Clueless Steve Witkoff
You would think there would come a time when supposed smart men learn, figure things out, and come to understand something they didn’t earlier. But, no, not in the case of Steve Witkoff or the Trump administration when it comes to Hamas, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey — ahh, Islam.
Hamas could be offered the world, and they would reject the offer. Why can’t Witkoff and President Trump finally see this? Stop stalling, stop demanding an end to the war — who really wants war? NO ONE. Unless it’s a psychotic tyrannical dictator deluded with world domination. Yet wars are fought, frequently, not always, but frequently, because they must be. There are such things as good wars, justifiable wars.
Here are two examples presently:
The war between Israel and Hamas/Gaza is justified and is a necessary war. Required. To be fought by Israel until won. Unconditionally.
That’s one of the main problems in modern warfare. So much carnage and destruction and wars eventually trickle to an end, of sorts, without unconditional victory by the side on the right side. They cave in to New Age modern psychobabble pressure.
The war between Russia and Ukraine is a war that is not justified and is an unnecessary war. An evil aggressor invades a country, a corrupt country nonetheless, but they weren’t looking for war. Putin and Russia just grew covetousness, grew in anger, and their hostility boiled over to the point of invading Ukraine.
But Israel is justified in obliterating Hamas and Gaza.
There is no negotiating with Islam, with Hamas. Witkoff and President Trump vainly, foolishly imagine Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey, Hamas, Communist China, and other nations led by pure evil can be dealt with, negotiated with as if talking to a Westerner making a real estate deal.
Has never worked. Never will.
Witkoff and anyone from the Trump administration can have as many meetings in as many places and talk, talk, talk and talk some more and come up with umpteenth proposals until they are green, red, purple, blue and maroon in the face and Hamas, Isalm, Iran, Russia, Communist China are never going to comply.
How many treaties signed on paper have held up through time?
How many summits does the world, the media make such big deals about ever bear good lasting fruit?
Time to wake up.
All these endless talks, meetings, let’s go to Rome now, let’s have Qatar mediate [the largest supporter of Hamas and Islamic jihad in the world, or one of the top 3 in the world], let’s sit down and talk with Hamas as if they are rational, Wesrternized in their thinking and beliefs, reasonable, we can work it out with them.
No, never going to happen. Hamas exists for one purpose and only one purpose — to destroy Israel and kill Jews.
How are you to negotiate with that?
If thinking, believing, waiting for the Amazing Witkoff to pull an unconditional surrender, lay down your arms, Hamas out of power, hostsages returned, Iran’s nuclear weapons progem ended, uranium removed, centrifuges destroyed, underground nuclear weapons facilities rivaling The Manhattan Project destroyed and never reusmed outo of his hat you’ve got a long, long, long wait at the magic show.
Because none of it is going to happen satisfactorily. Not for America or Israel. Not with Witkoff, not with President Trump towing the current line. Time, impatience, and demanding some result to claim a victory will eventually be made public — but it won’t remove Hamas, change Gaza, destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons program, and pause Islamic terrorism worldwide.

Witkoff proposes IDF withdrawal in exchange for 18 dead hostages and 10 living ones
Once again, this would be rewarding hostage-taking and prolonging the war by keeping Hamas alive. Witkoff clearly doesn’t have a clue about what he’s dealing with, but has Trump’s total confidence, and so the clown show will continue.

US Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff has presented Israel and Hamas with a modified version of his outline for a partial hostage release-ceasefire deal, a source told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday.
According to the source, his modified proposal would include the release of 10 living hostages. The hostage release would take place in two rounds.
The proposal included four additional key points.
The first point is the release of 18 deceased hostages alongside the 10living [sic] ones. It was not specified when the bodies would be released. This means that in total, the proposal would see the release of 28 out of the remaining 58 hostages still in Gaza.
Additionally, both sides would agree to a 60-day ceasefire. The proposal clarifies that at the end of this period, Israel can resume fighting if it wishes, or extend the ceasefire if meaningful negotiations have been ongoing.
Finally, the IDF would withdraw from recently captured areas in the Gaza Strip, and the distribution of humanitarian aid would return to the United Nations.
Notably, this would replace aid distribution through centers within the Gaza Strip by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which is being facilitated by American volunteers.
The aid division stipulation indicates that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is the driving factor behind the new proposal.
