“You must not conform to this age”(Romans 12:2) — U.S. Episcopal Diocese Votes To Stop Using Masculine Pronouns For God

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Romans 12:1-2 — King James Version Holy Bible

Present your bodies a Living Sacrifice

Therefore, I beseech you Brethren, by the Symapathies of God, to Present your bodies to God, a Living Holy sacrifice, well pleasing to God, your Reasonable Word Worship.

And you must not conform to this Age, but definitely you must be Made Transfigured, by the Renewing of your mind to a New Kind for you to Prove in Truth, what is that God – Good, and Well Pleasing, and Perfect Will of God.

Romans 12: 1-2 — The Perfect Word accurate Greek translation

There are reasons for certain, specific words. Language. For any man or woman, or organization to proclaim the following as the Episcopal Diocese;

“Over the centuries our language and our understanding of God has continued to change and adapt,” the drafters of the resolution stated, emphasizing that masculine pronouns “limit our understanding of God.”

“By expanding our language for God, we will expand our image of God and the nature of God,” they stated.

Demonstrates one thing — the Episcopal denomination to permit Satan to enter and serve them, instruct them as they push God and Scripture out and choose to follow heretical false teachings.

Plain and simple.

The only reason for any language or understanding of God to be changed, or to adapt to man’s way of thinking is based purely, wholly in man’s sin and self-centeredness, man and woman’s arrogance and foolishness. If masculine pronouns limit your understanding of God than you have more than an understanding language problem — you have a walking in darkness led by sin and the world serving Satan rather than God problem.

And if anyone imagines ‘expanding’ and ‘changing’ the language for God expands their image and nature of God that only exists so they can permit their worldly sins, abominations and all things enmity against God they desire to perversely incorporate into their organization and still think they can call it a Christian church when all they are doing is serving Satan and thumbing their noses at God and the Holy Bible.

Do not be deceived.

What is taking place in the U.S. Episcopal church and many denominations and churches TODAY is all part of THE GREAT FALLING away that occurs prior to the Lord’s return. Almost every denomination at present are accepting of homosexuality, of false teachings, of every unsound doctrine under the sun. Millions, tens of millions might be going to churches every week but that does not make them true Christians or true followers of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Holy Bible.

More and more are following wolves in sheep’s clothing with their itching ears turned to fables. Seeking only that which makes them feel good, or validates their worldly beliefs.

Just because a person claims to be Christian or calls something or someone a Christian does not make it so — not if that thing or person is living according to the world instead of according to the Word.

Do not allow Satan’s cunning and beguiling to lead you astray.

Satan is the one behind the changing of words, the changing of language, the revised translations omitting certain language and adding other language.

Satan is behind the allowance of the abomination of homosexuality in the so-called church.

Satan is behind feminism taking precedence over God and God’s inerrant word.

I have had some in the past tell me I do not need to write out the words “God’s inerrant word” because people know that.

It is very clear to me many don’t. A growing number don’t. And they believe they can change, alter, omit, revise and pervert God’s inerrant word to suit their sins, their abominations, their falling away, their apostasy and they can listen to the lies of the one they serve, Satan, whispering in their ears how they are still Christians when they are nothing of the kind.

I’ve only touched on some of the points from the article below.

Read it. Pray fervently for those that are blinded, lost, serving sin and Satan in so-called “Christian denominations” to have their hearts and minds pierced with the truth and to repent and turn from their sins and abominations, their false teachings while they can.

I think it is easy and safe to make the statement those of the Episcopalian Diocese who overwhelmingly voted to change the word of God are much more concerned with conforming to this world, to this age than they are to be found pleasing and acceptable unto the Lord, renewed in their minds and spirits presenting themselves as a living sacrifice to God by obeying Him and His Son.

You read the following article and let me know if I’m off base on this one…

U.S. Episcopal Diocese Votes To Stop Using Masculine Pronouns For God

“Expanding our language for God”

God will no longer be referred to as He or Him in the Episcopal Church Diocese of Washington, D.C., which passed a resolution last week barring all use of masculine pronouns when referring to the Almighty. They will be updating their Book of Common Prayer as a result.

According to LifeSiteNews, the resolution called for an end to “gendered language for God” and was passed quickly by delegates to the Diocese’s 123rd Convention.

“If revision of the Book of Common Prayer is authorized, to utilize expansive language for God from the rich sources of feminine, masculine, and non-binary imagery for God found in Scripture and tradition and, when possible, to avoid the use of gendered pronouns for God,” the resolution stated.

“Over the centuries our language and our understanding of God has continued to change and adapt,” the drafters of the resolution stated, emphasizing that masculine pronouns “limit our understanding of God.”

“By expanding our language for God, we will expand our image of God and the nature of God,” they stated.

Some members of the clergy feel the radical measure did not go far enough. Rev. Linda R. Calkins from St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Laytonsville, Maryland, cited scripture that allegedly says God has “breasts.” According to her understanding of the verse in Genesis Chapter 17, when God tells Abraham “I am El Shaddai,” that means “God with breats.”

“Having studied much feminist theology in my masters’ degrees, I wrote a thesis on liberation and freedom and non-equality in feminist theology and existential counseling,” Calkins told the delegates.

“And I am still waiting for the Episcopal Church to come to the place where all people feel that they can speak God’s name,” Calkins continued. “Many, many women that I have spoken with over my past almost 20 years in ordained ministry have felt that they could not be a part of any church because of the male image of God that is systemic and that is sustained throughout our liturgies. Many of us are waiting and need to hear God in our language, in our words and in our pronouns.”

That could not be further from the truth. Throughout scripture, God continually refers to Himself as “Father” and presents Himself to humanity as masculine. Christ, who is also both man and God, called God the “Father” and ascended into heaven in a male body. For Catholics, the feminine aspects of the Church have always been represented in the Virgin Mary, whom they believe was crowned “Queen of Heaven,” and by the Church itself. Either way, God has never presented Himself as anything other than a masculine Father.

In 2017, the Church of Sweden also elected to call God only by gender-neutral pronouns.
