Every

one

experiencing

their

heart attack

&

every

one

does…

reach out, in, from cold hard hearts

to the defibrillator of the world

always on the blink

world on the brink

unhinged

almost every thought

thought

wrong

individuals knowing not how

to

know

truly

what

where

when

who

why

how

to think

Not really

Evidence abounds

in that deafening sound

among all the raging noise

Oh, God, Creator

Jesus, Creator, Saviour

Holy Spirit, Creator, Comforter, Helper

we ought to fall prone in constant adoration

at the patience

forbearing!

At Your grace, love, mercy, and Word and ways!

Every heart

one

at one time

allowing the Evil One

to linger

distract

command the ways of the heart

remaining

deaf defiant dead

within

drowned in sin

rather than

turning

seeing

hearing That Voice ask

“Come.”

Responding to the only eternal heart repair

true cardiologist

in all the universe

hear His voice

before ending up in a box

taking that last ride in a hearse…

unsaved

unwritten

in the Book of Life

allow the Word of God

the Son of God

God Himself, the Lord Jesus Christ

to revive that dead, cold, dark heart

to get it aflame

pumping the love, the story

of the Good News

“Come.”
