Are they, the writer of the following article kidding?
“The Kaiserslautern display underscores a broader tension: where is the line between provocative spectacle and harmful normalization of dark themes? While some dismiss the event as mere fan enthusiasm, others see it as a moment to reflect on the cultural and spiritual implications of such bold imagery. As public reactions continue to unfold, the incident serves as a reminder of the power symbols hold in shaping perceptions.”
Here’s an idea, just tossing it out there, folks — how about FINALLY addressing, calling, writing clearly and plainly what such things as are the topic of the article below?
Boldness. Call things what they are. Stop attempting to be intellectual, 21st century lost in the New Age doctrines serving the world, thus he who rules the air and has dominion here for a season — Satan. Stop being like the people in the stands of the football match described in the article and video below. Oh, what’s that? Well, perhaps not exactly like them — but silence, turning one’s attention from the here and now as it all relates to God’s Word and the end times, Bible prophecy is being complicit in the silence, in the lack of awareness.
A broader tension asking where is the line between being provocative and harmful normalization of dark themes? Really? Why the difficulty in just saying what took place at that football pitch in Germany was a frenzied mob exhorting Satan openly, boldly in the escalating spiritual war every person is engaged in?
Text from YouTube pertaining to the video:
Kaiserslautern FC, a football/soccer club in Germany, called on Satan to help them win the game. The post in Latin “Ad lucen nos trahe orbem mundi regna surge ex abyss, sume animas nostras” which translated to English is a call to Lucifer to “Draw us to the light, world of kingdoms, arise from the abyss, take our souls.” But even without translating what they posted, the images tell you exactly what’s going on. Antichrist is coming.
At least the folks at Now The End Begins get it and can write plainly.
Want to know how and why the people of the world have reached this point? Simple. Because the overwhelming majority have done nothing, said nothing to slow it or stop it, and have openly approved of everything such as the following happening either by their silence or their participation, both signaling approval.
Otherwise, they would have said something, done something along the way as the massive erosion, infection, perversion, corruption of cultures and society took the turn it has.
We are where we are due to complicity in one form or another.
Being lukewarm to evil, about evil, is merely permitting evil to have its way.
So, where are all the Christians, Christian? Too busy with car washes, bake sales, committees, making the house of God a den of thieves and false teachers, or appearing no different than the world with their Easter [Ishtar] bunnies and egg hunts, and pictures with Santa come Christmas? Always occupied doing what exactly?
If Christians are not going to speak up, write, be clear and plain regarding exposing evil and doing what we are to do — expose unrighteousness, wickedness, evil, and darkness and shed light on it, into it. Not remaining quiet or disappearing into the crowd.
Yes, Antichrist is coming.
So is the LORD.
So is the Rapure.
So is the Great Seven Year Tribulation.
[See Psalm 22, Isaiah 53, Romans 9, Romans 10, Romans 11, Zechariah 13]
So is Israel finally turning to Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach, He of Bethlehem, Nazareth, He Who was illegally tried, beaten, whipped, flesh torn from His sinless body, His blood shed throughout Jerusalem, and on that tree of shame. That Jesus. Israel finally turns to Him. What remains of the people of Israel during the Great Tribulation, the majority will perish. At the hand of the Antichrist. It’s going to be horrific.
And most are blinded to all of this. I’m not only referencing the people of Israel. I’m referencing the people of the West, the people of the world, and most professing to be Christ followers who refuse to believe the whole inerrant, infallible, unchangeable, eternal living and active Word of God.
Might be time, if not doing so, to become keenly aware. A watchman, a watchwoman on the wall. Vigilant. Watching. Knowing the times and the signs. It’s all in the Holy Bible. Too bad so many refuse to open that Book and allow it to show them what it can do in their life.
Being harsh? Hardly. The softness that abounds, the laxity, the lukewarmness, the passivity, the refusal to speak or write the truth regarding the times and events taking place daily now is a far greater problem than being direct, firm, and considered harsh.

On March 29, a football [soccer] match in Germany’s Fritz Walter Stadium took an unsettling turn when fans of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, known as the “Red Devils,” unveiled a dramatic display that alarmed some onlookers.
The spectacle, reported by Charisma News, featured a large pentagram formed by the crowd, a towering devil-like figure, and two Latin banners with provocative messages.
One banner read, “Hearken, O Night, Lucifer, And Rise From The Abyss, Take Our Souls,” while the other declared, “Draw Us To The Light, Rule Over The World, Rise From The Flames And Appear.”
The choreographed scene left many spectators uneasy, with some interpreting it as a bold embrace of satanic imagery.
The display’s intensity—set against the backdrop of a lively soccer match—prompted varied reactions.
Kaiserslautern’s coach, Markus Anfang, described it as a “goosebump moment” and expressed enthusiasm for the atmosphere, calling it “fun” to be part of the event.
However, others viewed the casual acceptance of such imagery as a troubling sign of shifting cultural attitudes.
Critics argue the display reflects a growing desensitization to symbols associated with darkness, pointing to a broader societal trend where provocative or taboo imagery is increasingly normalized.
Supporters of the fans’ actions, meanwhile, might see it as a theatrical expression of team spirit, rooted in the club’s “Red Devils” nickname rather than a literal endorsement of satanic themes.
The Latin phrases, while striking, could be interpreted as performative flair rather than genuine invocation.
This incident follows other recent events raising similar concerns.
For instance, a performance at Coachella by Lady Gaga included visuals described as a “satanic ritual” tied to her 2011 song Bloody Mary, sparking debate over artistic expression versus troubling symbolism.
Similarly, a satanic holiday display at the Minnesota State Capitol in December 2024 drew criticism, though it was defended as a protected expression of religious freedom.
The Kaiserslautern display underscores a broader tension: where is the line between provocative spectacle and harmful normalization of dark themes?
While some dismiss the event as mere fan enthusiasm, others see it as a moment to reflect on the cultural and spiritual implications of such bold imagery. As public reactions continue to unfold, the incident serves as a reminder of the power symbols hold in shaping perceptions.
