While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

2 Peter 2:19 — King James Version

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 12:2 — English Standard Version

Young Mr. Beasler writes a fine article, found immediately below these comments. It is not only timely such pieces are written, but long overdue this particular weapon is directly addressed. Spoken and written more of.

While Mr. Beasler is spot on and his piece appears here for that reason, I mentioned his youth at the outset because this new most subtle weapon he writes of is not a 21st-century phenomenon. The corrupting of language, the subtle twisting of words, turning a truth into a lie by either omission or addition began, well, all the way back to the Garden of Eden and has never ceased since then. It really established itself though during the New Age (Pagan) rebellions and uprisings of the 1960s growing more quickly and corrupting more words and meanings than any other time in history. And has only increased in its voracity and focus on destroying language by removing vital words and their meanings, and replacing them with words that are nothing more than lies and deception exponentially. Distractions. And not really very subtle at all — if a person is paying attention.

But evil knows most are not paying attention. And most are so easily manipulated. Wanting to fit in. And with the indoctrination of this language corruption daily human beings become worse than talking birds in picking up the misuse, the perverting of the language. Why worse than a talking bird? Because a talking bird merely mimics. It does not reason, think about, or use what ought to be sense in writing or speaking not having the power and ability of the human brain, which God Almighty created us with, and we fail to use and exercise continually. Most fall into the trap as prey of evil like a deaf and blind rabbit hopping directly into the well-used trap laid out for the poor, can’t see where it’s going, can’t hear the trapper setting the trap creature. Exactly like that.

And declaring, “Well, that’s what all the other rabbits do,” will not cut it.

There is one very glaring bit of misinformation in Mr. Beasler’s otherwise fine piece. That is, he attributes this massive escalating and terrible weaponizing of language, changing meanings and words, removing clear, concise words, and replacing them with their corrupted replacements as to doings of liberal Americans.

They are merely the easiest prey. The most accessible to evil, to be used as fodder, to be fed like geese to make foie gras to only later become devoured by the very same ones force-feeding, literally seizing them by the neck and shoving inordinate amounts down their throats, the poor creatures.

This massive, escalating corruption and perversion of the English language (and is being translated into many other languages around this world on the same path to oblivion and eternal death) is the sole work of evil. And it’s rotted spewing deadly poisonous fetid scum laden waters most go to the well to drink from — the father of lies — Satan. The devil. The Evil One. That Old Dragon himself.

You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

John 8:44 — English Standard Version

Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.

1 John 3:8 — English Standard Version

That is the source from which this all flows and is drunk by far, far too many people on this earth.

Not liberalism, not the domain of only Americans. This is far more than political.

This is upping the weapons in the spiritual war.

Think of the corrupting and altering of language as it has been, is, and will become like going from only using a standard known at the time during WWII 500-pound bomb dropped, to the ones dropped on  August 6th, and 9th, 1945, respectively, that forever changed the world.

Now also in this thinking bring what those bombs were back in 1945 to the ones of our present. The ones dropped back in August of 1945 are mild in comparison to the capability and power of those today. (And see further illustration comparing words, weapons in Mr. Beasler’s article).

Think of language, of the erosion of language, of the infiltration and perversion of word usage as a weapon like these illustrations if that is necessary for better understanding.

Don’t be the deaf and blind rabbit in this war.

Be ever vigilant and aware, using the resources at hand to do battle against this escalating spiritual war. Be the watchman and watchwoman on the wall. Raise up and teach your children well in wisdom and understanding founded on God’s Word. Founded and built upon God’s Word and all the principals, truths, wisdom and true meanings of words.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

1 Peter 5:8 — English Standard Version

Do not become the prey of evil and allow it’s subtle lies to give you the impression for an instance it’s erosion of words and their meanings is the road to “tolerance” or “peace” or is done out of “compassion” and “love.” Do not be deceived.

Because it’s all and only done out of the putrid, rotted evil within the heartless words leading to death the father of lies and confusion, Satan, speaks into the ears of his ministers and they pour out his lies and confusion on the people of the world.

…For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 — English Standard Version

See it, call it, know it. Speak it. Write it as it really is.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Ephesians 2:2 — King James Version

There will be no excuse for “I didn’t know” when before the Lord Jesus Christ at that moment each of us will be before Him. And each of us will be to give an accounting.

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Revelation 12:9 — King James Version

And nothing a person can say in their defense in following the lies, the ways of this world and he who is the god of this world for a season will hold any weight to the Lord’s ears on that occasion. There won’t be, “But, but everybody else was saying it, doing it…”

Yes, I firmly, faithfully know and believe the Trinity, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are in total control and working Their plan, but we cannot be naive in this. We must also know that evil is restless, never tiring, always working to destroy and enslave more souls on this earth, and many are weak and in seeking their own pleasures and desire to conform they are his and not the Lord’s. Let us not be naive or negligent in knowing, speaking, preaching, telling, reading all of the Word. All of the truth. All of what is taking place.

Better to be well equipped than half-dressed, and in the half only the clothing one likes and wants to wear.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.

Ephesians 6:11 — English Standard Version

It is not popular, it won’t win you an election, won’t put rear ends in the pews when churches reopen, but every person had better begin using the right words with the correct meanings. According first to the Word of God. Secondly, to a reputable English language dictionary published prior to 1975 or so.

Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Galatians 6:8 — New International Version

And if deaf? Blind? Walking into the traps set and not wanting to appear peculiar? Different in front of family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, anyone encountered?

First, appear upright and righteous in God our Father’s eyes and ears, and solid in His ways and Word. And do not give a thought, a concern to how we appear or sound to others here. At least not in conforming in their corrupting and misuse of words. Changing definitions to suit evil and cast what is right aside. Better we all are made uncomfortable in front of these and peculiar than to appear before the Lord attempting to explain away our failure to stand boldly and firmly for His truth and what words really mean. And I know personally? I would be so shaken before the Lord I would not dare attempt to speak an excuse to the King, the High Priest, the Lord.

Better I displease any person on this earth than I displease God our Father, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, and the Holy Spirit.

For if a person comes and preaches another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or you receive a different spirit, which you had not received, or a different gospel, which you had not accepted, you put up with it splendidly!

2 Corinthians 11:14 — Christian Standard Bible

The folks we know, encounter and are related to, and us as we are, and this place will one day sooner rather than later vanish and be forever forgotten — but our words, what we believed, how we conducted ourselves will go on for eternity.

In one place or another.

And if not understanding this? There are two books I heartedly then recommend — a sound translation in English, or your native language Holy Bible…and a reliable dictionary published prior to 1975…

…and for a revelation that will open your eyes and heart to just how dramatically the English language has changed in the past 45 years? More than any other time in history? And learn the how and why of it? Find a good dictionary published before 1975 and sift through it. Look up certain words. Let your eyes and heart linger a while in their discovery. And if you don’t have one of these “ancient” books? Ask your grandparent what dictionary they might have. Visit a garage sale, an estate sale, a book shop selling old books. Find one of these dictionaries — because you may not believe what I write or say, you may not believe what Mr. Beasler wrote, and you may be unfamiliar and not very literate when it comes to God’s inerrant living and active Word, but when you have a good Bible in hand? Opened and reading it? And you also have an older dictionary in hand? And you take the time to study and learn? You will discover just how far the corruption and perversion of words, of our language has become. Subtle? Yes, on one hand as subtle as the serpent in the Garden, for that is the origin of all this. But if taking the time to learn? Watch? Listen? Paying attention? Not subtle really. Brazen and emboldened because the Evil One and his ministers appearing as angels of light and enlightenment and “progress” know the Bible. And they know their time is very limited and they want to keep ensnared, guiding to the traps, as many as they can capture before our Lord returns.

Let each of us vigilant in prayer, vigilant in faithfulness, vigilant in study of God’s Word and what language means and can do, let each of us avoid the traps and also help steer others we encounter away from them and towards the Way, the Light, the Truth and the Life which is found in Jesus Christ the Lord. Found in God our Father. Found in the instruction and help of the Holy Spirit. Found in God’s breathed Words to each willing to listen to real words, real words of life, and truth.

ACP — A Crooked Path

The Most Subtle Weapon

Thursday, June 18, 2020

In the 21st century, a new brand of warfare has been introduced.

This struggle takes place every day, throughout the universities, public squares, newsrooms, and social media sites around the country. This war is not a physical one. No punches are thrown. No shots are fired.

Instead, this war is fought entirely over vocabulary. It’s a war of words, and it’s vital to the direction our country is taking.

Likewise, the battleground is not some distant field or mountain. It is the values and beliefs of our citizens, here in the United States.

The stance of the typical American liberal is not a complicated one. Bigger government. More abortion. Weaker borders. Fewer morals. Etc. etc. etc.

However, the way the leftist media and liberal entities in the U.S. have gone about propping up these movements is quite subtle.

Let’s take abortion for example. What the pro-abortion group wants us to think is “Abortion is ok. It’s really not that bad.” To accomplish this, the left doesn’t just outright say, “You should be okay with abortion.”

Instead, the left attacks the way abortion is discussed.

Instead of “babies,” the term “product of conception” is used, which sounds more scientific and official, while completely dehumanizing the innocent victim of abortion.

Also, when dealing with the issue as a whole, the left has a new term for that too. It’s not a matter of abortion, or pro-choice vs. pro-life. It’s now called “reproductive rights.”

The introduction of the word “rights” supposedly adds some validity and morality to their stance, when in reality, they’re still killing babies, by the hundreds of thousands, every single year.

The same stunt is pulled with the immigration discussion. When someone crosses the border into the United States without permission from authorities, they become an illegal immigrant. They migrated illegally. Relatively easy to understand.

However, the Democrats have a new name for this too. They call them “undocumented workers.” The addition of the word “workers” gives the term a more down-home, classic American feel. Because after all, how could you be against a worker? That just seems wrong and un-American.

Not to mention the host of new vocabulary that has been invented to cover the host of new genders that have been invented.

There are even new pronouns that we’re supposed to be using that you might not be aware of.

For your convenience, the lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender, and queer resource center at the University of Southern California has a spreadsheet available on their website, telling you how they want you to speak from now on. Instead of “he” or “she”, you should use “sie” or “zie.” Instead of “himself” or “herself,” you should say “zirself.”

California even passed a law punishing people who refuse to use these new mythical pronouns.

The leftists are, literally, creating a new language and attempting to replace the old one with phrases and terms that adequately fit their political agenda. They then attempt to punish the people who refuse to play by these new rules.

Words are powerful.

They have the ability to make something egregious and horrific, like abortion, sound mild and even noble. In 1839, Edward Bulwer-Lytton wrote, “The pen is mightier than the sword.”

Fast forward more than a century, and this point has only been further reinforced. Through technology and social media, words are more powerful now than ever.

Those who stand for truth and morality must not cave to the pressure of these new “languages.” Speak the truth boldly and unashamedly, even when it is deemed offensive.

The weaponization of words may be subtle, but it is extremely powerful to sway the minds and beliefs of many people. And it is undoubtedly strong enough to steer America in a dangerous direction.

If Bulwer-Lytton used a sword as a comparison to describe the power of words in 1839, today he would have to use a Tomahawk missile. Words have become more powerful, and more weaponized, than ever before.
