Ahh, the cesspool that is Chicago… more Babylon, more Sodom than a city of American ideals or any godliness, save for a remnant.

The spirit of death, destruction, and delusion is strong and growing stronger worldwide. So many are so malleable, so willing to follow and serve the Evil One, Satan, and his lies. And this is exactly what all this is about. Part of the deception is to make things appear political, or so distant from the reality of the spiritual war at work to keep people mired in remaining motionless in the spiritual war, thus being an easy target for The Enemy. To deflect. Keep idle and static.

Evil never remains motionless or static. Satan and his legions of ministers and minions are always at work and always pressing, pressing, pressing upon the hearts and minds of the inhabitants of this fallen world.

While most of those professing faith in the Lord, professing to know God sit. Silent. Ineffective instruments. Like a guitar, a trumpet, a piano lifeless not making a sound as there is no one making music with them to be heard, felt, and moved upon.

There was a popular television series that aired from 2013 to 2018 titled The Americans. Fiction based on reality. How the Soviet Union took individuals, from young childhood, to be groomed as spies. In the KGB. Upon the completion of their grooming to be sent to America and live in suburbia, to live as Americans. Neighbors. To send their children to American public schools. To take jobs. To appear no different than anyone else living on your street. All the while living and working daily, nightly for the godless, evil ideologies of communist Russia.

During the turbulent 1960s, it was assumed, incorrectly, that all the campus unrest and resulting violence and cultural upheaval was due to the discontent of America’s young people opposed to the Vietnam War, seeking enlightenment, trying to “find themselves and work towards peace and a better world” when in truth the entire movement was orchestrated and manipulated by evil. Begun by radical elements easily drawn to the lies of communism, self-importance, being utterly spoiled and truly ignorant. Preyed upon and used by evil to carry out its lies, confusion, and destruction. A part of that evil was the Soviet Union knowing the weaknesses of America and capitalizing upon those weaknesses. Our easily misled young people. I know. I was among this group at this time. The communists, appearing as Americans caring about the social and civil turmoil of the time seized upon the easily indoctrinated on college campuses, infiltrating, establishing, and influencing student organizations and specific student leaders on campuses. All to further the goals of communism — destabilize America and cause upheaval, unrest, constant noise, and rebellion. What is the real source for all of those things? Let’s be clear about all of this, shall we? It all originated with the father of lies and rebellion — Satan.

These truths were mentioned by a few at the time and they were mocked, ridiculed, and discredited.

Now it is known to be a historical fact.

That was nothing compared to what is at work in America, on American campuses today.

Yet the so-called faithful, filled with the Spirit, knowing the Word of God soldiers of the Lord Jesus Christ remain mired in silence, being static, motionless as the darkness increases. Where is the light to shine into the darkness? To keep the darkness from growing at the rate it has and is?

Surrendering to it for whatever reason is not knowing and doing the will of God.

The turbulence, the troubles, the tribulations of the 1960s pale in comparison of what is and what is to come.

We are not made, transformed by the Holy Spirit of God, to remain silent, idle, motionless as The Evil one readies his followers in this escalating spiritual war. We are not made to sit back and say, or think, “I’m working for the kingdom of God, to bring Christ back sooner!” if paying attention at all, or whatever nonsense, and putting self above God prevails in the whirlpool of thought in the mind.

Leaving the action up to others.

Do you believe? Truly? Placing all trust in the Lord.

Then let us be as the Israelites led by the Lord and Joshua encircling the lost city of Jericho.

The time of silence ought to be over.

It’s time to blow the trumpets and shout for the Lord, with the Lord, with the Word of God.

We’re at war, folks. Now is not the time to go AWOL, take an extended leave, or imagine yourself discharged and no longer involved in the battle.

Anti-Israel convention in Chicago suburb instructs students how to ‘make your campus Palestinian’: Report

An anti-Israel convention that was recently held in a Chicago suburb offered advice to college students on how they could make their campus “Palestinian.”

The Free Press reported on the 17th Annual Convention for Palestine, which took place last week at the Tinley Park Convention Center, dubbing itself “the largest gathering for Palestine in the US” according to its website.

There was a game called “Crisis Room” aimed at “figur[ing] out strategies” on how to combat an Israeli official appearing on their campus.

“A war criminal is coming to your campus,” Jenin Alharithi, a recent graduate of University of Illinois in Chicago who led the game, told the participants, according to the report. “What are you going to do?”

A participant responded by saying the students should organize a protest and recruit demonstrators through the messaging app Telegram. Another raised concerns about accusations of antisemitism, suggesting the anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace join the protest.

“The first complaint is going to be ‘Oh, this is antisemitic,’ ” she said. “I think we need like a JVP, or something like that, with Jewish people. We want White people, Jewish students there.”

The convention was hosted by American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), a nonprofit the Free Press noted is currently under a congressional investigation over its alleged ties to Hamas.

Among its speakers was Council on American-Islamic Relations executive director Nihad Awad, who sparked outrage last year when he said he was “happy to see” the terrorist attack unfold on October 7.

Other sessions geared towards college students include “Make Your Campus Palestinian” to “amplify the voices of Palestinian students” and to effectively oppose “anti-Palestinianism.” Another called “In Front of the Lens” trained them how to write press releases and address “tricky questions” from journalists like whether they “support terrorism” like Hamas.

“I would say, ‘No, I do not support terrorism,’ and then I would go over the things that Israel does—I would say, ‘I do not support the eviction of innocent Palestinians, I do not support the shooting of Palestinian children,'” one participant responded. “You don’t want them to put you on the defensive. You have to put them on the defensive.”

There was also a session called “Bringing Activism to Professionalism” which taught students how they could integrate “Palestinian activism into their craft.”

College campuses have had widespread anti-Israel protests following the events of Oct. 7.  Last spring, student activists created encampments, causing tension with college administrators.

More recently, a group of protesters temporarily disrupted the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
