There is something very vital missing in the short “news” article below. Basic journalism is about — at least it used to be and used to be taught this way in old school journalism schools — WHO, what, where, when and why.
Oh, FOX news, the place conservatives belief is fair and balanced and providing “real news” mentions “civilians” as the who, along with “government forces and fighters aligned with rebel groups” in South Sudan, but here’s what’s missing. Here’s the FACTS the reporter for FOX News refused to include in her article — very vital and important facts;
The so-called “more than 100 civilians” WERE CHRISTIANS.
Those who murdered them in cold blood, in rage ARE ISLAMISTS.
This is just another event, which occurs weekly now for many, many years in which the WAR ISALM HAS ONGOING WITH CHRISTIANTY is being played out. The Sudan has been an epicenter of religious persecution, rapes, burning of villages, burning of churches and murder for years now. ISLAMISTS doing such to CHRISTIANS.
Islamists have no hesitation or difficulty in stating they are at war with the West and with Christianity and Israel. Why is it those in the West become mute, deaf, dumb and blind when it comes to acknowledging this religious war? This spiritual war?
Headlines are supposed to tell the reader the story in a few words — then they can read further details. So, why not write the headline truthfully, accurately if real journalism? Then the headline would read:
More than 100 Christians murdered by Islamists in South Sudan.
I thought journalism was supposed to be direct, stating the facts. Silly me thinking such a thing. A nation obsessed with hand sanitizer also wants all their news and so-called information “sanitized ” as well it appears, and just like over use of hand sanitizer thinking its use will eradicate the germs it only leads to making them stronger and more resistant. Journalism take a lesion, people take a lesson from all the over use of hand sanitizer because this censorship and constant use of “sanitizing” the so-called news is only going to lead to greater strength of the forces of evil. More resistance of the truth — to what end folks?
(Those who are Holy Scripture fluent and daily studying, praying, and reading the Bible know to what end, and that incidents as below and worse are only going to increase and grow worse — much, much worse — times such as the world has never witnessed before and never will again).
For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short. Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 24:21-24 — English Standard Version
(As an aside the above words of Jesus the Lord spoken to His disciples also provides Biblical proof, directly from the mouth of God, that the saints will not be spared the Great Tribulation and caught up in the sky to party with Jesus while the Great Tribulation takes place here on earth — Jesus is coming back only one more time as the Bible says — not twice. If anyone doubts Christians have been instructed and made aware they will suffer, suffer greatly, have diverse and terrible trials, pain, and tribulation then those folks are not fluent in the Holy Scriptures and have been, or are being misled by unsound doctrines if believing being a Christian means exemption from suffering, trials, pain, tribulation, for to be a Christian means the exact opposite as told us in God’s Word. No “get out of suffering,” no “you won’t have your faith tested” no “you get to escape the Great Tribulation” cards here).
I digressed, but believed it necessary.
A very important piece that is missing, is always missing in today’s so-called “journalism.” The facts of the who when it comes to the slaughter of Christians at the hands of Islamists. Even from the esteemed by most conservatives — not me though I am very conservative in my beliefs — FOX News refusing to state such facts.
Woe to U.S., woe to all who desire to hide from the truth and appease evil.

More than 100 civilians killed by violence outbreak in South Sudan

The world’s newest nation, South Sudan, has once again descended into a rash of fresh fighting that is said to have claimed the lives of more than 100 civilians, according to the United Nations.
The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) said Wednesday that civilians had been “deliberately and brutally targeted” in Central Equatoria, marking a severe deterioration since a feeble peace agreement was signed between warring factions in September.
At least 104 individuals have been killed in attacks, the U.N. noted in its latest human rights report, also underscoring that around the same number of women and girls had been raped or endured sexual violence between September and April alone. Moreover, the bloody uptick has prompted some 80,000 to flee – almost 60,000 are now displaced within the war-torn country while a further 20,000 have crossed into neighboring Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The U.N. pins the blame on government forces and fighters aligned with rebel groups – who did not formally sign on to September’s agreement – for the violent outbreak in an attempt to take control of Central Equatoria territory. In particular, the report identifies government forces as having punished those accused of rebel alliances with “sexual violence as well as looting and destroying homes, churches, schools and health centers.”
However, the U.N. also pointed out that compared to the peak of violence in times past, “overall, there has been a significant decrease in conflict-related violations and abuses across the country following the signing of the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan (R-ARCSS) in September 2018,” with Central Equatoria has been an exception to this trend.
The chaos of today’s South Sudan stands in stark contrast to the jubilation following a 2011 vote for independence, which came after some five decades of brutal conflict with the north – at an estimated cost of two million lives.
But within two years of independence, President Salva Kiir – an ethnic Dinka – accused his first vice president, Rick Machar, an ethnic Nuer, of plotting a coup attempt. Tensions escalated. And by the end of 2013, the world’s newest nation was enmeshed in its own horrific civil war.
Since December 2013, South Sudan has been torn apart by bloodshed that has displaced more than one-third of the country’s 12 million population and left more than 400,000 people dead. Over half the country is battling post-traumatic stress disorder, with little in the way of mental health care.
