beliefs and ensures Americans are free to live out their faith in the public square and their workplaces, and when participating in USDA programs, without fear of retaliation or discrimination.”
The updated USDA guidance (PDF, 1.8 MB) reaffirms long-standing constitutional protections and aligns with recent Supreme Court decisions that clarify the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty consistent with President Trump’s directive to enforce the original constitutional meaning of religious liberty. The statement outlines the Department’s responsibility to safeguard religious expression for individuals, employees, and faith-based organizations who participate in USDA programs.
Key provisions include:
- Employee Religious Expression: Employees and supervisors in private workplaces are permitted to engage in religious expression, including discussing religious views and displaying religious materials.
- Faith-Based Organizations: Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) may participate in USDA programs, such as nutrition assistance, employment training, and food distribution, on equal footing with secular organizations. USDA may not require FBOs to alter their religious identity, messaging, or practices as a condition of participation.
- No Discrimination or Coercion: USDA is prohibited from coercing individuals or organizations to adopt specific beliefs or to prevent their participation in federally funded programs based on religious identity.
The guidance issued today supersedes any prior non-legally binding USDA guidance to the contrary and ensures consistent implementation of religious liberty protections across all mission areas in their engagements with the public.
