GMO soybeans
In the spring of 1990, I was a first year student at The New England Culinary Institute. Which is now no more having shuttered as a result of COVID-19 and all the mandated lockdown and closures. My very first class was Health and Safety, in which I learned about HACCP and many other aspects of health and safety in food preparation years before most other people did.
This was a class in which a lot of reading, writing of papers, research, and exploration into the big world of food is involved.
I wrote a paper about genetically modified tomatoes back then. No one in my class, other than the two instructors had ever heard of GMOs back then. Now everyone ought to be apprised.
The soil has been destroyed.
It’s all about only about profits and greed in America’s food production.
Instead of flying over America have you ever driven cross-country and driven through America’s heartland? It’s farming lands? If so, as you drove long mile after mile did you wonder why it was in say Iowa, Kansas, or Nebraska, or other farming lands in the middle of America that the road surface sits about 15 feet or more above the fields being farmed? Because all the soil has blown away. Gone. Due to poor farming methods in which every tree, every hedgerow was removed for acres, for miles leaving unprotected open land that when tilled and a modest wind came up? Bye-bye topsoil, bye-bye subsoil. Well, let’s just turn to massive corporate agro-culture methods of pouring tons of synthetic fertilizers on the poor quality soil, and tons of pesticides to control the pests.
Repeat, repeat, repeat, and continue to repeat. Because we’ve destroyed the soil. The land we were blessed with my God. Due to a lack of vision.
Now independent farms and farmers are as scarce as a 15-year-old virgin who has never taken a selfie.
I was very involved for many years in the American food biz. Restaurants. Inns. Independent establishments.
I kept up on what was taking place. What companies such as Monsanto and Cargill are really like and what is actually taking place with our food system.
It isn’t good.
It’s another sign of the times. Ignorance. Greed. Avarance. Lack of vision. Foolishness. And downright evil. Overwhelmingly.
Quality has gone down. Nutrients have decreased.
Are you aware that back around the time I was in culinary school the USDA decided to change meat quality grading? Are you old enough, aware enough to remember this?
What used to be graded as prime, choice, select, and canner grade of beef?
Every grade took a step back. What had been canner became select. What had been select became choice. What had been choice became prime.
Because the quality of meat being produced had already been downgraded at this point. And that was almost 40 years ago.
The quality of our food is an abomination.
Especially considering the prices now charged for it.
Is it any wonder we have the obesity, the disease, the insanity, the myriad problems we do? Think some of it, and any of it can be tied to what people are eating? What passes for quality food in America?
What does wholesome food mean to you?
Know what wholesome food means to the USDA and every food company and corporation in America?
It’s fit for human consumption. Not really healthy. Not really good for you — not really wholesome. You can eat it and probably not die or become ill. It’s fit for human consumption and if you’ve seen some of the foods being produced, served up, sold, and consumed in America it’s amazing — and only by the grace of God we have not experienced mass illnesses or deaths.
I’m tired of hearing about “stomach flu” from ignorant people. There is no such thing as “stomach flu” sending you to the bathroom every 15 minutes after EATING SOME TAINTED FOOD WITH BACTERIA GIVING YOU THE TROTS!
Flu is only in a human being’s respiratory region. Not the stomach or intestines. What you’re really experiencing? Tainted food. Bacteria raging in it, a virus raging in it, a germ raging in it that has made you ill.
Thankfully, with America’s horrible utterly lost, and foolish economic policies and our massive failure of leadership coupled with unbridled greed and ever-increasing ignorance = inflation well beyond the percentage being reported to anyone alive and living through it — you most likely can’t afford to go out to eat much so you’ve greatly reduced the odds of getting a foodborne illness, tainted food and experiencing the above. Something to be thankful for amongst all the dung we all have to wade through daily just to get through the day, the week.
You have no idea what I’ve seen visiting food production plants in America. Or restaurants I’ve been in their kitchens, workstations, dry storage areas, and coolers [raw whole chickens unwrapped on sheet pans dripping into cases of lettuce below them. The level of ignorance among those working in restaurants, in food management is astounding. When I was no longer working on a line in a professional kitchen in a restaurant I worked in food sales for a bit and what I saw I could write food horror books.
In most restaurants I visited I would never ever take my wife and myself to go eat.
If you wanted to gamble with eating and then spending a whole evening and well into the morning of the next day in the bathroom? More than likely? Sure, I saw plenty of those.
I told many people that if they saw or knew what took place in so many food establishments they would not go out to eat very often.
Add to this GMOs, lab-engineered fake meats, and mega-corporate farming methods?
Oy vey people!
Come, Lord, come!
Because the science fiction story of Soylent Green may not be a fantasy in the near future…
Man is corrupting, perverting, and destroying the blessing and bounty of food riches the Lord has blessed us with on this earth. We do not acknowledge God when it comes to food. Why when my wife and I are out at a restaurant we don’t see people giving God thanks in even a modest quick prayer. Why? For fear of embarrassment? Better to please men and women rather than give God thanks and acknowledge Him for every blessing, every bite of food we ingest? We don’t provide it. God does. I don’t care what you do for a living and how much money you make — that’s all provided by God also. Not by you.
Give thanks! Openly. Unashamed! Be a light unto the world. An example of a life lived for the Lord.
I keep reading, and hearing how almost 7 out of ten, a little over 6 out of ten folks in America are Christians. Really? And they can’t give thanks for the food, every meal God blesses and provides them with? Can’t take the time? Ashamed? Or could it be there aren’t nearly as many Christ followers, truly born anew Christ followers as we’re told? Hummm…
I’m putting the articles and the stories I am here on ACP because they are all signs of the times and how people ought to sense there is little time left before the Lord returns. When Yeshua, Jesus Christ the Lord took upon Himself human skin, flesh like us, and was fully truly God and also fully truly a man He came to earth at the right time. In very perilous and turbulent political and cultural times. It would behoove every person to study those historical and cultural times. It was only about 27 years or so after Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead to walk out of the tomb that things got so bad the Romans destroyed the Second Temple.
And in Jesus’s day, he rebuked the people always looking for a sign saying they had THE GREATEST AND ONLY NECESSARY SIGN FOR THEIR TIME IN FRONT OF THEM…relating the story they know of Jonah and they still didn’t get it.
In our time? Every day we are provided a sign of the end times, the very last of the last days, and that the appearing of the Lord to gather His Church is nigh at hand. Very close. And then the Great Tribulation will begin.
And everything we’re witnessing occurring and being put in place is a sign of the times and the time to come.
We’re told that were it not for God shortening the days even the elect would be lost due to what is transpiring and taking place so rapidly, so vastly, so universally in every area of human life on earth.
Time to wake up folks. Time to become engaged. Bold for the Lord. While we are richly blessed with this day for it is the only day we’re given now.
Let’s stop wasting time.
Allowing wasted lost souls to continue in darkness wherein we might be the little seed they need to have in their life wherein the Holy Spirit can grow.
Now go make something good to eat and give thanks to the Lord for He provides, and blesses us with each morsel, every bite, every breath, every moment of every day given. He provides us all.
And if able, if possible, take time in shopping, eating out to know better what you are ingesting. And hopefully if eating out this evening, or for your lunch you will not be spending an inordinate amount of time in a bathroom…but if so? Well…perhaps now you know why…
Read on…
And buon appetito!

Food Corruption: Fake Meat, GMOs, and Beyond
June 18, 2024

Reprinted from Brownstone Institute
In my last three articles, we examined the global war on farmers, the culprits behind the agenda, and the tactics used to prepare the public for the destruction of our food freedom. Today we will cover some of the projects and products that will be used to take away your right to access healthy foods.
Most readers are likely familiar with GMOs and how genetically modified organisms have been shown to cause significant health problems, how they have ruined the lives of independent farmers who are sued after their land is involuntarily contaminated by Monsanto seeds, and how glyphosate use has risen thanks to Roundup Ready GMO crops. Unfortunately, corruption of the food supply is advancing far beyond this.
DARPA, the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, has granted millions of dollars to researchers to turn military plastic waste into a bacterial protein powder that can be fed to humans.
You are surely familiar with Bill Gates-funded fake meats like Impossible Burgers, made of carcinogenic GMO soy and neurotoxins like hexane and MSG, and which have tested positive for high levels of glyphosate.
Many Americans are not aware that there are already genetically modified animals in our food supply. Genetically modified pigs, cows, and salmon have all been approved for sale in the U.S.. The regulatory process for their approval has been dramatically shortened. If you order salmon at a restaurant or other food establishment rather than buying it retail, there is no requirement to inform you that you are eating a frankenfood.
If genetically engineered franken-salmon sounds appetizing, you’re sure to love Aanika Biosciences’ genetically engineered bacterial spores containing DNA “barcodes” which are applied to produce. These cannot be removed by being washed, boiled, fried, microwaved, or steamed, and will make food traceable from the field to your sewer so tests of your local sewage will reveal what the local population is eating. There is no labeling requirement to notify you which produce has been sprayed with these genetically-modified spores. Given the USDA’s obsession with food tracking and surveillance, there is a very real possibility they will try to mandate use of such spores, just as they are currently mandating RFID chips on cattle for traceability. If you think surveilling sewage sounds outlandish, realize that it became common practice during Covid as a means of determining locations of outbreaks and justifying further lockdowns. It is now being used to justify agricultural crackdowns in the name of H5N1, the avian flu virus.
Of course, we have the famous Eat The Bugs agenda. In Europe, multiple insects have been approved for human consumption including mealworms, house crickets, and migratory locusts. In low enough levels, companies don’t even need to report it as an ingredient on food labels. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the European Union, “Insects as food emerge as an especially relevant issue in the twenty-first century due to the rising cost of animal protein, food insecurity, environmental pressures, population growth and increasing demand for protein among the middle classes…Thus, alternative solutions to conventional livestock need to be found. The consumption of insects therefore contributes positively to the environment and to health and livelihoods.”
Pay no attention to the fact that these same governments’ deliberate policies create the problem they claim to solve. It’s the problem-reaction-solution strategy again. Insect-based edibles are now available in the U.K., Canada, and the U.S. as well.
One can argue that this is all well and good as long as we aren’t forced to eat it, and have informed consent on whether or not it’s on our plates. But just as the groundwork for the COVID-19 regime was laid in advance, and the products and services used to control the population were developed before they were made mandatory, the same is true here, and the ploys to remove your food choice have already begun.
New York City and London have begun tracking what foods their residents buy. They have committed to cutting how much meat can be served in schools and hospitals as part of a sweeping initiative to achieve a 33% reduction in carbon emissions from food by 2030. The city states that most of these emissions are due to “meat, poultry, fish, dairy, and eggs.”
Credit card companies will hand over food purchase data to the city so they can make their calculations – American Express is an open partner in this project. New York City Mayor Eric Adams stated that “All food is not created equal. The vast majority of food that is contributing to our emission crisis lies in meat and dairy products…It is easy to talk about the emissions that are coming from buildings and how it impacts our environment, but we now have to talk about beef. And I don’t know if people are ready for this conversation.”
This program will not be limited to New York and London. C40 Cities, the organization behind the push for 15-minute cities, has partnered with municipalities worldwide to track the consumption of their residents. Other American cities that have signed on to the C40 project include Philadelphia, Austin, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle. The premise behind the project is based on a report by Arup Group, a World Economic Forum affiliate funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. C40 cities have set an “ambitious target”: by 2030, their residents should have no meat, no dairy, no private cars, be allowed to buy only 3 new items of clothing per year, and be allowed just one short-haul flight every 3 years. You will own nothing and be happy.
Perhaps you’ll be one of the lucky few who can still afford meat, dairy, fish, and fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, even those will be polluted if the technocrats get their way. You have probably heard conflicting stories on whether or not there are mRNA vaccines in our food and whether or not these can be transmitted to you when you eat them.
In my next article, we will dig in to uncover the truth about vaccines in the food supply.
