U.S. appeals court says Title VII covers transgender workers

I do not write what I do here based solely upon my Christian faith and beliefs in the whole, complete word of God. Although that should be sufficient. But to the unbelieving, or those professing to be Christian while following false teachers and unsound doctrine I will also present the worldly, scientific, medical and psychiatric view.

The medical world, the scientific world, the geneticist, the biologists, those working exclusively with the human genome and DNA all concur and have reached the same conclusion after decades and countless hours of research invested.

It’s just as God says in the Holy Bible:

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Life is a series of choices. To pursue the abomination and sexually deviant, the sexually immoral, the sexually perverted is a matter of choice. Not in the DNA of anyone, not in the genetic makeup of anyone. No one is ‘born that way’ contrary to the avalanche of lies and misinformation to sway the argument and indoctrinate the masses to the contrary.

Every person born is either born male or female. It’s in the chromosomes. In the genetics. In the biology. Not just in the Holy Bible.

Do not be deceived. Do not fall prey to the lies, misinformation and indoctrination that is constant by beguiling and the dripping lips and darting tongues of evil.

Not only God and the Bible declare all of this, which has always been good enough for me since the word of god is the only totally truthful and unbiased book ever written, but all of the DNA, human genome, genetics research of the past 50 years — all the valid unbiased science proves exactly what the Bible has said for thousands of years.

Do not appease or placate or give in to sin, lies and evil.

Reveal it. Point it out. Show it. And do not conform or abide in it. Call sin what it is — SIN!

We are reproved and instructed in God’s word to mortify sin and not appease the world.

Those who do, those who follow the false teachers and their false teachings?

Woe unto them come the day of the Lord.

Woe unto them.

Woe unto U.S. for making our laws lawlessness. For turning from God and our foundations and serving evil, serving satan, serving sexual perversions and validating sin and evil and immorality and demonic possession as ‘normal’ and ‘lawful’ while our activist courts and judges pervert and corrupt our laws and turn against God openly.

U.S. appeals court says Title VII covers transgender workers

A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday said a federal law banning sex bias in the workplace prohibits discrimination against transgender workers, ruling in favor of a funeral director who claimed she was fired after telling her boss she planned to transition to female from male.

The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said RG & GR Harris Funeral Homes Inc in Detroit unlawfully discriminated against Aimee Stephens, formerly known as Anthony Stephens, based on her sex.

It also said the funeral home failed to establish that the federal workplace law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, substantially burdened the ability of funeral home owner Thomas Rost, a devout Christian, to exercise his religious rights in his treatment of Stephens.

Rost had claimed that he viewed his work as a religious service for grieving families, and that employing a transgender woman would distract customers.

But Circuit Judge Karen Nelson Moore, writing for the court on Wednesday, said Rost could not use his customers’ “presumed biases” as an excuse for firing Stephens.

“Tolerating Stephens’s understanding of her sex and gender identity is not tantamount to supporting it,” Moore wrote.

The Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative Christian legal group that represents the funeral home, did not respond to a request for comment. Neither did the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or Stephens’ lawyers at the American Civil Liberties Union.
