Everything for the end has been since the beginning. Linear Circle. God, in His foreknowledge, in creating the heavens and the earth — and man and woman — He knew, as He is outside of time and the limited view, the finite thinking humans possess, He knew what Adam and Eve would do, therefore, what He had to do. Come to earth in the flesh, eventually, be whipped, spat upon, physically, verbally abused, nailed to the tree of shame, to die [to walk out of the tomb three days later].
Creation groans under the weight of OUR SIN. OUR WICKEDNESS. It isn’t internal combustion engines, fossil fuels, air conditioning, cheeseburgers, or plastic straws, baby — the main shaking, trembling, rocking and rolling, boiling and roiling, noise and reaction from creation, this earth God made, is due to OUR SIN and God being in control of it all. His wrath can begin to be felt, seen, heard.
In creation.
It’s in the Bible. If only more would read it. Meditate — think deeply upon its contents. Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment and spiritual wisdom. Look, hear, inhale. Listen. Watch. Smell. It’s in the air. It’s everywhere.
All the movements are swiftly heading to the fulfillment of every word of Biblical prophecy.
Volcanoes, earthquakes, famines, floods, storms, all increasing, are merely a sign.
But, just as almost everyone ignores and disobeys speed limit signs, stop signs, yellow caution traffic light signs, and every other sign, they ignore the clear signs of the coming of the end of all things as they have been known, the fulfillment of every word within the eternal Word of God.
I realize that to many I would be considered a nutter, or a worrying type [neither is accurate or true [see This is important for one example], but I pay attention to earthquakes 5.0 or greater, volcanic activity, and geological events. Via USGS.gov.
It’s easy.
And, no, I’m not obsessive, a nutter, or worried about things. I leave that up to the real nutters, and those who are living and wandering this earth outside of having a true faith in the LORD Jesus Christ, those who are banging about in utter darkness imagining they’ve got it all together, they’re the ones in control, as they place their faith — whatever amount that may be — in themselves, in governments, in institutions, in men or women, in philosophies, in dogmas, in who do that voodoo that they do so well.
It’s just something to keep an eye on, that’s all.
And I can tell you that sesimc activity, the number, frequency, and intensity of earthquakes worldwide continues to escalate. There is no leveling off. No decline. Only more and more and more.
Volcanic activity is greatly aroused. Moving.
Pause to think about this — do you recall what occurred on earth when one volcano in Iceland erupted some years back? Remember that? If not, take a couple of minutes and look it up. You have Google. You have a device. Take a few moments and see what just one major volcanic eruption can do. Or, also include the information regarding the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens in Oregon some time ago. Mountains, most of them, may appear beautiful, majestic, wonderful, and a delight to the eyes and life. Understand what lies beneath. What is always going on below the surface. It’s a great metaphor for human life as well. Isn’t God amazing!?
Now, think about what will happen when every volcano on earth erupts close to or at the same time?
Not possible?
Best think again. Begin to think deeper. For all things are possible with God, Who created it all. He can do His will. At any time. Due to our sin, or our repentance.
That’s how it works, folks.
Maybe some will finally come to see and understand that, and then act accordingly.
Don’t fear. Don’t hide. Don’t deny. Don’t postpone or procrastinate. Seek the LORD God, seek Jesus, seek the working of the Holy Spirit in your heart, in your spirit, in your soul, in your mind, in your life today. For today is the only one God has blessed you with to do something with.
Do something amazing as a result of this understanding. Serve the LORD. Glorify the LORD. Turn to the LORD. Turn to the inerrant, infallible, unchangeable, eternal, living, and active Word of God. Know the times. Know the LORD. With no fear. With the joy of heaven, a NEW earth, and eternal life — if, only IF you not only believe but obey and make Jesus LORD of your life. Only IF born from above, born again, renewed of mind and spirit by the Supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.
Don’t be shy. Don’t be negligent. Give it more than a try — before you die. Give it your all to the LORD of Creation, the LORD of life. The LORD of truth, forgiveness, mercy, and grace. In thankfulness and joy for what He did on the tree of shame, in walking out of that tomb on the third day!
Today is the day. Salvation is His name, and today is the day of salvation. For no one is guaranteed tomorrow, or their next breath, their next heartbeat.
Whole lot of shakin’ goin’ on…
Prepare. Be aware. Not fearing a thing…well, if born again and one of the LORD’s people. Otherwise? Oh my! You can run to the mountains in an attempt to hide and save yourself — but you’ll be devoured, and only death and destruction, eternal damnation await all those who rebel, refuse to submit, refuse the free gift of grace and the gift of eternal life.
You know what’s incredibly ironic and downright humorous if it were not the most important choice an individual can make? The people of the world, who imagine themselves rational, enlightened, intelligent, educated, superior to Christ followers, who they categorize as ignorant, stupid, fairytale believers — it is those same ignorant, stupid, “fairytale believers,” who are the intelligent ones, the enlightened ones, the truly informed ones. For all who would come to the crossroad in life, and all eventually do, becoming aware of Jesus, aware of the Holy Bible, and instead of choosing eternal life in faith they mock, they laugh, they ridicule, they scoff and choose the wisdom of the world, the ever-changing weak wisdom of man over the eternal unchangeable wisdom of God Almighty!
Think about that. Speak of seismic shaking and stirring, it’s amazing how individuals can be shaken, stirred, and remain nonplussed. Unbelieving. Dull inside. Dead inside. On their way to the Second Death unless they finally act upon the voice of the LORD in their cold, dark, dead hearts, that He is hoping to bring to life.
And if a fence sitter? When all the shaking really gets going, provided you’re blessed with more days, unless you finally make the right choice, you’re going to fall from that fence sitting and the side you land on will not be the right side.
It’s all about God.
It’s all about Jesus.
It’s all about the Holy Spirit.
It’s all about every word within the Holy Bible.
It’s all about Satan and his time on earth.
It’s all about his ministers in these times.
It’s all about, only about the spiritual battles, the spiritual warfare taking place around EVERY person, and WITHIN every person. It’s not about politics, elections, every other nation except Israel, about what the next iPhone will be like, who gets elected, and on and on and on.
It’s all about the One True God, Creator of all there is that is known and unknown. And the times we all live in. As time is coming to a close, as it has been known.

Volcano Watch: Why Growing Earthquake Swarms Are Raising Red Flags

While much of America is distracted by politics, pop culture, and inflation, a deeper danger has been quietly building: the volcanoes of the United States are awakening. Slowly. Relentlessly.
From the frozen peaks of Alaska to the towering shadow of Mount Rainier in Washington, seismic swarms and volcanic tremors are shaking the earth like a warning bell. This isn’t just a geological story. It’s a national story. A spiritual story. And it may soon become a deeply personal one for every American, no matter how far you live from the slopes of a volcano.
A Nation Beneath Fire and Ice
Earlier this month, Mount Rainier–one of the most dangerous volcanoes in North America–was hit by over 330 earthquakes in just 48 hours, the largest swarm ever recorded there. For comparison, it usually sees fewer than ten small quakes per month. Scientists are cautious not to predict an imminent eruption, but they admit something is clearly stirring deep within the mountain.
Meanwhile in Alaska, long-dormant volcanoes like Iliamna, Spurr, and Great Sitkin are reawakening. The USGS recently raised its alert level for Mount Spurr, warning an eruption could occur within weeks. Under the ocean, Axial Seamount–an enormous submarine volcano off the Oregon coast–is expected to erupt anytime.
And all of this comes on the heels of a 7.3 magnitude earthquake that struck the southern coast of Alaska just weeks ago, triggering tsunami warnings and widespread panic. Though no wave came, the shaking was a vivid reminder that the “Ring of Fire”–the massive horseshoe-shaped belt of seismic activity surrounding the Pacific Ocean–is alive and restless.
God’s Hand in the Quaking Earth
For those of us who view the world through a biblical lens, none of this is surprising. In fact, it’s exactly what we’ve been told to expect.
Jesus warned in Matthew 24 that as the end draws near, “there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” The apostle Paul echoed this in Romans 8, describing a creation that groans like a woman in labor, yearning for redemption.
These earthquakes, eruptions, and cosmic signs–like the fiery canyon of solar plasma that exploded from the Sun just this week–aren’t just random geological events. They are divine reminders. Warnings. God’s way of shaking a stubborn world awake.
And He is in control. Even the chaos is calculated. The fire beneath the earth still answers to His voice.
Why Every American Should Care
Perhaps you’re reading this from Kansas or Connecticut and thinking, “So what? That’s a West Coast problem.” But the truth is, if even one of these volcanoes blows–especially Mount Rainier or a major Alaskan peak–the impact will reach every corner of the nation.
A significant eruption would send ash plumes thousands of feet into the air, grounding flights across the country and disrupting global air travel for weeks. Volcanic ash doesn’t just fall nearby–it spreads. A large enough eruption could dump ash on farmland in the Midwest, destroy crops, contaminate water supplies, and wreak havoc on livestock.
Ports could shut down, halting the flow of goods into our already fragile supply chain. Grocery store shelves would empty–again. Insurance companies would be decimated by claims, sending ripple effects through Wall Street. Billions in damages could collapse local economies and trigger national recessions. Power grids could go dark. Tourism would dry up.
Worse yet, mass evacuations–especially in cities like Seattle or Anchorage–would lead to overwhelming humanitarian crises. How would we house and feed hundreds of thousands fleeing a volcanic disaster? How would hospitals function if blanketed in ash? How would we respond to a natural catastrophe on top of everything else already pressing in on this nation?
The Earth is Speaking. Are We Listening?
Natural disasters aren’t just about science. They are moments of reckoning. The ground shakes, and suddenly our politics don’t matter. Our technology doesn’t help. Our arguments seem small. In a moment, everything we build can be reduced to rubble.
This is a call to humility. A call to repentance. A call to readiness–both practical and spiritual.
God is allowing the earth to groan, not to destroy us, but to wake us. To remind us that no nation–no matter how advanced–is immune from His sovereign hand. We’ve been lulled into comfort, but comfort is not our birthright. And judgment always begins with warning.
As volcanoes stir and plates shift and the sky burns with fire, it’s time to remember who really holds this world together. It is not government. Not science. Not man.
It is God alone.
And the earth, quite literally, is trembling before Him.
