Critics at the time the U.S. Supreme Court made the sexually immoral choice of homosexuality normal, and acceptable for homosexuals to “marry” in any state which adopted such sin and abomination said this would be one of the very next steps taken by evils advances.

And they were correct. Articles appeared here on ACP at the time the laws were made lawlessness and sexual abnormalities, sexual perversions, sexual immoralities against God and nature were given the thumbs up by the Caesars sitting in black robes all in a row in Washington, D.C. stating just such, and also that in short order those adults who lust after children would scream their depravity and grave immorality ought to be normalized — and that is coming too! Just wait and see. It won’t be long.

It didn’t take long for polygamy to now be shouted from the rooftops of media centers, from the streets, from the pages and minds enslaved to the devil to now push this next step in the removal of all foundational stones in the structure society was built upon.

The world has phrases, adopted by almost all, such as “open a can of worms,” and such. The vats filled with the worms of destruction and decay have been loosed dear ones.

The U.S. Supreme Court OPINIONNOT a legally binding decision which almost every person including those in the media, those in government positions even confuse — the Supreme Court can and does only offer up their OPINION. That’s all. Yet those opinions are heard and the marble engravers begin chiseling their words into stone as if they are the penultimate oracles of the universe.

God is the Supreme Judge. Jesus is the Supreme Judge. The Holy Spirit is the Supreme Judge. The Triune God is the Ultimate Supreme Judge in all things with all men and women.

The U.S. Supreme Court can erode morals, ethics and make the laws lawlessness. They can go into their private chambers and debate, they can sit on that bench and spew forth their words — Satan sits in those private chambers and on that bench with them, as he does in almost every court now, in almost all attorney’s offices.

Make no mistake. Do not get caught up in the swirling death winds, the lies, the deception, the so-called argument about “rights.”

There is no “right” to commit wrong against God and His Word. There is no “right” in evil. In sin. In the evil hearts and minds of man, in his vain and evil imaginings all the day and night long.

The foundations are being removed. Supplanted by the ministers, minions and legions of those under the spell of Satan to remove the foundations which this nation was built upon — Biblical foundations, Biblical morality, Biblical truths and to install the relativistic lies of the devil that whatever any individual believes? Desires? Wants to practice in their life and do? That’s their right. They ought to be able to do whatever lusts, whatever moves them, whatever desires they hold no matter how deviant, harmful, sinful and wrong not only in the sight of God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit — but those things which were held wrong in the sight of the overwhelming majority within almost every culture for hundreds, even thousands of years.

Now, all being removed, eroded, shattered and replaced in a span of 15, 30, 40 years.

And these are not the last of the last days?

We are not living in Biblical times of the end so close at hand?

We’re not living in Romans 1 dear ones?

All depravity, all immorality — all the most disgusting, reprehensible, vile and sinful things of human nature are being promoted as a “civil right.” As normal and to be accepted by the whole. No matter the level or degree of depravity and evil.

Soon we will make the height of Roman, Greek and all pagan depravity, perversion and immorality appear like children at play we are heading in places, areas hitherto unknown and unaccepted making them normal, making them a “right” no matter how evil they may be to our sight, in the sight of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit going against the Word of God.

Better get that full armour on if you have not done so as of yet. Better get that full armour, all of it, every piece in gleaming preparedness and maintenance. For the days are growing shorter, more evil, and the spiritual war intensifying as this war grows closer to its end — yet we cannot grow lax, weak, complacent and sit back going “it’ll all be over soon” for we are to be enjoined in this battle. We are enjoined. Like it or not. Accept that fact or not. There is no sitting out the spiritual war taking place within and around each individual on this earth. And we are to fight the good fight and not fall, not waver, not weaken in our faith or our standing firmly in the faith — the authentic faith of the inerrant infallible living and active Word of God — not to defend and stand in the ranks of this perverted and corrupted world to suit the evil desires of man twisting the words given to them by the prince of this earth whom they serve. We are not to be of this world. We are to be hated by this world as Christ was hated by the world. No appeasement. No capitulation. No acceptance of evil. No tolerance of that which offends God our Father or goes against His Word, against Jesus, against the Holy Spirit.

Make no mistake. Do not be deceived. Do not tire or fall in this battle.

Speak the truth of God’s Word without fear or appeasement or watering down.

This to shall pass — but eternity is a long, long, rather long time. So failure is not an option dear ones. Capitulation and appeasement are not the paths to take in any of this.

Gentleness, compassion, with Christ-like love we are to speak and live, but that does not mean capitulation, acceptance, refusing to judge right from wrong, God’s rightness from this worlds evilness and the evil the ruler of the air whispers into the hearts and minds of evil men and women doing his bidding here.

No, sexual depravity, sexual immorality, any sin, any evil, anything going against God and His Word is not a “right” no matter what any person, court, institution, branch of government in this growing in darkness turning from God land might think, say, write or make into law — God is the Ultimate Supreme Judge and while we are to obey our government as instructed in God’s Word? When that government goes against the Word of God we are no longer obligated to fulfill that instruction, but we are obligated to fulfill and live out the Great Commandment;

“And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”

Mark 12:30 — English Standard Version

The days, the times are going to get much harder for those in the faith — but even more so for those without the Lord. For those not in Christ. Know this dear ones. Greater trials, persecutions and tribulations are coming for us who are in Christ as those without Christ are going to get further, deeper swept up in into this whirlpool of the devils dung, lies and darkness.

Thus, pray for those who are not in Christ. Pray fervently, humbly, not amiss the power of the Spirit of God work in the hearts and minds of the pagan, the unbelieving, in our leaders — and that each saint is given greater faith and strength as these days and times grow more evil by the hour.

No, Polygamy Is Not a ‘Right’

Yet since Obergefell, that proposition has been hard to defend.

Representative Katie Hill (D., Calif.) is resigning amid allegations that she was part of a “throuple” (a three-way sexual relationship) with a campaign aide and a House staffer. Hill is a Democrat, which probably explains the recent spate of articles from mainstream publications defending polyamory.

CBS News has run two pieces in the past five days lamenting the “stigma” faced by those engaged in “ethical non-monogamy” and the attendant lack of “legal protections” for those in such relationships. The push began long before the Hill allegations, in fairness: The New York Times has a veritable library of think pieces from the past few years defending the practice.

What’s striking as you read the various arguments for the virtues of polyamorous unions — each one subtly (or not so subtly) suggesting that such unions ought to be recognized as legitimate marriages — is their congruence with the undergirding logic employed by the majority in Obergefell v. Hodges.

In his Obergefell dissent, Chief Justice John Roberts noted “how much of the majority’s reasoning would apply with equal force to the claim of a fundamental right to plural marriage.”

And while it was verboten to say so at the time, the reasoning of Obergefell’s majority — that the due-process clause of the 14th Amendment guarantees two adults of either sex the right to enter into state-recognized matrimony — readily lends itself to abolishing other components of the definition of marriage. If sexual difference is not a meaningful feature of marriage, why should the union be restricted to two — and only two — people?

A lot of intellectual energy was spent attempting to debunk this supposed red herring. Perhaps the ne plus ultra came via Jonathan Rauch in a Politico article, “No, Polygamy Isn’t the Next Homosexual Marriage.”

Rauch’s article took aim at two possible principles that a future court might apply to a legal challenge brought by polygamists: rational basis and strict scrutiny. On the rational-basis front, Rauch cited the body of “theoretical and empirical literature” that, he argued, demonstrates “that polygamy has many severe consequences for third parties.”

Whatever the merits of his argument — and its frightening implication that the only barrier between us and polygamous marriages is the ever-fickle “theoretical and empirical” social-science literature — what if, say, one study comes out challenging the academic consensus Rauch portrays? Two studies? Three? Indeed, it wouldn’t take much for a few polygamy sympathizers in the academy to massage the numbers in such a way as to knock down Rauch’s house of cards. More fundamentally, much of what Rauch asserts would happen to a society that legalized polygamy — marital imbalances between high-status and low-status men, the diminution and objectification of women — is already manifest today in our hyper-sexualized culture.

Rauch proceeds to address the strict-scrutiny standard, whereby a future court, weighing the merits of polygamous “marriage,” would consider whether a state’s refusal to recognize polygamous marriages amounts to a violation of the 14th Amendment, as refusal to recognize same-sex marriages did in Obergefell. He answers by citing a handful of tenuous moral arguments and asserts that the polygamist’s “case is trivially easy to distinguish from [the one underpinning] Obergefell, which was based on a very different kind of moral, social, and legal proposition.”
